Francis is the man - if you need any kind of suspension/install work done on your Jeep/truck he will handle it with the utmost professionalism. He is fast precise and has one of the best rates on Oahu. I was gonna go with 4WP but after getting a quote for simple installation of after market parts which was 2-3x what Francis gave me I know I has found the right mechanic. Even compared to Maui Off road and Sykes automotive the quotes they gave to install simple after market parts for my Jeep was just not the right hourly rate. Simply put before you make a final decision I highly recommend talking over with Francis for all your install needs. He is very responsive over yelp messenger as well. Awesome service!!! Located near Lin's, Whole Foods, and many other shops. It was hard to find at first because I couldn't find their sign, but look for graffiti and a small entrance. I found street parking and then walked up and mentioned I needed a safety check. There were 5 people ahead of me. They take safety's in waves. The owner, Francis is super nice. I called plenty times to try to make an appt but they barely answer. I messaged on yelp and he answered within 15 minutes. I think that's best bet by messaging on Yelp. I've been to many different places to get my tires swapped out for new ones and Chance Customs is by far the best I've been to, from the start I asked for 2 quotes on Yelp from 4 different businesses and Francis from Chance Customs responded real quick with the exact price tax and labor included he also set up my appointment for the next day. I was a little late to my appointment but when I got there I was greeted with nothing but aloha and they started on my car right away, we were in and out in less than an hour. This is a really cool place to trick your ride. Not only are the people friendly there but they have a paint shop next door. You walk in there and you see the rides with the rims. They got trophies and they will help you find or get what you need for your ride. I got my 22" replacement tires there and they installed it quickly. Go check them out. read more

Called the day before to make sure they can do saftey person on the phone told me as long as everything is current with insurance they would pass me. Showed up the following day and the first thing they guy that does saftey ask is if iv been here before and who i talked to(idk why that matters), i show him all my info insurance, registration, recon papers, he then tell me my car wont pass saftey without the registration being in my name even if its current(which is false) he told me i need to go to the dmv and pay for new registration $300+ for my car even tho it is not expired to get saftey, this guy doesn't know what he is talking about and unless you know someone who works there or one cool local braddah they wont pass you. I eventually went to another establishment and got my saftey the same day. I had to give one star becuase this guy is giving out false information to me with no respect to the customer, all the other braddahs who work there were kind and had plenty aloha. read more
