Overall experience was amazing! I've been wanting to lower my car for a while now and I've heard great things about Samson so I decided to dm him on Instagram. He was very helpful and helped quoting me and helping me schedule an appointment and get everything set very fast. A friend recommended that I go see Samson to help with my woofer and amp install. He was very knowledgeable and professional when we met. I decided to have him install my equipment and made an appt for a couple weeks out since he was pretty busy. I saw this as a good sign that many people wanted him to work on their vehicles. On the day of my appt he was ready for me as scheduled and even finished my installation earlier than promised. When I arrived, he let me listen to what my system sounded like with the upgrades. He also sent me pictures of how the wiring was placed and also balanced the gain on my amp for optimal performance. Hands down the best place to get your car modified! Dont know where to start but Samson has helped us with our RHD Nissan Gloria ! Bought the car , it needed some tweaks here and there. Contacted Revision Audio - to fix some things on the vehicle. Samson fixed what was needed to be fixed ! Getting parts for RHD is hard to find but Samson did it! Wanted to install air lift, Samson did it! We also appreciate how Samson always updates the work that being done to our car. He also breaks down and explains his invoice for you to see whats being installed. It's been more than a few years since I've last visited Samson and he has once again, come through AGAIN. It all started when I pulled the trigger to move forward with my air install. I couldn't be happier with the air management and overall install. Sad to say, all but my struts were purchased from him and not to Samson's fault, I became very displeased with the brand I had bought else where. It finally came time for my safety and I went in to get Recon. Sadly, the brand of struts I had previously did not pass the bounce test. Samson did all that he could to help me but in the end, I opted to go with a different brand. Prior to the test, I had already known I wanted to switch brands and lucky for me, Samson took care of me. In just two days, he installed both a new Beatsonic back-up camera, and all four new struts (plus readjust my sensors). With time running out, I took my car back to recon and passed with flying colors. The ride is incredible and everything is working flawlessly. I understand some people's reservations (based off of hearsay and reviews) but you must understand that he is a one-man crew and has MANY years (if not decades) of experience. Revision doesn't deserve anything but 5 stars! I always tag along whenever my fiance needs something for his car. We had puddle lights installed here, as well as our interior LED lighting and other small gadgets we buy. If something ever does go out of place or like with the LEDs, one of our fuses blew, they were able to fix it for us. They always do such a great job. Samson and Katsu are both so nice and friendly. Been a long time customer, as far back as Samson's old shop. He won me over after he fixed a wiring job on a new deck done by a "discount shop". I'd gone to the other shop because the deck would always shut off after going over a bumpy road. The other shop sold me the new deck knowing there was nothing wrong with the old one. Samson found a grounding issue. Real honest guy. He's gotten the rims I wanted with tires mounted, and they even installed them for me. You can always go cheaper anywhere else. You may never see the wiring that goes into your alarm or stereo, but if you've ever gone to any other audio shop and happened to peak behind your center console, 9/10 times you will find a birds nest. Something goes wrong, revision backs up all his installations 110% I've had zero customer service issues here. No need to ask for deals because showing up at his shop you are already getting reasonable prices. As far as aftermarket wheels and accessories, Revision has managed to be the premier dealer for high-end stuff. Companies must recognize Samson's dedication to quality and that's why he can be the only one you should call to get your high end JDM wheels. Samson and staff at Revision Audio are awesome. I had an HID kit installed which was done quickly and professionally. Not only do they complete aftermarket work, they can also help fix OEM items. I referred a friend to swap out his stock TL-S headlights which were hazy with newer looking OEM headlights. Samson was able to track down a gently used pair of headlights in mint condition and installed it quickly and professionally at half the cost the Acura dealership would have charged. Well after driving my truck for a year, I had become tired of looking at so many Tacoma's on the road and blending in. I figured it was time to visit Todd and Samson at Revision. I sat down with Todd and discussed wheel options. He showed me a gamut of wheels from reasonable price ranges to high end wheels. As much as I liked the cost in the lower spectrum that wasn't going to separate my Taco from the many other Taco's roaming the streets of Honolulu. We decided on Rays Engineering Volk TE37's. Classic design yet not often seen on Tacoma's. A custom color was chosen and the size decided. Todd was excellent to work with and explained in detail how the size of the wheel and tire chosen would be perfect because I didn't want to add a lift so I'd still fit in most parking garages. The wheels arrived quickly, tires and tire pressure monitors mounted. I had my Tacoma back within hours. Definitely love the new look. It's gotten me a few looks and comments already. Hopefully I can stay happy with the addition for another year until I make my way back to Revision again for sure! read more

I've been a customer of Revision Audio for 4yrs now and i've spent thousands at the shop, i'll probably spend thousands more in the coming years. Samson (owner) is one of the most down to earth guys you'll meet and the level of service he gives is second to none. Some truths: Not the cheepest labor rates BUT its a fair price for the quality of work, everything he does is professional and with the idea that one day you'll take your car to a car show. I trust no one else with my car and i'd rather spend a few dollars more for QUALITY WORKMANSHIP than save a few bucks for a habib hack job... Customer is always right? You won't find that here, there are things you THINK you want but Samson 'knows' what looks good and what doesn't. Rather than try to make a quick buck selling you whatever, he will advise you on the path to a nice car even thou it means the loss of a sale. Customer before profits? Samson was able to get my Air Suspension sorted out for me, bought a car on bags and the wiring in the install was a mess to say the least, I ended up upgrading the management and it has been flawless ever since, he stands behind his work, I bought an alarm system and new management and has always been fair with pricing and was able to answer any questions I had. After setting up a day for the install he was fast. He went the the extra mile to rig my old set up to work so I could drive the car to the shop and not have to tow. We've been coming to Revision Audio for probably about 5 years now! And Samson has taken care of us for everything, from our rims, alarms, car stereo with screens, and our happiest installation- our accuair system. I cannot state enough how much I appreciate Samson's work! You get what you pay for, and everything he puts on my van looks good and works great. After all this time and all of the modifications we've done, things will wear down or need tweaks here and there. But Samson has made himself available and always helped if any of this happened. He stands behind his work, and I can clearly see the difference in even what's "under the hood"- it's neat, quality work! I recently needed a reset on my accuair e level remote- he communicated well on what it could be the problem with my air system, but when I couldn't fix it myself he knew he'd have to take a look. Because I didn't wanna risk driving it far he arranged for me to leave it at the shop while so that I wouldn't ruin our body kit from going over any bad bumps. When I first got my LS400 I knew I wanted to go VIP with it. I asked many people where on the island is there a shop I can go to for VIP things. Everyone said Revision audio. Samson helped me so much with installation from my curtains/HIDs/Sounds.. They have a lot of junction produce goodies. I recommend revision if you want to get your sounds, alarm, wheels, anything car related because they tell you whats best for your car and provides top notch quality work. Now I have a 2008 altima and planning to go VIP with it. Samson already helped me with my sounds and looking up the best drop springs for my car. I spent $3500 on a kit that I didn't want! I asked for my money back and he said he can't give my money back. The kit wasn't carbon fiber that I ordered through him, wrong year, and he was trying to sell me exhaust system in order for me to get the carbon fiber I wanted it. I asked him to buy me an own grill to squash everything and he couldn't even do that. He made me pay half for the grill for his "FUCK UP".. He's also turning shot around on me. Like I didn't give him the year of my car and that I only asked for the carbon fiber kit when the kit already arrived.. And he said he's doing me a favor for getting me the kit that I didn't want lol.. Customer service fucking sucks! I would think to make everything right for a customer like myself, he would take the kit back and order the right one but nothing.. I paid him in cash too!!! But what's done is done I can't get my money back and for the people that he fucked over speak up! Purchased rims and low profile tires from this shop and I was charged $100.00 for the install. When asked, Samson mentioned he would charge $100.00 to remove them. However, the actual price charged was $200.00. My advice, get everything in writing, word is not his bond. read more

Samson is great! I emailed him asking for a quote for getting my subs, amp & dvd player removed from my old car and he emailed me back right away. Great communication! Made an appointment with him and got to meet him. Dropped off my car around 10:30am and he was done at 12:30pm which is great because they actually told us it might take longer. Right when I got back he answered all my questions and gave me another quote to put my removed items from my old car into my new car. I don't know why anyone thinks they are too expensive because every other place that has quoted me made me feel like I needed to cut off my arm and leg and hand it to them. Samson gave me great prices and with the type of work he does, I feel like I should've paid more. The best thing that I admire is he kept to his word about me paying $100 because when I checked out it came out to $104(plus tax). I hate how other places give me an estimate of how much it's going to cost and then somehow add all other kinds of crap to make me pay more. He's a straight up guy and I appreciate his work ethics. I am glad I found this place because it will probably be the only place I will go to since I know Samson is the real deal. Went there to flip my tires twice, both took over three hours even with an appointment and he didn't even bother to tell me it was gonna take that long. Was the first one there and Samson still serviced the next guy that came even tho I made an appointment. Real lame service and the guy talks down on you like he doesn't need your business. I am a military spouse who purchased rims and suspension from Sam while we were stationed in Hawaii, not even a year later my spouse and I relocated to Texas on military orders and just recently I was in an accident where my rims and suspension were damaged on the passenger side. I called Sam (the owner) simply to request that he email me the invoice for the parts that I PURCHASED from his shop to submit to my insurance/the body shop that my car is at for proof of how much I paid for the items. He was very rude on the phone and REFUSED to email me MY invoice. (He had my personal email on file) If I had known at the time that the customer service would be so horrible I would have brought my money elsewhere. I do believe that he must be running some type of shady business. DO NOT spend your thousands of dollars at his establishment. read more
