We arrived just before noon on a Sunday with a large group of 9. We were seated immediately and apparently arrived just ahead of the rush, because the place was packed by the time we left. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with questions and kids. We ordered salad, hummus, pizza, and calzones. The food was quick and fresh. The kid pizzas were equivalent to a small pizza. Everyone enjoyed their selections. We would return.

Mississippi version of a muffaletta, I guess.

Went to this place again due to a group of friends wanting to go there. Considered the red beans and rice. Menu stated that it contains locally made Country Pleasin' smoked sausage so I ordered it. The serving had FOUR THIN SLICES of sausage. It was the most cheaply made entrée. Very small and very cheap. Our friends were shocked and embarrassed they'd taken us there. You'll have a better experience at Sonic or such.

I tried the 5 cheese pizza tonight and added chicken. Such vibrant and bright flavors, cooked to perfect and paired with great service. Love to hit Soulshine when passing through Ridgeland

The was a great spot for dinner. Several televisions to watch sports, drink special, awesome pizza, and salads. When I got back to Ridgeland I will eat at Soulshine Pizza again.

Pepperoni pizza

Horrible experience this weekend and the food was subpar and cold when i received my food. This location had definitely fell off and Mr. William must not be there anymore because when he was running the place the food was exceptionally good..

Small pizza with mozzarella, ricotta and meatballs

Don't do this to yourself. You can get much better pizza. It's a shame because Pizza is in the name and that was the worst thing we had. I would highly recommend they add salt to the pizza dough if they make in house. Also the meatballs were shockingly tasteless and dry. Salads came out wilted. The crawfish bread was not bad, but a little lacking in crawfish. I think the audience here is children because we were the only visitors without them. That may be why the food is so bland.

The Brookie is not only HUGE, but it's just so amazing. I can't even describe it. 1000/10 must have. The Ribeye is my go to. It's huge and absolutely flavorful and exquisite. The fries were crisp and salted perfectly. I absolutely love this place, and have never had an issue or unpleasant experience.

When Lou's was in the old location I gave it 5 stars. It was always amazing. Our first time at the…read morenew location was a bit of a let down. Let me start with the best part of the night. My delicious cocktail. Their take on a whiskey sour is incredible. Definitely get a Township Sour! The crawfish fondue was a bit grainy. Not near as smooth as it has been in the past. The hand cut fries are always top tier though. I had the house salad with grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp were smaller than I expected. Flavor was ok. They were cooked appropriately but small. I opted to sub the dressing for their ranch. It was a good house made dressing. Mike and the other guy with us got the ribeye, Pittsburg, medium rare. Mike forgot to ask for the sauce to be on the sauce rather than covering the steak and fries. It's not that the sauce is bad but a good steak doesn't need to be covered in sauce. The downside to this is that they put the steak on top of those incredible house cut fries and between that and the sauce you end up with a soggy bed of french fries. The steak was cooked perfectly. His wife got the filet with a house salad. She said it was cooked as ordered and tasted great. Let me take a moment to say that their floors have some weird waxy feel and it's like ice skating. Our friend fell and everyone at surrounding tables commented how they had been slip sliding around. Dessert at Lou's has never disappointing. Their pecan pie is one of the best ever. The blueberry cobbler is amazing. I have never eaten a dessert there that was not phenomenal. Hannah also made me a fresh cup of decaf and it was such a good cup of coffee. Hannah was an excellent server and the host was quite friendly. We aren't fans of the booth bench seating where you feel like you're eating with the people next to you. The tables on the wall benches seem closer in this location. We will go back and try it again but I will go with my usual redfish #1 and see if it is still as incredible as it has been before.

Some odd reason, the place comes up on my swarm app as a food truck. It's not, but it's an actual sit down restaurant with outdoor and indoor seatings. They have a salad bar as well. I loved the tea area you had black current and sweet with real cane sugar. I did their mix n match. Which entails a half sandwich, fruit, soup, chips or salad. I chose the Carmella sandwich which was good. Very pack full with meat. I was shocked I didn't taste the Spicey picadillo sauce. I guess it was because it also had mayo. I paired this with half a tomato bisque soup, was good and a bowl of fruit. ( strawberry, pineapple, and grapes) with a dipping sauce. My husband had the full Sicilian sandwich with chips. He said it was good. Prices are a little steep but it beat having something we have back home. Staff was friendly and helpful. I am not sure what apps they use in the ladies room, but it smelled good. My only takeaway was their music that was playing. Not everyone has a knack for Christian music, but maybe if they played a soft rock alternative mix and not just the one station. It's nice to have a blend.
