I was there last week and they forgot to put an item in my bag that I ordered & paid for. There were tears at home. I immediately called the store and the young female Mgr said someone would call me the next day and send promos to compensate. Haven't heard a word from them. Also a suggestion. Have your order takers suggest the Deluxe if one orders the Spicy Chicken. I forgot that's what I usually order because I'm usually looking at their menu board. This is what a Chick-fil-A should look like, nice , clean along with the bathrooms which were well maintained..The food was fresh and hot and the chicken was way bigger than the bun on this visit. (weird huh) Spent about $30 and ordered with the app (which needs a little work in the consistency dept. B.T.W. ). The food was ready when i arrive . we sat don and ate and were out the door in lees than 30 minutes.The staff are friendly as usual...except for this one guy who might have been having a bad day but he was still courteous, just forgot to smile that day. But since their change in coffee from a few years back as they state chick Fil a has good coffee well if you put it up side by side with six bux maybe. Personally I think it is some of the worse coffee I have ever had. Motor oil in a coffee pot would be a better choice. The service was 10/10, even though they are busy they got us our food so fast. CHIC-FIL-A is an easy crowd pleaser for our family. This post is just to aknowledge the young man working the pick-up-window-hand-off- position, late Friday afternoon. After placing our order (love the efficiency of 4 team members taking orders) my husband remembered he wanted to try the Mac-and-cheese. We pulled up to the window and inquired with the young man however my husband did not want to trouble the staff and add to his order. This young man proceeded to request a small side so that my husband can try it. As we had already ordered plenty of food. Wow, our biggest complaint about this place is they rip you off when it comes to the large fries. They have this huge container to hold the large fries, but you only get like 3 more if you order a regular fries. This is the 2nd time this happened to us and it's a shame that a company that does so well, feels they have to save money by messing with the fry count! read more

I honestly can't believe I'm leaving a Yelp review for a fast food place but this Chick-Fil-A just blew my mind. The employees were probably some of the nicest people I've ever encountered.
