I was excited to come here for my father in laws birthday dinner; I got the baby back ribs (I thought they must be good) boy was I wrong the smell alone made me not want to eat it; I have Ms so I have an issue chewing sometimes, was too tough for me to eat and barely any bbq it's like it was put on when I ordered vs being marinated and cooked low for hours I'm going to try to make them edible at home. Husband ended up getting a prime rib was decent I choked on it but the salad was good but real start in my opinion was loaded potato; next time we're going to mahogany. Mother in law liked her lamb chops which is good because she never likes anything but everyone else liked their meals but we won't be coming back.

Overall a very good meal. I found the bread in the lunch pail very endearing. Bonus points for it being Peanuts. The Caesar salad was fantastic. We'd probably skip the ribs next time- they were a bit tough. Steaks were both cooked great. I don't think I'd do the peppercorn crust next time - it wasn't bad but it was a little much for my liking. Service was always very friendly and helpful.

Possibly one of the best fillets I've ever had in my life. During my first trip to Oklahoma, a few people told me about the storied Spudder restaurant. I made a point of taking a few friends out to dinner there, with the hope that I wasn't making some sort of tragic culinary mistake. There was absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Spudder is the real deal: a nice, low-key, high quality steakhouse that also serves a mean Cornish hen, according to one of my friends. The ambiance is a hoot, and the service was superb. The next time I'm in Tulsa, I will absolutely be going back.

This is such a low key and nostalgic place with lots of oil and gas history and memorabilia. The staff is super friendly. We had stuffed mushrooms, potato and tomato soup. I had their filet and my friend had their pork tenderloin and everything was delicious. Loved that the rolls come in throwback lunch pails. Desserts weren't anything to write home about. Great place to enjoy good food and laidback atmosphere.

I came from BENTONVILLE to see Clint Black at the casino tonight. Came in for dinner and shared the beef tips with the hubby! It was plenty!!! Came with a baked potato, salad with homemade blue cheese dressing and potato soup. It was very filling!!! Will come again and try and share that ribeye!!! Till next time!

The pork chop and baby back ribs were really good. Loved the rolls in the lunch pail. Chicken livers were not the best that I've ever had but all in all a good dining experience. Just wanted to post the drink menu because I like looking at things in advance. :)

I ordered apricot iced tea, the vegan fried chicken sandwich, and pineapple upside-down cake. I don't normally like chicken sandwiches that much, but this was really good. And the highlight was getting to choose any of the salads on the menu as the side salad that comes with it. I had the hearts of palm salad with vegan cheese instead of the usual parmesan. It was delicious! I also got to try the cauliflower wings and a bite of the Korean BBQ tofu sandwich. I liked that sandwich too, but not as much. I do like the way they fried the tofu, but it seemed different than what was described on the menu. It seemed just deep fried, but not battered. My only complaint is the layout of the building and the lack of directional signage. I didn't park in the parking lot, so I didn't know to enter from the back and I ended up on a long confusing walk both outside and inside the building before I finally reached the dining room.

Tyler, our server was wonderfully engaging, made good food recommendations, really appeared to be a good human, and made a good meal better ... Salmon cakes appetizer were a nice start, the salads were memorable -- fresh and refreshing -- and my crusted salmon was a completely satisfying entree and I loved the crunch (good portion size, great sauce, and accompaniments). And, Tyler made a great pot of coffee ... strong, rich flavor. I thought it was excellent value. Thanks Tyler!

Service was spot on throughout the entire night. We started with the deviled eggs, half plain and half Chef's Choice. The Chef's Choice were the best, drizzled with chili crisp (or pickled Szechuan peppercorns) and topped with a tiny gherkin and fresh dill. The soup of the day was a cabbage and radish soup. It was interesting and very homey but I wish I had ordered the salad. I had the Novarro Farm sweet Potato Gnocchi (kale and pecan pesto, Birch Bottom Farm Georgia candy roaster, fresh chevre). I was a little hesitant about the kale pesto but should NOT have been. This dish was delicious--great garlic flavor. Would order again. The burger looked amazing and while The Hubs said it was good, he also said it needed some more spice. They had a couple of rotating beers from Heirloom--a Mexican Lager and an Italian Pilsner. I had the Water Lily cocktail, their take on an Aviation. Order it just because it's beautiful (and refreshing). The photo does not depict the deep color of it. I asked what other gin based cocktails they had on their menu. They didn't but the server/bartender offered to make me a Bee's Knees for the second round. It was delicious! The atmosphere here is casual but the food is elevated. I kept thinking this is what a French bistro would be like inside. I want to come back and shop the market. Oh, and the apple pie was excellent as well!

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.

We went on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00, so we didn't expect it to be busy. There were a few people there but not a bunch. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and shown to a booth. Our waitress brought our menus and silverware right behind the hostess. She asked if we knew what we wanted to drink and I ordered Decaf Coffee. My wife deferred to later once she knew what she was going to eat. The coffee arrived a few minutes later and I placed my order for the Belgian Waffle, 2 eggs scrambled, Hash Browns, and 2 Sausage Links. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict and a side of biscuits and gravy and regular coffee. First before I forget, I am somewhat of a portly fellow. I carry about 70 pounds more than my doctor likes, and it's all right above my belt. Remember that the hostess put us in a booth, which usually is a challenge for me, because of my extra tire that I carry. But I was pleasantly surprised that this booth was spacious. It had plenty of room for us extra large folks without trying to move the table. The coffee, was good. Remember that I drink decaf coffee, so when I say it was good, thats saying a lot. I even asked the waitress if she had forgotten and brought me regular coffee and she assured me it was decaf. When the food arrived, I was so impressed by how good it looked, I forgot to take a photo, so the attached photo shows what was left when I was full. The waffle was the main thing I was after. I love waffles, and it's hard to find a good waffle. The menu claims they are Belgian Waffles, and I cannot disagree. They tasted like the Belgian Waffles I had in Paris, so I believe they are. The has browns normally don't rate a mention, but these hash browns were soft and not crunchy, and tasted like I expected hash browns to taste, from the first bite to the last. The eggs were scrambled well, which I would have preferred loose, but that's my fault for not specifying. I also ordered link sausage which was cooked as it should be. Next time I'll order bacon. The reason I avoided the bacon is that most places either burn it or leave it partially raw. Based on how the rest of my meal was cooked, I expect the bacon will be cooked right. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.
