Went here on a Saturday morning for breakfast. There was a wait to be seated. When we got our table it was well worth the wait. I had the sweet potato pancakes. They were delicious and very reasonable price they also make their own homemade cinnamon syrup. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They are only open till 2:00 p.m. they have many breakfast items on their menu to choose from . They also have some lunch items as well.

One of our favorite places for family breakfast! I would recommend the sweet potato pancakes! They come with a delicious cinnamon syrup! We came in today. Walked right in and sat right down. No wait! Wife got the pancakes with ham and eggs and my little girl got a waffle and sausage. Gotta check em out!

Sunrise is a surprise. You are greeted at the door. Nice and friendly! Service was excellent. And our food came out fast...grilled veggie omelette, dressed up home fries with two over easy eggs, and a shared pecan waffle! It is a dinner with dinner coffee. Huge portions & solid diner food. If you haven't checked this place out yet, it's worth a try. You'll not leave hungry.

Have visited a couple times recently, the food was pretty good. Service was excellent. Take a long sleeve, it tends to be a little chilly in there. I had the Greek wrap last week, that was quite tasty! Ordered the patty melt this visit and it was decent. I didn't care for the bread that it came on, but I will change that for the next time. Definitely cheaper than waffle house and more food!

Was visiting my brother in the Naug and we were looking for a good place to grab breakfast one morning. I was a little hesitant to eat here based on the reviews, but I think you need to give it a chance! We were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and made a few jokes with us as she took our order and delivered our food. We got a ton of food for the price, and my breakfast was really tasty. ordered the chicken fried steak with eggs and toast and homefries. While it wasn't the best CFS I've ever had, it was tasty and cooked pretty well. I was excited that you can dress up your potatoes like at WH, and I ordered my home fries with cheese, grilled onions, and sweet peppers. The flavor was good, but I was disappointed that the potatoes were a little undercooked. All in all, it's a simple, homey diner-style restaurant that serves up pretty good food.

A nice friendly diner with decent prices. Eggs Benedict was great and so was the home fries all dressed up. Definitely will return.

Starting with our drinks, we both had coffee-which I would return for the coffee alone! It was bold, curious, mysterious and honestly had me asking for the name of the coffee before I left! We had a server in training, so two servers! Both were outstanding! Quick to refill our drinks and remove plates that were empty. The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review! "Let me get it all full and pretty now before you get those pictures!" I mean, if she wasn't just the sweetest thing, and took 100% pride in her work. Same with the gentleman working the omelet station. He came in the day before to prep the fish (which is a long day of work!) The love they put into each dish truly shines through effortlessly! With permission, personally, I would suggest they rename their Sunday Brunch to "Soul-filled Sunday Brunch" because #1 I left ready to go to sleep! #2 I had a religious experienced during that meal, in blessings and dining I have only ever had at Church Potlucks! #3 It elevated some fancy and some common foods to such heights, I was expect to be hearing gospel music while I ate! #4 Personally, I hope heaven's banquet table is much like today's-full of love, flavor and most importantly-community! Everyone from other diners enjoying their brunch to servers, sous chefs to the top man himself-not one person wasn't smiling from ear to ear. It's been near a decade since I've seen that many smiling people all in one place! While I will have to limit how often I come for Brunch lest my clothes start shrinking! Edgar's by far, takes the trophy for elevated dining experiences in Augusta, Ga! Best of all, a percentage of all their sales goes back directly into Helms College (located in the same shopping center.) Helms college offers hands-on education in culinary arts, health services, and industrial trades like HVAC/R. Keep up the amazing work, I eagerly look forward to dining with you again!

They have a valet system, so no worries about parking. Staff have been very professional and friendly, so 5/5 stars for that. I ordered the 8oz filet mignon, medium rare. Steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly! It came with asparagus and mashed potatoes covered in a crispy layer of batter, which all complimented the steak well. I tried their tuna tartare, which had an interesting take on what the tuna was served on. I've always been used to tuna tartare being accommodated with bread, but this was sushi rice compacted and covered in some light batter. Felt like I was eating tuna sushi. Apply some of the sauces it comes with and seriously was fantastic. I also got to try 4oz of their Japanese A5 Wagyu. Super expensive; $80 dollars for four ounces, but worth the experience. You cook the thin pieces over a hot stone and apply some of the seasonings like salt it comes with. I cooked each side for about 30 seconds, sprinkled some salt, and it melted in my mouth! I ended my meal with their carrot cake and it was moist, not overly sweet, and had a great savory taste. I really enjoyed my time here and certainly will be back again. There is a bar and at the back of the restaurant, you can see the baseball field. Restrooms were clean, but only one stall from what I've seen in the men's room. Overall 5/5 steak house experience.

I'll tell you what made me unhappy. We were there on a 95 degree day. When we were seated our waitress brought us a carafe of water and 2 glasses. Room temperature water and no ice. I asked for ice and she brought us a cup of ice. Not really enough for 2 people and it melted down as soon as I poured water over it. I figured that the only way I would get ice was to order a drink, so I ordered ice tea. That usually comes with ice. Right?? Well our waitress said that she had to brew me a fresh cup of tea which when you pour that over ice the ice melts away and again I had a glass of room temperature tea. I couldn't get a cold drink here to save my life. And did I mention that it was 95 degrees out? My wife ordered a Rubin sandwich, not realizing that it was a spicy sandwich. One bite and she was done. She doesn't like spicy food so I traded her for my simple bacon egg sandwich on a bagel and I had her spicy Rubin. And it was spicy! They had a mustard that must've been made with jalapeño and if you like heat, you will like this. Plenty of parking. Full bar. Clean restroom. Very average.
