Make sure to look for the Char restaurant as a reference. The bagel bakery is housed with other shopping, restaurants and businesses. I parked near Whole Foods which is the back part of the shopping center. Ambiance: 3 Stars As you walk in the bakery, the decor is modern with various paintings and artworks. There is plenty of tables, chairs and 3 large booths. At full capacity, the noise level will increase. The display of the bagel section is great however, it is hard to read the menu board due to the narrow ordering area. There are menus available if you can't read the menu display. Service:3 stars You are greeted by the staff and the ordering starts at the deli section. The ordering process is somewhat chaotic. It wasn't busy, but it seems the staff helping at the counter were scrambling more than they should have. They were pleasant and professional but somewhat slow when ordering a few items. Everything is freshly prepared and you are eating in line to pickup your order. This delays the line to move.
