First of all customer service is always number one with me , but when you are consistently forgetting people's items it becomes a real problem. I really sick and tired of coming here and they tell you " here you go" and you drive off and expect everything to be in the bag, then when you drive all the way home and find out you're missing an item or two you become extremely pissed off. Now you may say to yourself hmmm, I'll drive back over and get it but you have to remember it will cost you so much more to go get the items and wait in the long drive through line or go park and go in, So now your F@.! !!!. So they just got you for $7.00 or more, So you happen to want Chick-fil-a again (and knowing you don't eat here that often because normally you eat good/ healthy) So you happen to place an order through the mobile app and go there and pick it up and drive off get to the light and decide to check your bags and boom it happens AGAIN WTF!!! So your like are you kidding me. How hard is it to follow an order and count and make certain the items are all there ? (I've worked at several fast food chains back in the day and we always made sure people had their items). Now this has not just happened to me it has also happened to my wife as well on several occasions when she has driven there for lunch and he items were forgotten and when your on a lunch break you definitely don't have time to turn around and go back and get your lunch, so again your screwed. As I've said before I don't frequent this establishment that often but when I do, I'd like my items to be all in the bag. Today it was a cookie 12/13/22, before that it was a sandwich so you were on my list of places I had liked but now you're becoming lower on my list. This location is always super organized and quick. Today Kenneth took my order and he was so sweet and friendly. It had been a rough day for me and he made it brighter just by being so happy and kind. I had forgotten to ask him to switch out the toy in my sons meal for an ice cream and I had already paid at that point so I told him no worries. He walked all the way over to the drive through window just to ask them to switch them out for me. How sweet was that?! It was something he definitely didn't have to do nor did I expect him too, but he did. My son and I were so grateful as he was REALLY looking forward to the ice cream! This place is amazing. I would say we are regulars. We have dinner here at least once a week. (If I am being honest.... sometimes more...) The staff has gotten to know us. And I don't think it's only because there are so many kids in our party. They genuinely care about their customers. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. And the one time my entree wasn't how I ordered it- I hardly got done saying something wasn't right and I had a freshly correct meal! It is always clean. Spotless clean. My fiance and i came through the Drive-thru around 8:10 pm on a Thursday night and ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwich meals and when we parked to eat he mentioned that everything on his sandwich was cold including the chicken. As for someone who works in the food industry i think it is important to serve food thats cooked hot at the correct food temperature. I just strongly advise to watch the food temperatures before serving them to customers . Visiting from Hawaii here! We were dying to get some Chick-Fil-A since we don't have it in Hawaii... The drive-thru line was long but we decided it was worth waiting in. When the lady came to our window to take our order, we had mentioned that we need to see the menu because my mom had never had chick-fil-a, and the pretty unapproachable and unfriendly lady flipped the menu down in front of her iPad and shoved it in the window. No words- no nothing. Maybe we're used to the Aloha spirit but like... she was just not very friendly for no apparent reason. After going through the rest of the line, someone accidentally gave us the wrong order but knew it wasn't ours when they verified the name on our order. Then, we get to the window and get our order, name verified. We drive off, realizing that we got a different order. Our receipt was correct but our meals were wrong: drink and food! Pretty disappointed. The food, nevertheless, was still good. We love the quality of the chicken and the warm, fresh waffle fries. My sweet tea was perfectly too sweet- just how I like it (no, like actually though). In fact, the salad was better than some I've had at fancier restaurants. The customer service was so nice. I think it's sweet they deliver your food to your table. I love Chick-fil-A, I have been to almost every location in Southern California but I noticed that every time I visit the Temecula location the order is wrong. Each time it's a minor error so I brush it off but since it's happened every single time I come in to this location it has gotten annoying. Last time I came in I didn't get any sauces when I asked for some and I didn't get straws. Another time I went in I had 3 meals and was only given 2 chick fil a sauces. Took the family on 4/22 and had a horrible experience. Our chicken sandwiches were cold, fried rock hard, and the bread was stale. We went at about 9:30pm. Maybe the food was sitting under heat lamps? Either way, for a $45 fast food meal that's just unacceptable. We showed the manager and he agreed that they were bad. He was apologetic and replaced the sandwiches. All replacement sandwiches were equally as bad. In dealing with the the back and forth, our fries got soggy and cold. We were disappointed and surprised as usually Chick fil A is one of those places that is always fresh and good. The manager acknowledged the food was bad and stated he would provide gift cards due to the inconvenience. He never returned to our table. We left spending almost $50 for horrible food. Chick-fil-A / Temecula, CA Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants when I'm craving nuggets or just grilled chicken. Like most CFA's, this location is busy and the drive-thru line can get a bit long. Dining inside is easy and even though there's a line, the staff is efficient and my meals have always been served fresh/warm. My go-to meal is their 8 Ct. Nuggets and 8 Ct. Grilled Nuggets. Both are really good and I highly recommend, especially if you're watching your carbs and increasing your protein intake. You really can't go wrong with CFA and they always hit the spot. What a crappy Chik Fil A. The whole state is wide open but this location only offers drive thru and curbside pick up. You can't walk in to order and you can't use the restroom. They don't even allow you to order outside. They require you download the app to order which was a complete nightmare since cell signal is horrible at their location and I had to order for 9 people. The owner, Jim, is so kind and courteous, always making sure everyone's experience is the best it can be. Maybe I'm biased because CFA is my fave, but I've never had a bad visit.
