Service is wonderful. Food was delicious reminded me of home . Nyc street vendors. So flavorful and the drinks are amazing....if your a light weighte one will do. Truly a nice spot to chill on a Saturday afternoon evening and enjoy whatever game ia playing, music or whomever you are with. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon.

Immediately was greeted by smiling and welcoming faces on walking in. Restaurant was overall clean and a good vibe with good music! I had a cantaritos to drink and it was delicious! My dad had a margarita and it was as big as my head! Ordered the fajitas for dinner and they were good just lacking on flavor. However that doesn't mean I won't be returning to try more! Overall great first experience and excited to return.

Lokos Taco-Boy Scout Road Augusta, GA Food: We had the Street Tacos with steak, cheese and onions also, Texas Rice with steak, chicken and shrimp. Service: Great service! Ambiance: I simply enjoyed the spacious dining area and patio seating. Upon entering you cross over a little stream and waterfall... how cool!

How do you improve on perfection? Delicious food, cocktails with a heavy pour, friendly service that rivals family meals for the holidays. One word, space. And lots of it! But let me focus on location a moment. You may not frequent Boy Scout Road. Honestly, you may have never driven it while in Augusta. Here's what you need to know, this Lokos Tacos is literally 2 minutes off Washington Road (as you near 1-20). And the nice thing about that is the absence of all the traffic noise. So I arrived, making sure I had my appetite in two. You don't come here to "snack" because the portions for any menu item is meal worthy. The inside space has room for a 100+ folks, not including the bar. If you have a large group with a large appetite, this is where you need to go. But I like al fresco and again, this is the improvement upon perfection. A massive deck (three levels) with table seating, a outdoor taco bar, and a gazebo converted into a bar (aka, 360 bar!). The middle level is covered (the other tables have umbrellas) and has ceiling fans so even on those warm evenings you can enjoy the outdoors. I am a fan of the entire menu, but my first trip to this location I went with the carne asada which is served with grilled cactus, cambray onions, panela cheese, jalapeño toreado, and of course rice, beans, and tortillas. The sizzle of cast iron plate brought a beautiful aroma to my nostrils as the team member approach. I honestly could not chew fast enough. This was a work of art. Make a point to stop in today (and tomorrow). And if you can't stay, call ahead and have your order ready for pickup!

This place was exactly what I wanted! The queso is fantastic and when you walk in, they give you complimentary Mexican noodle soup which was very good also. The tacos were so good! So much flavor and just the right size. I love that you can order as many tacos as you want and you can mix and match meat; meaning you can in fact have your cake and eat it too which we all know I like. Highly recommend!

I have been wanting to try the new location but hadn't until late one Thursday night. Despite walking in at 9:10pm, the staff was friendly and attentive. I was quickly helped with my drink order, a house margarita, which was very tasty and plenty big. Next came the chips and salsa. This was the only down part of the visit. The salsa was fresh and tasty. For those of you afraid of the heat, don't worry! The chips; however, had a bit of a burnt flavor. I wonder if they were fried in old oil. I didn't let it detract from my dinner though. I ordered two tacos and a side of refried beans. The tacos came with so much meat that I had to eat them with a fork...awesome! The pastor was juicy and delicious. The campechana is one I'll be back for. The combination of steak and chorizo is excellent. They are served with two types of taco sauce. The green is very mild and fresh. The red is a little smoky and has a nice amount of spice. I added some of both but more of the red. I'm excited to visit again when it's more lively. I've heard they boast mariachi. The TV situation is excellent and the bar is a perfect place to enjoy a meal, a drink, and lively conversation.

Tried Lokos Tacos new locations on Boys Scout road on a Tuesday night. Got there around 5:45. They weren't super busy from what I could tell. They had a large parking lot and lots of seating and they have a large outdoor patio. I enjoyed the tacos and the chips were fresh. The magarita was huge (bigger than my head). Looking forward to coming back

The service & ambiance was great. The food was also pretty good but my two complaints are. 1. They don't devein shrimp the shrimp. 2. All the tortillas were dipped in something, which made it overly salty.

My husband and I had a great experience at this new location. The inside remodel is wonderful and I'm glad to see it back in business. Great food, clean and great service! You need to give these guys a try!

The service was absolutely top-notch, the food was excellent, and the ambiance was certainly very mellow. Our server, Cassandra, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the menu and made some great recommendations. Their menu is a southern American fusion for sure, putting unique spins on classic dishes. Here's what we had: Drinks: -Bottle of: Vitiani rosso Appetizer: -Charcuterie board (a la carte): -Bresaola (pork) -The drunken goat (Spanish cheese) -The red dragon cheddar cheese -Bacon Jam Dinner: -Pork loin chop -Confit duck pot pie -Beet carpaccio Salad The charcuterie board was very unique and delicious. Afterwards, my lady, and I split the beet salad, her dad had the pork loin, and her mom had the pot pie. Everything was absolutely delicious. After we finished, I met the owners, and told them how much we truly enjoyed it all. They were very appreciative of my compliments. We would certainly stop by here again.

They serve appetizers, charcuterie boards, salads, entrees and dessert. They do have happy hour and specials. We ordered: Drinks: -Bottle of: Vitiani rosso Appetizer: -Charcuterie board (a la carte): -Bresaola -The drunken goat Spanish cheese -Red Dragon cheddar cheese -Bacon Jam Dinner: -Pork loin chop -Confit duck pot pie -Beet carpaccio Salad We started off with the charcuterie board and we all enjoyed it. The bacon jam went well with it. Then our entrees came out. My fiancée and I split the beet salad. So good! My dad demolished his plate. He really enjoyed his pork loin with the veggies. My mom raves about the duck pot pie. She's been telling her friends and family all about it. She had extra and took it home. We had a great experience that my fiancée wanted to meet the owner. Sarah was very sweet and nice to talk to. Everyone had a great time and loved the food! I can say we are fans and definitely coming back. Thanks for making our dining experience wonderful. We had the chicken thighs which were juicy and full of flavor. The brussels sprouts with the goat cheese and balsamic glaze was a combination of flavors and texture that were absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is unique on the inside and gives a somewhat hole-in-the-wall bar vibe (but cleaner). During the day time, I would say it is family friendly, but at night it can definitely get rowdier so go at your own risk, it is called Whiskey Bar after all. The burgers are very good and are cooked very well with lots of options for customization. I always go for the classic WB(K) burger with Swiss cheese and pickles. The waffle fries are always so crisp and yummy. The same goes for the potstickers as an appetizer. Even their other burger combos that seem strange are actually pretty good if you are into that type of burger. The service is always pretty good. Friendly staff that was quick. Not a long wait on a Tuesday night, but have definitely waited before on a Friday or Saturday. They have a first come, first serve bar as well. The tables can be somewhat cramped depending on where you are sat and it is definitely not an accessible place as the entrance is crammed and all the tables are high tops on the inside, the outside is better with low top tables and benches. The Diet Coke was okay. A little syrupy so their ratio on the fountain soda machine must be a little off. Still good, but I have had better. Overall, one of the best burger restaurants in Augusta and most stop place in the area!

The service is amazing. They are so nice, and when our little one was having a rough time the waitress came over and tried playing with him and helping out.
