Drive through was not moving so I went inside. Dining room was nasty. One family and I were the only ones inside. I waited 20 minutes for a kids meal. Fries were soooo bland. Not all Zaxby's are the same. I really like Zaxby's.... Anywhere. But this one.... The lady working at the register remembered a customer from two years prior. The manager was super friendly... the music was enjoyable. The whole environment was clean and comfortable and inviting. Friendly customer service goes a long way. Idk who the crew was working today or if all the employees are like this, but I hope they're working next time I'm passing through. read more

hey now say now, i feel like these are by far the best chicken strips i've ever had in my life. in seattle we have limited chicken joints so maybe i'm just an inexperienced chicken strip eater but also maybe not?? maybe these are just that good. i came here on a friday night with my dad & we ordered the chicken fingerz with zax sauce & he got honey mustard wingz. i would say the wingz were cool, but the chicken strips took the cake!!!! y'all, they were juicy, lightly seasoned & not too breaded! just how i like it. we also got a iced tea which was also pretty good, i know down south they like their iced tea sweeter but i'm more of a low sugar seeet tea kind of gal. so i was happy to try this & not die from a sugar rush. fries were good too, crinkle cut but on the thicker side (which i love) i always here the raising canes vs zaxbys debate & trust, zaxbys is by far so much better. will definitely be coming here more for those days i'm craving chicken strips (don't be fooled by the pictures they give you a better portion of fries my dad & i just split it up) read more

This location was a 5 star a few months ago. But lately the fingers have gotten quite a bit smaller than they used to be. They have also gotten fairly stingy with the fries in the value meals. First sign that this was not going to be a good visit: the cashier asked for my order and then proceeded to turn and talk to her fellow employee while I was trying to place my order. Then asked me to repeat again because the customer comes second to any side conversation. The food was good and came out timely. The manager was not attentive to the customers or her employees. The cashier rolled her eyes and sighed repeatedly throughout each order she took. We ate here after Christmas. We did take out. I usually order the chicken tenders plate! It's always great! I love their house dipping sauce! The portions are awesome. I give them 3 stars b/c I have had better before, at other locations. You should definitely try the grilled chicken salad as well. The only thing i warn you about is their croutons are not the best. ask for a slice of toast instead of croutons. They will substitute for no extra charge! The restaurant was literally freezing and most diners were complaining about it. Most of the drink choices at the soda machine weren't available. The food probably would have been great if the building wasn't freezing. I asked for ketchup and the lady at the front counter said "I gave you some in your bag" but I have 20/20 vision and I couldn't find one packet of ketchup, neither could anyone in my car. We got here a bit early on a holiday weekend morning, tired from shopping, but were delighted to find that they really did open a bit before 11 am, the cups of iced tea were big and delicious, and the food was prepared quickly and to order. My daughter ordered a wings meal all flats, the server said they were all out of flats, my daughter said fine and she ordered a large sweet tea, server said were out of tea, my daughter said, fine, I'll take a coke, the server said, we don't have any ice. I honestly believe that they had the flats, the tea and the ice, I think they were just being little b*t*h*s because it was close to closing time. I've worked in and around food service for nearly forty years and I don't care if you walked into my establishment at 9:55 pm and we close at 10:00 pm, you were going to be greeted and seated with a smile. These managers hire these millennials that know nothing about customer service and they are running their businesses into the ground. I have noticed more and more job postings requesting that older applicants should apply. When I re-entered the workforce a few months ago, I used that as my biggest selling point.
