I was looking to put all terrain tires on my 2017 Landrover Discovery but could not find anything suitable for my 21" rims. Theese people should not be trusted with anything more than a safety check. I cannot believe the work they did on my new baby. One simple job and what really irked me was I when drive by and saw my Bebe parked on the street meter parking with a parking ticket. How the ? Unc customer service was more his off time given to me then needed and he squeezed me in a his business schedule and while I did everything wrong as a good customer/Veteran retired and prepping my tacome to port on a very last min short notice got me in 4 days before my VPC appointment and gave me the best rate and shop work for about a month and shop work all over oahu was 200 dollars more and normal and spend more time from 6 to 11pm speaking with me to get prep first to ensure any isssues prior to the technical work he did wasn't done by him and gave my wife a piece of mind to normal people wouldn't go after info given I politely inform him I wanted to do business at his shop and got me in and out while still being late to both dropped off to pick-up. Since being on island will reference him superior service and more to all friends family and locals on island If possible as well all tacoma forums to see him the owner Mr.Francis!!!! This sweat shop would be my last choice for any rim work, lifts, etc. had them work on my Tacoma and not only was their workmanship poor, I ended up with scratches I didn't have before. When I mentioned they brudda said don't worry beef curry, it buff out. R u kidding me ??? They said for me to take care of it because I couldn't prove they put the scratches their. Could not believe this and the scratches went into the clear coat. Just amazing the lack of care. I should have been off put by the condition of the shop and just utter mess the place is. They have all kinds of shady characters milling about so if you do roll the dice, don't leave anything you value in your vehicle -update. I was looking for two rear tires for my Porsche 911 Turbo GT - everyone contacted in Honolulu gave the same response, that they would have to be back ordered off the mainland at a ridiculous expense. Chance took up the task of finding the speciality tires as available on island and at a very competitive price. He went out of his way to obtain the tires and scheduled to install them the next day. While most tire places add charges to your order (disposing of old tires, installing new tires, balancing, and so on) which inflate the final cost of the tires, surprising Chance charged for none of these things. Shopping around for a place that does tint is not easy...ended up finding out about this place from a friend who got their tint done and it looked great on their truck. Made an appointment which was very easy and quick to schedule. Location was easy to find and their driveway can easily be missed but just look for the Bliss Barber shop sign /graffiti and their driveway is right in between two buildings. It is very nice and central to shops, movies, restaurants so after I dropped my Mazda CX-5 off I just went to Whole foods across the street and hung out there until my tiny was complete. it was very quick for all my windows (excluding my windshield..didn't get that done) 2hrs total. The owner Francis is super nice, respectful and easy to discuss options with. I told him what I wanted and he did exactly that.
