Whataburger is always good for a fast food place, and this location is no different. Where they vary is customer service or lack thereof. Mason, on the counter, slowly walks up and looks at...no treating at all. When I walk off, leans on the register/computer like this is last place he wants to be. Good was great but the young woman at the counter, very rude, she was talking on the phone when I walked in and I had to wait for her to finish her conversation. The worst Whataburger in the area. Please open your sandwich wrapper and check it before leaving because I guarantee 80% of the time your order will be inaccurate. It will be inaccurate no matter if it's drive-thru, carry-out, online curbside or dine in. I've given up. It's better than the one in Brandon on time but can't seem to get cup sizes right and have some pretty trash French fries. It's real easy making sure the fries aren't undercooked. You just put some in the fryer basket (don't overload it of course. You'll have uneven cooking) and shake them time to time while they are cooking. It's so easy. We don't want to pay for trash quality. Also, put some salt on the fries. I didn't have a grain of salt on them. Undercooked, cold, and unsalted fries along with wrong cup sizes. I came into town for the game. Since I landed late, this was the only thing open that I trust & am familiar with. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone working in the fast food industry, oh my god. The two girls working the drive thru clearly hate their job because they were both rude as hell. I didn't even order what i truly wanted because I was scared ow it would come out. The attitudes were on 1000% & slow! I don't even know how else to disrespect this entire experience but disrespectful & disappointing. Dashaundria does not like her job & needs some MAJOR customer service training ASAP. My food wasn't even fully cooked but I would rather throw it out before I even attempt to get it cooked longer. Don't ever come here, there's a reason they only have 2 stars. What a horrible experience! Everything I asked for, they gave me the total opposite. I asked for a #2 (double burger meal) with extra pickles and mayo, and fresh fries. When I received my fries they were cold, so I had to wait another 7 minutes to get fresh ones, which I didn't realize weren't fresh until after I had driven off. Hind sight being 20/20, I should've checked my burger before I left too, because they had completely omitted the pickles and mayo, and the burger was so old, cold and dried out that the cheese hadn't even melted on it. It was 4:00 am when I visited this location, and I was not turning around and going back after I had already returned to my hotel room. Oops, I forgot to mention the nasty artificial strawberry and chocolate shakes! I don't understand what the hype is about Whataburger. I live in Las Vegas, and In N Out Burgers is killing them. They're getting a bit better. We have not been to this Whataburger in over a year because of their service. Today we gave it another try and, it was great! My salad was FRESH. I would give this place negative stars if possible. The only thing positive that I can say about this place is that it was open during the posted hours. Service was horrible, long wait, cold food and wrong order. When asked about an issue with our green chili burger they told us that the 5 green chili's was standard. The best food items to get from here are: the taquitos, the sausage and pancakes, & the honey butter chicken biscuit (it's good but as good as it use to be). Whataburger has the best breakfast burrito (taquito). I could eat a burrito every day. Better than the legendary McDonalds burrito. Way, way better than Wendy's and Taco Bell's burritos. First, no one was working the counter and couldn't be bothered to wait on us/ kept telling us they were sorry they were busy on drive-thru. We left after 15 min. of no service. Then a few days later you were out of ALL carbonated drinks. Then Saturday morning at 9:00 am your lobby doors were locked and only drive-thru was open. We knocked and no one came so We went next door to Sonic. Then tonight we went in and were waited on- yay! But on our way out the door 2 customers were still waiting at the counter and no one would take their orders. Also when we ordered Jr. Burgers we were told y'all were out of ALL small meats. Tried to give this Whataburger another chance. Once again disappointed. Had to wait forever just to order. Then the person taking our order literally answered his personal cell phone while we were trying to order. Then they took forever on literally just four combo meals.
