Yes great food. Great service. Great customer service from the cashier. Nice atmosphere inside. Planning on returning back. You can tell they stay on top of things to make sure customer doesn't have a bad experience during. Went during my lunch break. I will NEVER be back to Zaxbys. I barely like Zaxbys to begin with but my friends mom wanted a salad. The drive through line was long so we decided to call in the order. We call and they said to place the order online. That's fine no problem. I placed the order online and paid and sat and waited. The online order said it would be done by 2:07. Outside it says once you're here for your Togo order, call. So I waited till about 2:05 to say "I'm here". I called the people and they say "well we don't have your order on our screen". I said "ma'am I paid for my food and I ordered it here" so the original girl on the phone says "hold on" then some random white woman comes to the phone and just says her name. So I reply, "yes" and she asks "how can I help you" I explain the same thing to her and she says with an attitude "ma'am I can read you every order on our screen and yours isn't there" I said "well ma'am I can show you a confirmation that says my name and this specific Zaxbys, so are y'all gonna bring me my food?" THEN they connect me to a third person. WHOOPDIE-FUCKING-DOO and she finds the order saying it JUST showed up on their screen and that it takes "a few minutes". If it took a few minutes to show up, why hadn't it showed up in the few minutes that I waited to call?? So didn't get the food on time, and it took 3 different people just to identify the order. Went to the Jackson,Ms location tonite. Ordered a salad with a large root beer. Was told that they don't serve root beer even though I got one last week. ordered a sweet tea but discovered it was unsweetened when I got home. Zaxbys is my absolutely favorite restaurant but this location has really poor customer service.

Always look forward to Zaxby's when I'm in town but they completely let me down yesterday. They gave me sauceless wings and the breading on the tenders was hard as a rock. Food was also barely warm. The closing staff here is horrible. Literally can't get an order right and everyone walks around with an attitude. Definitely won't be back here. I'm not sure what their outside lives have to do with their customer service at work, but no one forced them to work at Zaxbys. Go to school and get a real job where your life won't be so depressing and dull. Also, I paid for two extra zaxbys sauce after the entire shift made sure I knew it was 25 cent each, they charged my card and still didn't get the sauce. Today 1/4/20 we ate at Zaxby's. The food is always good but omg the inside was disgusting garbage overflowing,food under the tables,trash on the floor. It was plenty people on staff that could have easily came out and cleaned up. I have never seen this Zaxby's this nasty. read more

My first time ever in Zaxbys. Went there on a friend's recommendation. Probably will be my last as well. There was a young staff which I liked (gotta start somewhere ) unfortunately the management seemed young as well so obviously quality control was anemic. I have gone to this location twice. I was not impressed either time. The food wasn't great. The dining room area was not clean. Even the empty tables and booths were dirty. The drink area was a mess. I've been a long time fan of zaxby's and I really haven't explored there menu to deeply but I get the chicken finger plate most of the time. They are usually very good, perfect breading, great crunch, but as of the lately the quality has decreased. The tenders were a little softer/colder than how I like them. Fries and toast were good with their signature sauce. The service was okay not too terrible but one waiter did spill BBQ sauce on my friends hand and didn't really care, but other that I'm leaving pretty satisfied. read more

Last visit in December, it wasn't busy and there were plenty of front counter but the dining was dirty.
