Everyone in this store is polite and has excellent customer service skills. The onsite owner leads by example and he does not hesitate to clear tables, wait on customers and even though he could be MY elder, he still uses good old fashioned "sir" or ma'am manners. I feel good when I'm here and staff do an excellent job. Food is delicious. I just happened to be here when they were celebrating their longest employee! Jim did not hold back on the praise for his employee. He conspired w/her husband and he gave her the day off & they were whisked away for a dinner/hotel respite via limo! I was happy to see the appreciation on both sides - the manager in his pride in his worker and how touched the employee was by this gesture. She was in tears. I respect managers who know that it takes a team to do an overall great job, who don't worry about keeping the props to themselves and are willing to be more than just a manager, but someone who leads by example & sets an example of good employer/employee relations. I LOVE Chick fil A, however this one does not live up to its reputation. The store was dirty and the service was awful. I eat at Chick Fil A because they are usually consistent in their customer service and their product. Tonight, it was on par with a McDonalds. Hopefully it was just a bad night. read more

Love chick fil a...my kids love the fruit! I mean they love the fruit cups a lot! Went through the drive thru today for lunch and when we got home there was no fruit in either of their kids meals. That is the thing they love best at chick fil a so they were not happy at all. They weren't even that busy so I'm not really sure how that happened but this is the second time in a row that the drive thru has messed up our order. The service was great as usual, however when we arrived home it was discovered the order was not complete. Utilizing the local phone number on the receipt sent the call to corporate where there is no direct path to incomplete orders, and you have to navigate a phone tree to arrive at that point. Once there it was a 4 minute wait on hold until the customer service person answered and asked for your name and phone number, for what purposes it is unknown, as they refused to remedy the oversight without a E-mail address, and when pressed about why they just don't call or text, I was informed it's not something they do. Needless to say 18 minutes of my life that will never be returned was wasted in an attempt to recover the money taken, for a product never delivered, by a corporation that claims to be Christian. In n Out Burgers doesn't claim to be Christian, and could teach Chick-fil-a a thing or two on how to correct a oversight, without demanding a E-Mail, as prerequisite to obtaining a refund and make you feel like a truly valued customer. read more

The place is just ok. It's overpriced. ITheir signature sandwich is the fried chicken filet with biscuits for bread. Just go to Carl's Jr and get their $0.99 spicy chicken sandwich. It's pretty much the same (Carl's uses burger buns) and you'll save $2. If it wasn't for my free chicken sandwich coupon, it just woudn't be worth it. read more

I went there with my son because I had a "Buy one meal get one free meal" coupon. The one who took the order was pleasant. The amount of food we got was little---I think it was half the size of Carl's or Popeye's chicken strips and a fourth of Farmer Boy's Fish strips. The taste both for fries and chicken were bland. Came in for lunch today and began talking with the cashier about how amazing the waffle fries are. After my mom had ordered the cashier let us know that my meal was complimentary for showing an act of kindness. About halfway through our meal another employee brought a a bag of free cookies, and another employee assisted a mom with her two kids because one of them was crying. I just had to write a review after the service I received today! I walked into the restaurant with my toddler in tow, and we were both having one of those days and needed some food, quick! My toddler was kicking and screaming as I tried to order and when the cashier said "It's on us today" my eyes filled with tears. I was stunned at the generosity and kindness displayed by this worker who did not know me, and smiled and said "My pleasure" as I thanked her several times over. And the kindness doesn't stop there. Our food came out very quickly and my son continued to cry and another worker spoke to me about how she remembered that stage of life so well and how she understood what I was going through. Everyone barely spoke english. Girl taking my order couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. I asked for ketchup with my order and a large drink. When I got to the window, they had my order wrong. No ketchup and a small drink. I asked the girl for ketchup and still ended up not having it in my bag when I got home. I love coming to this c-f-a! I always have a great experience. The food at these chains is so much better then standard fast food. The chicken is always fresh and cooked perfectly. They stay away from high sat. fat frying oils also! The customer service at this location is excellent. As a general chain, the employees are always the best. Fast, friendly, and efficient. We made it just minutes before closing on Friday night and the woman at the drive through window (I think her name was Priscilla) was so nice. No frustration that there were more customers right before the end of the night. The food was good (exactly what you'd expect)- but they took care to fulfill our requests (extra pickles, well done fries). So I was impressed! read more

By far the greatest chicken sandwiches in town. Very delicious, juicy, zesty, thicc chicken sandwiches. Personally I prefer the spicy chicken deluxe, with bacon. Great staff and very friendly. I take my kids to this restaurant often and it's always a great experience. I am an avid fan of the food and the service. But...I am not used this type of service. I have been to Chick fil a all through the South...I have never had to stand in a long line or retrieve my food from the counter. They prepared your order and placed on the counter. I watched this and went to over and their was my food and the two people who had ordered before me and was waiting for their food. This restaurant had one register opened during a lunch time rush... it was horrible..but the food is always good. I gave the restaurant four stars because of the food. Beyond disappointed with the subpar food and inconsiderate service from this location. Was given half frozen chicken, a half empty fry, no condiments, and was made to wait outside the drive thru despite my order being sent on the app before I even got to the restaurant. When I get home to eat, I'm greeted with chicken that tastes like it just came out of the fridge. I called immediately and was told to wait for the morning, a manager will call you back: no one called. Here we are four days later, the manager says we won't give you a refund because you don't have the food anymore (why would I hold on to the food for four days? Why wouldn't the original person I spoke to tell me to keep the food??) but we'll give you coupons, as if I want to return to that location. I brought in 2 free chicken sandwich coupons but apparently they were invalid even though the expiration date was not until September and there were no exclusions to when I could use then. The manager who took over my order was getting irritated and let me get the sandwiches for free. However, when I asked for no pickles she handed me my take out bag and said "I can't do that we already made it, here."
