If you've read my reviews, you know my husband LURVS Quiznos. And you know that anywhere we go, we try to find a Quiznos since they are no longer located in or near our hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. We were the only customers inside, and we were worried they would close early being the night before Thanksgiving. But they hadn't! And we got several sandwiches... some for the road, some for the next day! The owner was super friendly with us, which I always appreciate. I love a Quiznos - and this is one of the best locations I've been too. The team at this location is always super friendly and get your order to you quickly. Don't be put off by the line at lunch time - it moves fast. All of their sandwiches are fresh and delicious. My personal favorite is the Turkey Bacon Guacamole. I must say this Quiznos is veryyyyyyy different then all the rest. The food tastes much better then any Quiznos Sub Shop i've visited. The new management is super super friendly and they always make me leave with a smile. The subs are amazing and the sauces are great. We tried going down the road to the Lenny Sub Shop but it just never tasted like these subs. And the prices are even lower at this Quiznos which makes eating lunch at this location affordable and pleasant. I would recommend anyone who loves subs to stop at this Fondren location and try one of their subs....mmmmmmmmmmmm toastay!! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. I recently ordered 60 regular boxed lunches for a local university football team. We paid for each box to come with a regular sized sandwich, cookie, and bag of chips. Instead, I received a small sandwich and no cookie in half of the boxes. When I called the next day to be reimbursed for the missing cookies and small sandwiches, I was told that I could not be helped. After contacting Quiznos' corporate offices, the owner was willing to come to a settlement. Less than an hour later, I received another phone call from the catering manager who actually berated and harassed me for "lying" about the service I received. He even told me I sounded young and that I sound like I have issues... I can't make that up. He even threatened to have his girlfriend speak to me on the phone. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional business. I will NEVER again do business with this Quiznos. You would think for an order of over $300 an effort to maintain business and some sort of professionalism would have been made. I am immensely disappointed and flabbergasted with this experience. I just talked to corporate again so hopefully something will be done. Save your time and money though and go to Subway. read more

I think this is the best Quiznos I ever been. They have tasty subs and great sodas. The service is great. The usual I would recommend is the spicy baja chicken. There are a few things that need some work like more soda options and better chairs and tables because they are pretty wobbly and small. read more
