Wife and I walked in on a Saturday around 5:30 and ordered a 30 piece crew pack. Employees were very friendly and attentive. Food was ready in less than 20 minutes even though they were fairly busy. The dining room appeared to be clean and we were able to find a table with a perfect view of the football game that we were interested in. The wings and fries were done just right and were not greasy like other places we have been. Two negatives were the music was a little loud to the point of where everyone was having to use their loud voice when ordering and my wings weren't seasoned enough although I had requested extra seasoning. When a driver does not deliver the food and a customer calls asking about the whereabouts of their order, Wingstop does not call the driver - states that they cannot call because they do not know who picked up your food - and then tells YOU to call DOORDASH for more information. This is out of order. Had I ordered from DoorDash, that would make a lot of sense. But I ordered from Wingstop on Wingstop's website. Unlike when a customer orders from DoorDash, Wingstop has no way of providing me with the driver's name, phone number, or Driver #. Wingstop is a restaurant I keep in rotation because I have some people with food allergies that makes picking restaurants quite the task! So to have a bad experience was very disheartening. But, I must say that Mr. Eric (I believe the business owner or DM) more than made up for it. He was very kind and attentive to my concerns. He provided me with a total redo of my order, and when I went back to pick up my order, it was a totally different experience. The online process should allow customers to easily come in and pickup their order but when you show up to pickup your food, you have to wait an extra 30 minutes to get your food. So I called to cancel my order from the Wingstop in Ridgeland and the lady told me she would give my name to the GM and it would take 3-5 days to refund my money back. So I waited and honestly forgot about it until 2 weeks later so I called again and another lady told me she would give my name to the GM and have my refund this week. Here it is almost 2 weeks and still nothing. So I called again today and she said the same thing. By the way this girl name was Adrian that I talked to today. Hopefully this is resolved today because if not I'm calling cooperate. Wingstop is not cheap and I never got my order so it's the principal and I want my money back. I only gave 1 star because I had to. But other than that they gets a zero. I went in on Saturday after placing my order online. I placed my order at 7:15 pm on and did not leave there until after 8:45 pm. I understand running behind on orders but the rude response of we are behind on tickets does not sit well with me. I can't stand spending my money to only get piss poor customer service. This is the only location I have this problem at. I will definitely be driving out of the way from now on if I decide to eat hear again. What really set me off was after about an hour of me waiting I saw one of the female employees come from the back to fix herself a drink and asked a guy who had just walked in and placed his order for his name and she proceeded to go back and prepare his order and had it to him. That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. You should have been offering to help the other angry people who had clearly been waiting. I understand that we have to social distance but they then made us stand in the rain to not hear our name being called. We could not sit in our vehicles but we would have not heard the names being called. This Wingstop has horrible customer service!!! The least you could have done was offer a discount, refund, a free drink or something for waiting around, but no all I received was a funky attitude. I will never go back to this location.
