There have been so many times I've gone to this specific Chick-fil-A and been given my food seconds after finalizing my purchase. The owner, Jim, is so kind and courteous, always making sure everyone's experience is the best it can be. Maybe I'm biased because CFA is my fave, but I've never had a bad visit. The couple of times they've taken longer than normal to bring me my order, they've apologized and offered some complimentary menu item without hesitation. Also, shoutout to Julie. I love this location it's by far my favorite location because the spicy chicken sandwich is normally breaded more here and also the spice is more intense but that's what I love!!! The only problem I have is that the past few times I've come here I've ordered large fries because it's my favorite part of the meal because they are extra salty and delicious but they have only been filled up half way in the large container!!! It's basically a regular size fry not a large..The Escondido location always fills it to the top or overfills them so idk that's a bit disappointing but other than that absolutely love this location! read more

This chick fil a is possibly the WORST one I have been to. A friend of mine was HARASSED here by men and the staff did nothing to help. Most locations are efficient. Not so with this one. The associate seemed unfamiliar with the menu ( may have been in training). I asked for Chik-fil-A sauce when ordering and it appeared on the receipt. When the order was given to me, I asked if the sauce was in the bag. This is the third time now that I have been dissatisfied with this location. First issue: the fries are cold and soggy, yet the restaurant was busy, I don't know how the fires become cold and soggy when they are making them so fast. Secondly: the chicken portions have become SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. Last week my chicken tenders were like little pounded flat nuggets barely filling half the box, last week and this week my chicken sandwich filet is so small it was like two chicken tenders pounded flat. The filet that I bought extra was 3.50 and it is really small. Chick-fil-A is not cheap and I used to like it because of the quality and quantity but If this does not stop I will not be coming back. I went to the Temecula location last week. They were serving breakfast. The small tator tots tasted freshly thawed. Not good. I also got chicken on a biscuit. The biscuit was good. The chicken tasted like fake meat. It was very dry, barely edible. The coffee was about what you would expect from a fast food place. I won't eat breakfast there again. OMG, what a ridiculous experience! I swear this establishment is known for their customer services and their attention to details! I honestly don't understand where's the common sense! I just made it home after ordering a boat load of food for the family after a being at work since 3am. I thought it'll be a nice gesture so my wife can take a break from making dinner after juggling our 3 kids! Ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwich meals, 3 order of their 10 piece nuggets, and a side of Mac and cheese. I asked and repeated several times I'll need a few extra packets of chick-fil-a sauce and ranch, for the nuggets to be dipped in. Not only did I not get 1-2 packets of sauces for each of the 10 piece nuggets I ordered, I got a total of 2 ranch and 1 chick-fil-a sauce! 3 packets of sauce for 30 pieces of nuggets and the waffles for my wife's and my meals! Lastly they forgot the mac and cheese for my youngest! That is literally the only thing he's willing to eat! I can't stress how irritating it is trying to have a smooth evening with dinner after a long day to end up being a total disaster! I honestly don't know how hard is it to follow a prompt and bag an order with not much adjustment except asking for a few extra packet of sauce and have all my orders within those bags! I came to this Chic-fil-A after work and this was my first time ever ordering from a Chic-fil-A drive thru, keep in mind I always go to chick-fil-a but always dine in. I liked how organized it was and how the wait was not too bad. I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal with a drink and some extra chicken nuggets on the side. When I got home after my 30 minute drive I was disappointed to see that I got two sides of fries and one order of nuggets, and a drink which I ended up paying almost $19 for. It sucks that I got charged for what I wanted and did not receive my order correctly. It was an inconvenience and there wasn't much I could do since I do not live close by. Maybe next time I'll be better getting off of my car to be able to check the order. read more

This is your typical Chick, clean, has a drive thru and food is always tasty. The lemonade is so good, refreshing and the only thing I drink from Chick. It is a little pricey for fast food but it's way better then any other fast food spot. This place is really bad. In short, Gave them our order, asked for extra mayonnaise and pickles and they said "we don't do mayonnaise but we can give you packet's of mayonnaise." Said ok, they asked for any other sauces and we asked for ketchup for our curly fries. We get to the window and they asked us again what was our order. I told them and it seemed that they were all confused. They then asked us to pull forward and park in a space and they will bring out the food. My fiancé and I came in for lunch this afternoon and received the best service we've ever had at a Chick-fil-a! Even though it was absolutely packed, we had a wonderful and pleasant time thanks to the friendly staff. We especially enjoyed Chas and his excellent service. We can't rave enough about him. By far some of the best customer service I've ever had. My car has had some overheating issues months ago but was never a huge deal until today, while in the drive through line something went wrong under the hood and started billowing white smoke/steam and rendered my car unusable. Management and staff immediately took action while carrying a fire extinguisher and gave great instruction while they pushed my car out of the drive through and into a safe parking spot where a tow truck could pick us up--all while still providing us our food and two extra shakes as we waited for the tow.
