On our way to Haystack Rock, we had to make the most of the drive and looked up breweries along the way. Seaside came up and it looked like a cute little spot right off the main road that we were driving along. Inside the brewery was lots of different unique artwork.Which I loved and it was quite interesting to learn that the building itself used to be an old jail. We each ordered one beer and shared their fish and chips dish. The dish was pretty normal but the fish was cooked perfectly with it being still juicy. And yet , the outside having a crunchy crisp to the batter. The patio filled up quickly as you could tell.It was a local favorite hang out.

We stopped in for a quick drink before heading to the beach. The space is pretty large, they have bar, dining, and patio seating. And maybe an upstairs area? It was closed when I was there so not sure. Either way, very roomy. They do have food and it looked good but I didn't try it on this visit. We ordered at the bar. The bartender was friendly and engaging. We opted to sit on the patio. The weather was great. It is dog friendly and we got to see a couple of tired pups return from the beach while we were there. My favorite beer that I tried was the Saint Savage-Belgium raspberry sour. It was tart and sweet and had good raspberry flavor. Definitely check them out if you're in the area and enjoy their awesome patio!

We enjoyed the beef brisket sandwich (tender and smoky) , fish and chips, (large battered pueces) and fish tacos ( huge fish pieces). Food was delicious. Loved the interior ambiance. Good selections of food and drinks.

We chose Seaside Brewing Company because they offer a very large gluten free menu, including gluten free beer and gluten free fish and chips. We ordered the clam chowder, sweet potato fries, the tri-tip sandwich, and fries. The clam chowder was creamy and thick, according to my kid. The sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection, nice and crispy without being oily. The tri-tip sandwich came on a nice soft roll and was melt in your mouth. The sandwich comes with a choice of sides and I had fries, which were nice and crispy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I will definitely go back.

Food and service were good once we were able to seat our large group. Was impressed that we could just head up to the bar and order my families lunch without having to order in our big group. Service was fast and food was delicious. Beer was cold and refreshing.

The food and beer here were good. I ordered their fish & chips and thought the fish tasted fresh. My husband ordered a mushroom sandwich, which was also very good. We were able to sit outside with our dog too.

    No

Except for the location, all arrows point to yes. They have video poker but it is usually pretty full. This is definitely a popular place. Even though it's not the best service and not enough seats, I will come back because of the location. Maybe they'll get an actual lager on tap.

Not once did she acknowledge me, just a slight smirk and went around the whole bar asking everyone if they needed refills, even some who still had full drinks. Then started to have a convo with a man at the end of the bar. She knew I was there. Finally I waved and asked if I could get a drink and she rolled her eyes and said yes. What is with this girl? What kinda game is that? Rude The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because another employee came in when she left and while he was nicer, was still only chatting it up with locals and I had to interrupt their conversation to be served.

Kind of like the feeling of coming home. The place was packed -- just a testament to their very good food and excellent drinks -- there was even a couple sitting outside and they had a fire going. Wish I had taken that photo. It was a really beautiful moment. The place was decorated and felt very holiday festive with small bright lights reflecting off the tin ceiling. Excited to have a couple of days on holiday here. Stopped in to pick up their latest version of fudge because Christian the Baker keeps evolving the art of fudge making...and you don't want to miss an iteration. Using the owner's grandfather's recipe as the base, he makes some of the best fudge in Oregon. Tonight I was told he decided to explore a Mediterranean approach and added nutty sesame to the fudge. The sharp but soft chocolate is a perfect compliment to a delicious drink on a cold, cold night. While I was waiting for the fudge to be packaged to take back to the fireplace in my room, I spied their latest culinary endeavor sitting in jars on the counter... and actually started salivating. They are now serving Pickled eggs. Incredible. When was the last time you had a pickled egg? When done right, pickled eggs are among the most satisfying and clean bite of delicious ungrilled, ungreasy proteins in the world. And the lounge has decided to serve two different kinds, so we might've died and gone to heaven. If you love eggs of every kind, as I do, boiled eggs hold a special place because they are hearty and compact and completely whole. So when you add a spices and acid to that perfection...it emerges as "wow." The service was attentive and thoughtful always, and I was told they're open New Year's Eve until 9.

Crab cakes were expensive and underwhelming. Ceviche was literally nothing but cheap bay shrimp. I ordered the halibut tacos for my main with no mango salsa because of an allergy. It came with mango salsa and the wrong kind of tortilla. Before I could say anything waitress bolted away from the table. I think she knew it was wrong. We had to flag down another waiter after looking for ours for ten minutes, rest of the party had almost finished their food by that point. Two other people had incorrect orders as well but chose to deal with it as it wasn't allergies. Finally got correct order and I wish I would have just sent it back with no replacement. Halibut was almost non existent, it was more of a cabbage taco. The rice was gross and tasted old. The beans were bland. When our waitress finally did come back she said nothing about my incorrect meal. She actually became rude and cold, wouldn't even look at us. I had just received correct meal and two others ordered more drinks since we would be staying longer. Took over 20 minutes to get more drinks and she had become so cold that we were all convinced she might have spit in them. New drinks were left untouched and I left hungry.
