Ordered on the WingStop app. AFTER payment was made and order completed, the app displayed estimated order completion time 42-47 minutes. No way to cancel your order. Upon my arrival 50minutes later, I waited an ADDITIONAL HOUR before I received my order. Staff a was apologetic. This has happened before. People phoning in their order were quoted an hour to hour&1/2 wait time. Food was hot and fairly accurate but no celery as ordered. Televisions were not working. read more

The wings are solid, the staff is VERY nice. The downside is that they are either very slow or unorganized. I ordered off my app the skip the line to order. It took me 44 minutes to get my order when the app said it would be 20 minutes. The most disturbing thing was that 3 people that came in AFTER me, got their order 15 minutes before I did. This store has the worst customer service of any restaurant I've ever seen. We used to order from them at least 2 times a month. They regularly mess up our order. The last time we went back to correct 3 different orders and the cashier who took our money and read out our order correctly, argued to the point that another worker physically covered his mouth and told him to go to the back. We asked for a manager and we were told they don't have one. The cook was the only one who appologized to our group. The rest never oce apologized for our order being wrong. One order was just missing sauce. Another order was all the wrong seasoning. The third was missing part of the order and they were boneless wings when I ordered bone-in. We were treated as if we were responsible for the mistake. While we were waiting for our order to be redone, another patron's order was incorrect also! read more

Make sure you have plenty of time. The wings are good; not great. They've been out of Blue Cheese dressing for two weeks. Staff is as friendly as other fast-food joints in the area. Seating is not all that comfortable - which wouldn't be a big deal if you weren't committed to an hour sitting. The wing combo works out to about $1 per wing, so it's kinda pricy. Holy moly, they're slow, seriously s.l.o.w. I like that the wings are fried fresh, but it's not uncommon to wait 30-45 minutes for a batch of wings. With such a limited menu, one would think they'd be better/faster at cooking wings. read more

If I could give them even half a star I would! I love this place but tonight when I arrived there to get our food I was not even greeted when I walked in. I could tell by their attitude that they were very less than thrilled to be at their job, didn't say anything but what can I get you and is that it, didn't offer any dipping sauce, didn't tell me how long it would be. While I was waiting for our food some of the employees starting joking around and play fighting and using profanity. Finally got my order after I had to ask if it was ready yet. Got home. Opened the box to find our wings were thrown in the box together (BBQ and Louisiana rub wet/dry). Obviously that's a no no. Sit down and taking a bite out of my wing and looked down to see what looks to be a fried fly or ant on my wing. Just disgusting. Took our food back. Asked for a manager. Cashier looks around and said "Sorry, their not here". My husband showed her why we were there and The cashier could only say "oh my God". Showed other employees and asked someone what do I do?? Needless to say we got our money back. They did say they were sorry but Still they played it off like it was no big deal. A friend of mine tweeted the picture to them and we did get a response back. The food here is fine. Their problem is speed and customer service. I've been to this location two or three times and I was disappointed each time. The last time I called my food in and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I gave them 25 minutes before I arrived and I still had to wait over half an hour at the store! Don't bother unless you got a couple hours to waste waiting on wings. read more

Wing Stop has the best wings, and this is one of the better wing stops. Good part of town, we go pretty often. They get our order perfect, and we tend to order a lot since we feed a lot. Plus I like the fries plain, so gotta love it when they get the order right. I love the Garlic Parmesan wings and I get a side of liquid Cajun to dip 'em in. Yum! Their lemon pepper flavor is out of this world -- it's the hubs favorite. I tried the new Korean flavor and loved it. Hope they keep that flavor permanent like. The bone in wings are crispy and amazing, while the boneless are intermittently great. I say intermittent due to the size fluctuation. Most of the time they are large and delish while sometimes they are normal -- which is disappointing only Bc they set the bar high. I give the restuarant 4 stars instead of 5, as I wish they had Sweetwater Blue or Abita Strawberry on tap, and the last time we were in the restuarant was a lot warmer than comfortable. read more

I've been to this location a few times now, and came away satisfied every time. I'm not from the area, so ordering the first time was a little intimidating. That being said the wings have not disappointed. Cooked to order, and well seasoned, these wings are some of the best I've had. The prices are fair, and the counter staff have been patient willing to explain everything on the menu when asked. Everything is cooked to order, so wait times are a little long, but there're plenty of tv's to watch while waiting and if you have company you have time to talk before stuffing your faces. The dinging areas are kept fairly clean, and the restrooms weren't bad the times I've been there. Overall the Ridgeland Wingstop is a great value, with a competent staff, and great wings, I'll be back. read more

First visit to this location yesterday...and the last. The dining area was dirty, sticky floors and tables, and standing water in the men's restroom. And as one can imagine, that room was as bad as the dining area. The hardest part to stomach was seeing the "cooks" constantly pulling their pants back up as they criss-crossed from counter to counter, handling food.
