We were in the area do we decided to stop by our favorite spot. This was our first time at the Temecula location and we probably won't return. Although there were at least four associates manning the drivethru, it was quite chaotic. We were given someone else's order and unfortunately our order was incorrect. Per usual we order our fries well done, that didn't happen. Noticing the previous review it looks like they stopped doing that, weird... The woman who took our order was a trainee so maybe that's where the mixup was. Oddly there wasn't any salt on the fries as well. That's to be expected when the fries are well done but ours were not. To top it off, we had to drink our Arnold Palmers without straws. Not a big deal, understandably, mistakes happen. Chick-fil-A is the best restaurant in the world! The employees who work there are friendly, kind, and helpful, treating you as if you are their best friends. They ask for your name, and they will bring the food to your table, calling you personally by your name. Their restaurants are so clean, you can literally lick the floor, since there is always someone cleaning. And their food! You actually get real chicken! Another positive point to make is that they are closed on Sunday. They honor Sunday as the Lord's day, and "for those who honor Me (God) I will honor" (1 Samuel 2:30). Clearly that blessing is seen at Chick-fil-A. I definitely would recommend to anyone Chick-fil-A as the best, cleanest, friendliest restaurant in the whole world! read more

Pretty rude, ordered almost $50 in food and asked for extra sauces for my employees, yet Lucy was snarky about how she could only give me 2-3 of two flavors. They do a lot of promotions, especially during the holiday season. The fries are good, especially with the different dipping sauces (you ask since it's behind the counter). Try buffalo! This was our first time at this location. I had never ordered a cobb salad before at Chick fil A. I had no idea it was supposed to have egg in it!!! My fries were ice cold and my nuggets didn't taste fresh at all, they were hard and not tasty. Whatever the reviews might be I can tell you everytime I've ever been here it's busy. They are efficient in their service and extremely friendly. With hubby's guidance it still took me some time to embrace it, but I have. I can only eat half a chicken sandwich if I want to avoid a coma afterwards, and I'm still not on the sweet tea bandwagon, but I get this place. If I have to do fast food and there is no In and Out I'd definately look for this place. I very rarely will write a negative review on Yelp, especially for someone working a fast food job because I know personally that these aren't always the easiest of jobs and quite often they're not making a lot and maybe I just encountered someone having a really bad day. But my experience at this location with an employee working the counter by the name of Michael, was not just the usual, not helpful, not welcoming experience. This young man was beyond rude and insulting. I'd already had a really long day and had had to spend almost 2 hours at Joann's just trying to find some affordable material for a backdrop and I stopped in to pick up dinner for my husband and I since it was already too late by then to go home and make dinner and because it was raining, there was a drive through line about 15 cars long so I parked and went in and let me preface this by saying that Michael himself wasn't really busy as I walked right up to the counter because everyone else was using the drive through window and, yes it's been probably at least a year since I've been to Chick-fil-A, so I wasn't aware that they had discontinued my favorite item on the menu, the chicken salad sandwich. And I'm trying to order it from Michael who from the onset of our interaction was clearly annoyed just to be working and then when I asked for 2 of the sandwiches to go he looked at me like I'd grown 5 heads and said they don't have anything like that at which point I explained that was all I ever ordered and he went on to continue speaking to me like I was a complete idiot and told me that maybe I'm referring to something that was discontinued at least 10 years ago! Well, I've only lived in the area for about 4 years and started going there with my granddaughter who isn't even 5 yet so no, I knew I'd ordered one within the last 2 years at least buy it was more the way he was talking to me like I was some senior suffering from dementia that really ticked me off. I might look like a senior to him but I'm 55 and certainly not losing my mind yet. So, being really exhausted and not having had a chance to even eat yet yesterday, I ordered a Coke and a bowl of soup to go. He continued to be really rude and I paid and was I guess standing at the counter too long after paying in his opinion, despite the fact that there wasn't anyone behind me and he very rudely told me to go away and stand 2 feet over where I was evidently supposed to pick up my bag with the soup. Well, I'm so sorry to inconvenience you, by not realizing that YOU weren't going to be handing me the soup, Mister, I'd rather be doing anything, LITERALLY ANYTHING, than working here and helping you. So, to the Toth family, who I'm assuming own this location because your name is on my receipt, I'm writing this to you because as a business owner myself, I know I'd like to know if one of my employees had treated a customer so badly that they would never want to return to my business and so badly that they now are spending 20 minutes writing this review when I can assure you, I have 5 million things I need to be getting done for my own business right now, I'd hope that you're going to pull this employee aside and either have someone go through the training process again with him or tell him to find somewhere else to take his surly attitude. One might expect less then stellar service at some businesses but I honestly have never encountered it at a Chick-fil-A just like I haven't at a Hobby Lobby. read more

Unfortunately he left the wallet in the car. He attempted to go to the car to get his wallet, Macailah say your meal is on us. I asked what did we do to deserve this. Macailah stated, this is the way we can bless you. I was truly amazed. I had the funds to pay for my meal, however it is nice to be blessed every now and again. I believe in paying it forward.
