I went out of my way to try Bojangles tonight. I pulled up to the drive thru menu and saw nothing other than chicken tenders and sandwiches. There was a car behind me so I didn't want to waste any time so I quickly ordered a combo meal without asking if they had "real" chicken in traditional pieces. It was only after reading another review here that I learned they only sell tenders. My tenders were bland and the mac and cheese uninteresting. About the only positive in the whole experience was that my order came out quickly. I'm very disappointed I didn't go to Popeye's tonight instead. read more

Bojangles - I've visited this location on several occasions. I was first introduced to Bojangles over 15 years ago on the east coast. Service was so much better back then. Now for the review of this location. Food - 3/5 - Day to day is hit or miss. Food is fresh sometimes and sometimes it's not, fries more specifically. I don't mind the tenders or the sandwiches, BUT as stated by others, NO BONE-IN CHICKEN like other locations across the east coast and Midwest is absolutely unacceptable. If I'm choosing, It's Huey Magoos, Raising Canes, Chick-Fila, Bojangles, then Zaxby's for battle of the non bone-in variety. Service - 1/5 - I'm giving the 1 for the 1% of employees that actually try to be accommodating to the ones keeping them in business and paying their salaries. Most of the window people are just terrible. I feel like I'm at McDonalds instead of Chick-Fila. They have attitudes. They don't give you the condiments you request. They CHARGE 50 cents for additional sauces past 1, even when you have more than 1 meal. SHAMEFUL. They will give you 2 jams for 4 biscuits and that's only by request... otherwise, you get none. In summation, they don't care. Not to mention, 7/10 times, average, my order is always wrong. Atmosphere - N/A - I've yet to eat inside. I've only gone through the drive-thru. Culture - 1/5 - I was excited when I heard one was opening here. I always stop at them when I'm traveling on the road because I don't eat at most other fast food staples. DISSAPOINTING! It's clearly a poorly managed location and that's even when it's not busy. Children working the registers are rude and truly wish they were somewhere else, at least by their attitudes. No one is willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are right or at minimum, acceptable. Price - 2/5 - Pretty standard in today's inflation atmosphere. The issue is I go to Chick-Fila and they give me whatever condiments I request without charging extra and do it with a smile. I go to Huey Magoos and they at least give you one extra sauce if you ask without charging. When you nickel and dime patrons that are spending in excess of $10 or more on their order, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth (no pun intended). I don't recommend this location in its current state. If I'm spending on average, $30-40 minimum in a given order, I shouldn't have to request the appropriate accommodations for my meal, pay additional for the condiments I prefer that aren't ketchup, and feel like you are only in business to push chicken, not provide a good service. Similar to many Chick-Fila locations, they have a double line drive-thru. This actually makes parking difficult on 1 side of the building. Otherwise, parking is pretty standard and nothing special. read more

It doesn't have a very big menu, but it's really great for being the only location for several hours. What they do have is amazing. It lives up to the name "fast food," you get your food really fast. The restrooms were really clean and there was only 1 piece of gum in the men's urinal. read more

Bojangles be bo - janglin okay. We love bojangles biscuits in Mississippi. This chicken is better than Popeyes. Shoooot it's on the chicken strip of Lakeland and it literally is the best chicken in the whole line up .... Unlike Huey magoos; bojangles chicken is hearty in size and you're definitely getting your moneys worth. Oooo and their sauces... ooo weee that peach sauce. Mmhh hm. & the steak biscuit is good too. Oh and the tater rounds are pretty sweet too. Never tried the sandwich but I'm sure it won't disappoint. Staff is super friendly too. Drive through moved really quickly read more

Unlike other Bojangles across the country, this one only sells chicken strips and sandwiches. There are no breasts, wings, thighs, or legs.

Well if I had eaten anything I might could do 2 or3 or 4. I drove from Madison just to get a stake biscuit. I mean you got chicken tenders and a biscuit. I was told we quit serving breakfast at 2. So I asked about chicken ??? And a biscuit. I was told. I said we stop serving breakfast at 2. I said what a wonderful attitude and drove off. In the drive through window was a young lady with fake blond hair and big nails on her phone. Whoever opened this place had to put out some big money to get it going. I never made it to the food. It was really depressing because where I use to live the biscuits were so good. The sign on the door says home of the chicken biscuit. lol. I went by Chick filet and went home. If you have biscuits why won't you throw a chicken patty or a stake patty in the grease. It takes like 2 to 2.5 minutes to cook one. I am sure it would take the girl in the window that long to fill it. Probably a good bit longer. It's just the I don't care. Just sucks. Sorry Bo Jangles. I was so excited y'all came here. read more
