The pecans were supposed to be "candied", which really elevates the flavors of a strawberry salad. There were very few, and they were not candied, but just regular salted tiny pieces. Overall the combination of all the flavors just didn't work, and made for a boring tastebud experience. IF I ever go back I'll try something else. As far as the service, that was disappointing too. The young lady at the register was very nice, but everyone else could really use some customer service training. After eating, I went back to the counter to get a to-go box. I stood there for 3-4 minutes, and had numerous employees walk right past me and not even make eye contact. Even the manager that was in the kitchen making food looked over at me and said nothing. I was trying to wait patiently, but after a few minutes, I finally flagged someone down to get the to-go box. It doesn't seem like they care much about the customer experience, and that usually makes up for lackluster food.
