    This is the house salad.

We dined at Charlestons last night for the first time ever. It was a fantastic experience! It was during the busy dinner rush, but our waitress was extremely proficient in her duties. She took really good care of us from start to finish. In fact, she was one of the best servers that I have ever delt with in my entire life. My hats off to the training and experience that the young lady has received. The food was excellent. I had the baby back ribs with fries and beans. I had a house salad to start the dinner off with. The restaurant is very clean and orderly, and the bathrooms were very clean too. There is plenty of parking at this location, so that's not an issue. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences that I have ever had. If I could give the restaurant 6 stars I would. I highly recommend this outstanding restaurant for a nice dinner.

From the moment you walk in exceptional service starts. Immediately recognized and helped. Food, service, ambiance, drinks ... all amazing! Recommend the queso and prime rib dip! but everything was delish!

What's left of the most exciting part of my day, the SHRIMP CARGOT, WOO HOO! I'm terrible at remembering to take pictures.!

I've now been here 2 times. The wait staff has been extremely kind & helpful with super gluten free choices. We like to sit in the bar area wherever we go because it seems they always know about gluten free. We went in about 45 min before they closed the last time and we were able to order, eat, pay and leave before they closed. Now on to tastiness ....We ordered the Shrimp Cargot as an appetizer and WHOA BABY that stuff is beyond delicious! I thought it would be good but it was quite the pleasing surprise. (It is on the GF menu.). I ordered the Roasted Chicken the first time and the Chicken Piccata the 2nd time. Both have great flavor. When I ordered the Piccata I ordered with spaghetti squash. I will probably order with mashed potatoes next time like other GFers have done. I didn't have any kind of reaction AND it's delicious. Double win! P.S. My husband loved his chicken fried chicken!

Bless their hearts! Being from Charleston, my expectations were low but this place did not disappoint! I had the Walt's salad and it was one of my all time favorites. I opted for blackened chicken instead of the shredded chicken that it comes with. The combination of the fresh strawberries and pineapple with feta and candied pecans paired well with the creamy champagne dressing. My boyfriend had the burger and a loaded baked potato. Everything tasted fresh and came out fast. Our server, Abbie gave great recommendations and our glasses full. What a treat!

We've had variable experiences at Charleston's the last couple times we've visited but today everything was perfect. We came around 12:30 and the restaurant was very full yet we were seated immediately in a small booth and our waiter checked in with us within a couple minutes. I had a bowl of baked potato soup and it was just great. It was actually quite filling and my wife ordered a Walt's Champagne Chicken salad which we split and I ordered one of the most amazing croissants which are to die for. The salad was fresh, nothing wilted and had chunks of dates and pineapple. Just delicious. Our server was competent, friendly and did a great job.Even though the restaurant was so full with people, it was actually very low on the loudness scale and it was a very enjoyable lunch with that Charleston atmosphere that we love.

I've been visiting Charleston's for years and each time it gets better & better. Great ambiance, they have the best customer service, and food is always fresh.

I went with my family and it was great. As an appetizer we always get the honey drizzled croissants which are a lovely start to the meal and reason enough to come. I had the BBQ burger which is my go too here and I find it juicy and flavorful . One of the people in our party had the chicken tenders and they were good but a little bland. Another person in our party ate the ribs and they were ok but were a little overcooked and not really tender which they usually are.

My husband and I went out for the first time since getting married this summer for his birthday. Had the BEST experience. My husbands steam needed to be cooked a little longer and the manager (or team lead) came out and handed him a new steak and noticed I didn't have a lot of food on my plate (because I didn't want vegetables with my meal). He insisted on bringing me extra fresh pasta out to replace the veggies. Our waiter was sweet (never had a moment to be thirsty because they constantly were refilling our drinks). Music was just low enough that we could talk and have a nice night! Also they gave us dessert on the house to accommodate us. So impressed, we didn't expect much from Charleston but they went above and beyond.

Both the hostess and our waiter were great vibes, super friendly and welcoming. The steaks were for sure delicious, but I was sorta disappointed by the seafood platter tasting not as fresh as could be. Also, the sides, sauces, and appetizers were pretty heavy on greasy processed oils. The cheese fondue on the broccolini and the au gratin were just too heavy. It was overall pretty good, but for how much this dinner cost, it really should have been much better. A lot of corners were cut. We still had a great time though. *** Update: the seafood was absolutely NOT fresh. My friend got pretty bad food poisoning later that night, vomiting, fainting, shaking, and chills. It was probably a bad shrimp or bad oyster. Debating if a trip to the ER is necessary.

I was sitting at a table close to the bar and watched a woman accidentally spill her drink while sitting there with her friend. It really was not a huge deal, especially considering there were maybe only one or two other people at the bar at the time. But the way the staff handled it afterward was unbelievably unprofessional. The bartender brought back what looked like a half full replacement drink and made a rude comment about her spilling the rest. After that, the women were mostly ignored while employees behind the bar laughed, took shots, and very obviously mocked the situation. Not to be a stickler, but I also do not think it is the best look for employees to be openly taking shots while simultaneously being extremely rude to customers and what appeared to be intentionally ignoring the two women after a small spill. Later, another employee came over and made another comment about the spill before they were brought their check. The women looked embarrassed and upset and left shortly after. It was genuinely uncomfortable to watch. There is a huge difference between joking around and humiliating customers, and the staff completely crossed the line tonight.

You could tell right away that the service was top notch (thank you Blaze and Blake) and it persisted throughout the meal. For example, they knew we were celebrating my birthday and already had a birthday card on the table and they also delighted us with a small gift - very thoughtful. We ordered a couple of things to share: fried calamari, roasted beets, baked potato, mushroom risotto and a prime ribeye. The fried calamari was good and the mango sauce that accompanied it, elevated it to another level. The roasted beets were delicious with the goat cheese and sauce. The fully loaded baked spud was good, but nothing special. The risotto was decent, but we did think it was slightly heavy on the salt and I think it's because they salted in the risotto and also the cheese on top also added additional salt as well, so just a heads up. I typically order my ribeye medium rare and wow, it was absolutely perfect. It was seasoned very well and the meat was tender and juicy. 10/10. I also had an old fashioned on the side, which was very good as well. The other thing I wanted to mention was that the GM walked around and made sure all the patrons were having a great experience, which is something you do not see often and I highly appreciated that. We got the Sautéed Button Mushrooms and Chive Whipped Potatoes on the side. Steaks came out, both had a significant grey band, ordered medium rare but these were on the medium side. Pretty good sear, the best bites were the pink center. The Button Mushrooms were very good! Meaty and dense with great flavor. Chive Whipped Potatoes came out at room temp, the first scoop we got was fine, after that they were pretty cold. We saw our waiter 2 times once our meal came out. She had another table behind us that was being obnoxious, so I understand. We waited another 15 minutes until another waiter showed up to pick up our plates and go over the desert menu. We got a cake to go and paid the bill. No bags to take your boxes out with. Ambiance was a weird mix. We dressed nice, there were a few tables similar. There was a couple at a table near us, the man was wearing a hat that just said "F*CK" on it. We also got to see his underwear when he was constantly getting up and dropping his napkin in the walkway. We had a hard time figuring out what the mood was. Other tables were served their silverware (steak knife/soup spoons) off a platter, while ours came in our waiters hand. 6/10 feels accurate of our experience.
