We stopped by the new Eggs Up Grill in Evans and were pleasantly surprised! You can tell they're still getting into the swing of things, but they're already off to a solid start. The food was delicious and fresh, and the staff was friendly and upbeat even with how busy it was. We went on a weekend with a group of seven and ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a table, which honestly wasn't bad considering how packed the place was. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming -- definitely a great new breakfast/brunch spot for the area.

Eggs up is a new, and welcome, addition to the Augusta breakfast scene. I took my mom here recently and we both had a very pleasant meal. Several things stood out to me. First, we were the only people there and it wasn't crazy early. So, I feel like the secret isn't out yet and they are still looking to get some traction. Second, it is a beautiful spot. Pristinely clean and brand spanking new. Third, the service was fantastically friendly and prompt. I really liked the pay at the table option. It made it much easier to settle up and head out. I will absolutely be returning the next time I need a solid breakfast. It is well worth a visit in my opinion.

I've gone a few times and each time I've gotten exceptional service and the food was amazing! The food is seasoned perfectly and the size portions I have no complaints. I'm always taking food home. It's an upbeat place but stop quaint enough.

I just want to say this personally from my experience. You may want to go on another day , but never Sunday. Sundays is one of the most busiest days and if you choose to go here you have to get here early. A specific you want to get a good seat. I came here after church and it was very busy inside. So I decided to eat outside instead, which wasn't that bad concerning. It wasn't even that hot. But. I have to say it took longer for me to get my food than I thought. I waited about thirty 52 forty five minutes for my food but it was worth the review. I highly recommend this restaurant, but if you intend to come here, get here early.Otherwise you will be waiting a long time to eat.

Good thing we were dressed for outside because it's an icebox in this place. We were greeted and sat right by the door at 12:30. About twenty minutes in, they sat a table of eight right next to us, might as well have been with us. I believe our servers names was Bethany but don't quote me , she was nice enough but the wait once we ordered was ridiculous. We got our food around 1:30. I ordered the shrimp and grits, hollandaise on the side. I think the andouille was a lil spicy but they could've been more sauteed. The shrimp was teeny tiny and the grits could've been cremier. My grandma had pancakes bacon and eggs, we actually switched eggs because her scramble was too runny. I enjoyed the meal but feel it could've been better. I didn't really check the rest of the menu out but I don't feel like I'll go back.

Great Brunch spot! I have no bad thing to say about my experience. The staff were super friendly and food tasted great. Food was well seasoned and many choices. Quaint little spot. Don't expect huge restaurant. It is small. So not too large of a party. As for food, the cronuts are amazing!! They are the best and a must try. This is my new breakfast spot. They have healthier options but I'm not a health nut so I can't comment on those options. I wasn't looking at them. lol. However, if you just want a good breakfast (or lunch) it is a must try. Just not on the day I'm going (LOL)

Service and atmosphere were excellent. My sons enjoyed their plates (omelette and BLT) . Sausage were cold and weird mushy inside my wife did not eat them. Food was cold. My plate would have been better if it was warm or hot. I would try one more time before I go more and never again.

This place is probably going to become one of my favorite brunch spots! I loved the atmosphere, and the service was super friendly. Most importantly, the coffee was pretty good, and they have a wide variety of options from Southern style dishes to classic breakfasts. The shrimp and grits portion was huge, and it was delicious, especially with the poached egg on top. The only downside was the scrambled eggs. They were a bit overcooked. But I'll definitely try them again next time. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything!

Happy to see Eggs up Grill come our way! Nice clean atmosphere and ambiance. Despite visiting on a busy Saturday morning, we were able to snag 1st come 1st serve seating at the bar! We were greeted with great service from B! Food took a little longer than expected but B kept the coffee hot and the food was worth the wait! I had the crabacado and it was full of deliciousness! Crabcakes, eggs and Avocado how can you go wrong? Hubs had the shrimp & grits, so i had to try some! 10 out of 10 recommended! We'll be back soon!

Best breakfast in Evan's my favorite dish is the chorizo egg bowl. Try it with half grits and home fries. The best breakfast in town.

The valet folks were friendly, everybody smiled, and for a moment I thought we might have stumbled onto one of those places where Southern hospitality still gets practiced instead of just printed on brochures. The inn itself has that old-school charm. The front porch alone looks like it has stories to tell, and most of them are probably better than the ones you'll hear at the average chain hotel breakfast buffet. The room was nice enough, though getting to it felt a little like a low-impact obstacle course. After stepping off the elevator, there were three steps to negotiate before reaching the room. No big deal. I shuffled the luggage and carried on. Then I discovered the room itself was split-level, complete with three more steps. That arrangement seemed perfectly reasonable until the 3 a.m. trip to the bathroom, when those same steps suddenly became an adventure sport. One suggestion: every room ought to have a proper nightstand and a place to charge the electronic gadgets that have become attached to modern Americans like an extra limb. We may not all travel with a typewriter anymore, but most of us carry enough electronics to launch a small satellite. Things got a little more interesting when hunger arrived. We tried to make restaurant reservations through the Resy link on the hotel's website. No luck. The restaurant wasn't listed. Fine. Technology fails. It happens. So I called the restaurant. No answer. Turns out the restaurant number appears to be the same as the front desk. I left a message and waited about 45 minutes for a callback. Never got one. Again, no big deal. DoorDash and an Indian restaurant came to the rescue. While pondering the mystery of the missing callback, I found myself staring out the window. That's when I noticed the paint splatters and streaks all over the glass. Now, I don't know who handles maintenance around there, but somebody needs to explain that painting a window and cleaning a window are two entirely different activities. And that's really the story of the Partridge Inn. Nice people. Pleasant room. Plenty of charm. But charm can only carry you so far when attention to detail keeps missing the bus. The little things matter because they add up. The unanswered phone, the broken reservation link, the paint on the windows, the awkward room layout--they're all small by themselves. Together, they're enough to make me appreciate the stay but probably not enough to make me come back for another one.

Lots of seating options and we opted for the comfy little couch and chair in the back corner, which was great to just have coffee, a quick sandwich, and chat. My friend got the Good Tidings (think all the Thanksgiving flavors in one sandwich) special and I had serious jealousy over her food because I just got a simple breakfast sandwich and made the mistake of opting for sourdough instead of the amazing ciabatta it was supposed to come on. Everyone working there was so chill, the place was clean and bright, and super cute. Couple really cool things about this place: Christmas spirit & hospitality.
