I love this place. It's close to my house and work, so I go often, and I know I'll always have a pleasant experience. It's drive-thru only right now but honestly that makes the food quality and service better. Everyone is super nice and I've only ever had one mix-up in the three years I've eaten there. Only one! It was an easy mistake, and the food tasted good anyway, so I didn't even mind. The receipts don't list the names of the drive-thru attendants, but they're always quick, polite, and have the menu and prices memorized (as far as I can tell!). The food isn't amazing or gourmet - it is fast food, after all - but I go there for the experience more often than not. It's one of my "comfort food" restaurants. There have been several times when the employees have brightened my day by being so warm and kind. I can also count on the food tasting the same every time, which is nice. I could not get on line to look at the menu. I have Google Chrome but it insisted I had a browser that didn't work. This was on every store and corporate site. My husband insisted going anyway to pick up what we normally get. When he arrived they informed him they do not carry anything but Beef n Cheddar sandwiches!!! No specialty sandwiches anymore. My fries were way over cooked. I told him to NEVER suggest Arby's again!!! They still don't have lobby service or Uber type pick up even though almost everyone is back to normal now. I love the food here. Enough about that though... How can you stand there and tell me you only offer discounts to police and fire department. Why not just say "sorry, we don't offer a military discount." Done and I can respect that. But to say that you give it to local law enforcement but not local military seems very self serving. Maybe it will get you out of a ticket someday but when a tornado rips through Mississippi who will be there to do search and recovery? Hand out water? Saying you offer one but not the other implies you respect one but not the other. Please don't take this as me complaining that I can't get a cheaper lunch. I just find it very disrespectful that you point out who gets a service discount instead of just telling me I don't qualify for one. read more

Ok. This review is only about the wagu burger. Here's the "skinny" on it. Is it as good as the hoopla about it? No. It's a decent burger. Somewhat overcooked. Definitely no pink middle as advertised. That being said, the meat itself is nothing special. I'd personally rather have a well made whopper (which is a pretty tall order as most are slopped together). The restaurant itself is good for a Jackson area fast food joint. Clean and the personnel are reasonably nice. Based on everything else, it is at least a four star for fast food and located in Jackson (Ridgeland if you want to get ultra technical). I'd recommend one of their other sandwiches unless you are just craving a burger. read more

I would go them a 3-4 if based on food only BUT... Drive through is always slow- prepare to wait 5-10 minutes for each car ahead of you. It's been this way for over a decade- don't know why. These people are CRAZY about coupons. Other Arby's locations might not even ask to see a coupon you declare. However, this one will closely inspect and criticize any expired or out-of-area coupon. They won't let you use any expired within a day and will insist on keeping it. I've never seen anything like it at ANY other restaurant, and it seems very unfriendly. read more

For fast food, you can't beat an Arby's roast beef sandwich. Wish there were more locations, 40 min drive for me but worth it.

This restaurant is now back open after a re-modeling time out. Fresh food, great service, and friendly workers. Love their Summer chicken salad sandwich and Philly cheese steak. Good for when I get tired of hamburgers. read more

Ordered chicken salad sandwich. Not only was it between two pieces of the dryest toast I've ever bitten into, there was not enough filling to make up for the copious amount of bread. I took the sandwich apart, the apples were a nice shade of amber. I know apples oxidize so i gave it a chance. First bite, the apples were rancid and had fermented. It was awful. I paid $8.50 for a rancid sammy. I will not be going back to that location. read more

I love the food, hot and fresh! Cashier was friendly , but the manager put a bad taste in my mouth and it was uncalled for... So after sitting down to eat with my 3 kids I noticed a little promotional display on our table. It advertised 4 different items one in which was an Andes mint chocolate candy swirl shake ! Andes is my FAVORITE candy so I walk to the cashier to order one. The manager came to take my order, and didn't let me get mint shake out of my mouth before she cut my off to tell me that they no longer serve them (with an attitude) so I said , "ok but you might want to take the displays off the tables advertising it" and she told me, "it's there because we still serve the other items on it" and of course she said it with an attitude, turned her back to me and walked off. I just don't understand why businesses allow rude people to work for them, much less run their stores! Her attitude was totally uncalled for. I am a General manager for a fast food chain and I wouldn't tolerate someone like her talking to our guest that way, EVER!!! I was just letting her know that they were still advertising a product that they no longer serve in case they forgot they were on EVERY single table in the lobby, so she could avoid disappointing paying customers in the future, and maybe even avoiding making a guest extremely angry because they can't have what you are advertising you serve! The nerve of some people! I never complain but she just got under my skin the way she handled that! It's not what you say, it's how you say it!
