Very disappointed. Seems like things just get worse at this location. Got the 3 for me. My burger was a mess. The bun was all messy with the excess of condiments and grease. The fries were colder than my drink. The chips were also cold and tasted a bit stale.--the salsa was thinner than most tomato juice. Had to flag down the waitress for drink refills and extra napkins. We went right at 12:45pm. The restaurant was not very busy. I'm in a motorized wheelchair. I did not have any issues accessing the restaurant or being seated. The food was very good I had the Swiss Mushroom Burger it was excellent. My friend had the chicken quesadilla. I was not able verily impressed with it however she was very satisfied. I ordered the old timer with cheese your Togo people who took my order seem like they hate it there and it's dark in there with nasty material for flooring. Y'all have new cardboard boxes. When I got home I put it on my table and a few minutes later went to grab it and the cardboard paint or whatever imprinted onto the wood of my table. AVOID!!! T-Bonz, Applebees, and Ruby Tuesday are all within a couple minutes. This Chili's just cant get it together. By and large I like Chili's as a chain, but this location is just terrible. I live very close so occasionally I order to-go. Maybe once every 6 mos, just to see if it's gotten better. It never has. They have no idea how to cook a steak. I order my steaks medium rare (cool pink center). Every time it's anywhere between medium well and burnt charcoal (today was quite close to the latter. I included a picture.). My side salad was decent, but the "loaded mashed potatoes", they only put 2/3 of the ingredients. To add to the disappointment, I placed my order online for pick up, but when I go inside, no one is at the to-go counter. After waiting I had to go ask the bartender who simply told me "yeah, you gotta go to the to-go window". Like, no kidding... but if nobody is there, how long am I expected to wait, exactly? I got there after the schedule time for my pickup and I still ended up standing around for a good 10 minutes because, even thought my food was done (the to-go desk gives you a view right into the kitchen area), it was just sitting around and was never packed up. When I got home the food was lukewarm, my steak was terribly overcooked, and overall the meal was lackluster. Save your money! This place sucks. And to any Chili's representative that reads this, save your empty "call/e-mail us so we can make it right" replies and put your energy into not having a trash location. You're riding a 2 1/2 star rating! Besides, I've read the other reviews. When reached out to, customers are promised some form of restitution, but you don't follow up. read more

It's been a while since I've been to this particular Chili's because previous experiences were lackluster, but I recently went to a Chili's in another town and the food was good so I decided to give our local one another try... I really wish I hadn't. To start with, they gave my daughter her kids menu (it's paper and they're SUPPOSED to be disposable) and when she opened it we quickly realized it had been used previously - it had coloring and writing on it and bits of food markings. We asked for another one and explained why and they brought a new one out but didn't bother apologizing or explaining why she was given a dirty, used one to begin with. Next, my husband ordered the Texas Cheese Fries as an appetizer. It came out completely overcooked (see photo). The cheese was rock hard and crispy, though they did sprinkle it with fresh green onions. As my meal, I ordered the original with beef Skillet Queso. The skillet came out with barely enough queso to cover the skillet, I couldn't even really "dip" my chips because I'd immediately hit the skillet. In the photo I posted, I scraped the queso back with a spoon to show how shallow it was served - the photo was taken before I even attempted to eat any. (See photo) It also tasted really bad, like something was wrong with it - I've ordered it recently at another location and it didn't taste like that, so I know it isn't just the recipe. My husband's mashed potatoes were served at a temp that felt cooler than room temperature. My daughter ordered the kids quesadilla and it came out completely inedible. Her tortilla was as crispy as the tortilla chips. The cheese inside was completely hard and overcooked. (See photo) My sons ordered the Seafood Alfredo & the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I came here with a friend after her horse lesson in the mood for food. I had mentally decided on what I wanted to purchase from Chili's but after seeing the 3 for $10 on the menu I decided on getting that instead. it comes with a beverage, appetizer and entree which was very interesting so I ordered a sprite, Chicken Enchilada Soup and The Old Timer with Cheese. Sat down and I ordered an old timer Tuesday special and the person with me said I'll have the same thing with no ketchup. He said I also have the free app for free chips and dip. The Food was not bad. Got our check and mine was right but the individual with me was charged for 3 items for 10.99. Both of us had water. Said it must've been a miscommunication and made it seem like it was our fault for ordering. Not sure how we could've ordered any different when the person said he wanted the same thing I did which I got charged correctly for. I guess they are saying it was a miscommunication definitely not on our part because mine was charged correctly and if we had had the three for 1099 we would've gotten a drink with it instead of water. Needless to say after waiting 30 minutes we finally got the check resolved. It's been a while since we've been here due to the quality of the food. I must say the food had improved from the last time, but the service is definitely lacking, especially if your waitress rings your check up wrong. Chilis is within walking distance to my job and I normally place my order online so I don't have to wait. I placed my order online for the chicken and waffles and walked across the street. When I got there I was told that they didn't have my order. I was devastated and hungry. I went to lunch later than usual so I thought my food would be ready. They found my order and I was told that there was a glitch in the system. I waited about 20 minutes. When I made it back to work and opened my plate, it looked oh so good. The chicken was crispy and the waffle was sweet and crispy with a little fluff, it even had bacon crumbles and jalapeños on it. You can NEVER go wrong with bacon! Upon entering the restaurant we were immediately greeted and seated. It took approximately 2 minutes for our waitress to take our drink orders. It was an additional 5 minutes for us to receive our drinks. Overall the timing in between receiving our drinks and our food order being taken was too long. When we received our appetizer the mozzarella cheese inside was cold and had not been heated thoroughly. This place has horrible food. The cajun chicken pasta was repulsive. The chicken tasted and felt like rubber, and the pasta sauce tasted really bland. The cheese on the texas cheese fries looked like they had been melted, became hard after sitting in room temperature, then thrown in the microwave right before serving. Gave this location another try recently. This was a big mistake. The fajitas were just okay and portions of the sides (tomatoes, avocado ,cheese etc ) were very small. At the end of the meal I was charged for extra tortillas . I did not have enough to begin with so how am I to eat my fajitas ??? This is not written anywhere on the menu. Everyone's portion sizes were very small , especially the salads. We left hungry and probably will not return . Service was just okay . With the Upper Management currently running this place I am not surprised. It's all good. Luckily we are smart enough to take screen shots and document most of our unpleasant experiences beyond an App. My humble advice is to seek substance somewhere else. I came here late one night for dinner with my son and his dad. We were doing a quick dinner before they left for Canada for the summer. The food here was mediocre at best, and the restaurant was a mess when we walked in. The place was dead, and stayed that way the whole time we were there. The mess also stayed. It was kinda gross to be honest. I certainly don't expect 5 star food from chili's or restaurants similar to it. But I'd like for it to at least be clean. This is the Chili's to go to. The service was fairly decent and the food turned exactly as we had ordered. Since each Chili's has the same menu, it comes down to service for each restaurant. In the beginning of this dinner, our server was a little late to the table. However, once we were noticed, she did a great job at contributing to the dinner and delivering our food and drinks in a timely manner. Oh what a shame... First, the hostess tried to seat us in the section with the bar. We have a six year old daughter and it was very loud even though it was not busy. It was employees hanging out talking who were being loud. I asked if we could sit somewhere quieter. She took us around the wall and gave us a table in a wide open section. There was only like one or two other tables with customers. It took absolutely forever for a waitress to even acknowledge us. The food was just OK. I got the quesadilla explosion salad which I've gotten for years at many locations. It was so salty that I really did not want to eat it but I did. How can a salad be salty? Everything went so slow that we finally were on a time crunch and trying to get the attention of the waitress to get our check. We did not realize you pay on the little machine on your table but she was not even around enough for us to ask her. Saw lots of staff just huddled up having personal conversations and not working. This place is nothing out of the ordinary for what you'll find at any other Chili's. The food is decent for a chain restaurant (pretty tasty sides IMO), this location is always clean, it's in a really convenient location for the 'downtown' part of Evans, but service has always been hit-or-miss for my family. If you do swing through with a family, take advantage of the digital menus they have at each table now. Unlimited games for 99 cents is a small price to pay to keep hungry children happy and occupied while you wait for the food. read more

I ordered takeout at 9:00 pm, and they close at 10:00. When I arrived at 9:30 to pick up my food, they already had all of the doors locked and when I knocked at the togo door I was ignored by multiple workers. At my previous job and my current (both food service) we were and are not allowed to lock the doors until the closing time, no matter how obnoxious it is when somebody comes in 5 minutes before closing. I sat outside the togo door for atleast 15 minutes waiting and knocked a few times while employees walked by, making eye contact with 2 of them, and called twice where I could see the phone in front of me being ignored. Close to home. Next to the park. Porch dog friendly. No ambiance, but it does have ceiling fans, wall mounted tvs and Muzak. Uncomfortable Feng Shui with sun glare and heat blasting in at hottest angle possible due to position of building and no sunshades. On second thought, with different management this place has a good a chance as any to have a great life as a cool local hip hang out, but the wait staff and bartenders always seem annoyed to be there, apathetic and bleaching the tabletops takes priority over nearby diner comfort with smelling the Windex aroma. Nothing local or special about this restaurants franchise predictability, but it is the only choice with a patio near the park, so I give it there stars. read more
