Quiche special served with pineapple. Cute details of matching glass plates & glass.

Super nice time here eating brunch. Staff are kind and fun. The food is all made from scratch, and local! I really enjoyed my Crab Swiss Asparagus Quiche. Affordable pricing and tons of good options to choose from. Blueberry pancakes, self serve coffee, and HUGE biscuits! It's a really cozy spot and I love how some of the stuff around is interactive - the tables are really cool and you can draw with the chalk on them. Lovely view and outside seating options. 11/10

So yummy!!! We came here once before for lunch, it was awesome! This time had breakfast, and again it was delicious. Zoe was our waitress & she was a sweetheart! We had the breakfast bowl & traditional eggs Benedict- TDF!

Chalkboard table and yes, YOU CAN Write on them!

Ladies road trip to the Seaside Oregon coast and while scrolling for food spots, we found Chalkboard Cafe because the biscuits looked AMAZING in the pictures... and they did not disappoint! We bought 2 to save for the next morning with butter and jam, and wow... soft, flaky, buttery deliciousness. We went back on our last day for breakfast and ordered the breakfast bowl with sausage & portabellas -- those mushrooms were SO good! Of course we had to get biscuits & gravy too. And yes... I brought home 3 more biscuits for the road. Definitely recommend!

A little drawing I made on the table. Yes, you can draw on the tables at the chalkboard Café.

This is a friendly little café right along the water. Food is always delicious and inventive. I had a traditional English muffin-and-egg sandwich with a portobello mushroom. My husband had an egg sandwich with an Irish soda bread bagel. He said it was fabulous.

My husband and I escaped Portland for a chilly Monday to the coast. Because my husband loves Philly Cheesesteaks, so this was a must-try. Tucked away off the main drag along the river, this place is a true hidden gem. Even though it was a Monday, it was surprisingly busy, but we were lucky enough to snag a table near the counter (sadly, not a chalkboard table!). My husband ordered his Philly and I opted for the French Dip, and both sandwiches were absolutely delicious! The fresh-baked bread is a huge plus. We also both got the macaroni salad for our side. That was quite good too. Next time I'm in Seaside, I simply must swing by to try more of their fresh baked goods. We chatted with the friendly owners and learned they've only been open for a year. I predict a long and successful future for Chalkboard Cafe!

Amazing food, the sweetest couple owns the restaurant, food is all from scratch. Felt like family as soon as we walked in. The atmosphere is cozy and eclectic, Highly recommend the philly, with a side of au jus!

Just around the corner and a bit off the main drag is a great little scratch kitchen with quality food and good prices.

Pig 'n Pancake is hands down one of the best places for an American breakfast in Seaside, Oregon…read more The food is consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and everything has that classic, comforting breakfast quality that keeps us coming back. Every time my wife and I make the trip from Seattle to Seaside, this restaurant is a must-stop. The customer service is generally friendly, and the staff works hard even when the restaurant is busy. However, service could be more attentive during peak times. We had to ask for coffee refills instead of it being offered proactively, and better follow-through on small details like that would improve the experience. We really wish they would open a location closer to the Federal Way or Tukwila area because we'd be regular customers. We absolutely love this place and always look forward to eating here. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because we were told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 35 to 40 minutes. To make matters more frustrating, several groups that arrived after us were seated before we were, and no one came over to update us about the delay. On top of that, the restroom situation felt very limited for the volume of guests, with only one toilet available for what seemed like hundreds of diners, which made things inconvenient during busy times. Prices have also gone up noticeably, which makes the overall value feel a bit less balanced than it used to. Better communication, improved seating order consistency, and more adequate facilities would make the experience even better.

Just wasn't impressed this time.
