After many adult beverages and swimming we were starving. This was right account the corner from where we were staying. To our surprise they had some slot machines which were super fun! I got fish and chips. It came with lemon and vinegar. They were SO delicious! My brother and sister in law got sandwiches and really enjoyed them. We had great customer service. Stopped in here for a quick lunch in getting into town and boy did I make the right choice. From the beginning, the staff was nice in their greeting and kind in their energy. The woman behind the bar, may have been the owner, was so kind, caring and attentive. She made conversation with me over my license from Colorado, asked my name and remembered it as I was leaving saying "have a nice day, Nate" Soooo sweet and kind. A true gem of a human. She even had regulars that she said "I told you when we were on that hike that I owe you a drink so this ones on me" freaking precious. Okay now that I'm done praising the owner/bartender. The food was exquisite too. I got a basic cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, tomato, onion and lettuce. It was cooked well and was enjoyed heavily and quickly haha. The cook even came by to check that I liked it as well. Very warm place with great food. Much enjoyed. The place was clean and kept up well. This was one of the first dive bars I had been to where they had slots and that was a bit of a twist. I didn't roll the dice on them as the only thing I gamble on is once a year and that the horses at the Kentucky derby. Keeps my gambling in line and doesn't upset the in-laws too much. If I visit Seaside OR again, I will absolutely find myself back here for another delicious burger and friendly interaction. read more

Me and some friends go to Seaside every end of July for a couple days to celebrate a buddies birthday, and every trip we spend lots of time at Beach N' Brew. The owner lady is absolutely awesome and knows us by name , she makes sure everyone feels as good as the locals. There are some video poker machines & lots of room so they can handle larger groups. The food is good bar food and comes quick after you order it, the drinks keep flowing and everyone enjoys their time here. Definitely go here to experience it! read more

Came just to order some food pretty dry and all the food had practically zero seasoning. Tasteless aside from the wings that were pretty decent would be ok if you were drunk. This has become our go to place in Seaside. Most of the restaurants in town are over priced, not very good and very crowded. Beach N Brew is on an off street and mostly locals are there. The food is great, the drinks terrific and everything is fairly priced. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Saw a few other reviews that claimed the staff wasn't friendly ...don't believe it. We have been in there four nights and had several different bartenders and wait staff and they are all exceptional. The place is very clean (cleaner than the restaurants on the main drag). Music selection is good and sound very nice...just enough to allow you to talk! read more

My wife and I first visited Beach N' Brew in 2011. The service was awful and the place was a dump. The place was not clean, there were video poker machines everywhere, and the place was simply uninviting. We sat at the bar and after waiting for 5 minutes and not been asked for a drink order, we walked out. Tonight, 13-ish years later, we gave it another try. Apparently, there has been a new owner for the past decade and she completely turned the place around. Service was phenomenal (thank you, Abby), the food was great and the selection of beverages was more than adequate. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to our friends. 5 stars all around. And be sure to try their pot stickers! They are AMAZING!! read more

High quality service is something that impresses me. My friends and I came in around 7:30pm on a Friday. We sat at the bar to watch the Ducks/Beavers game. The bar staff was amazing! Very friendly, made sure our drinks were always full (like I drank 2 sips of my water and it was being refilled). I had chicken strips and tots and both were very good. The bartender was good at making us laugh and just good at conversation -- while providing the same level of service to all sides of the bar. Restroom was clean and so was the entire place. Top 5 worst sandwich I've ever had. Bacon was still raw and under cooked. Ruben was Advertised with rye bread and showed up with wheat. Order the Philly cheesesteak and received a French dip. Order buffalo wings and they came with no sauce. And fish and chips was over fried and rubbery. This place is truly a gem. We were welcomed right in. Monica is an absolute doll and provides great service and great drinks. I did not get our runners name but she was so sweet. The regulars treated us as if we were one of them. Great place to watch a game, get amazing drinks and food that was so good and reasonably priced. Ok lots to say this place isnt much to look at from the outside as people have said but it's clean and nice on the inside. The bartender/server was so kind. She asked if I wanted a second drink I said yes then did something I do all the time. She got distracted with other things. I do this all the time. She did remember and brought my drink over in an apologetic fashion and paid for it (which was much appreciated. I could tell she was getting ready to go as I've worked in this industry and you can tell when someone is cashing out. She asked if she could bring me my bill and of course I said yes. I like to close out and reopen with the next bartender. She brought my bill and I was shocked because she actually spelt my name correctly. No one spells it correctly unless they ask. Even then they add an r or use a y. I said something to her and she just laughed and said people add an r or use a y. I said yes or use a G. They have slots and pool tables. It's a tavern, with several TV screens located around the place. One side of the place has some booths, next to an island of video slot machines. Woo hoo! We went there for dinner, because it seemed to be the closest place to our motel that was open (not counting salt-water taffy, candy, etc., stores) that might have food. We had the halibut sandwiches, which were quite good. Not sure it was fresh and not frozen halibut - but there was two nice chunks of deep fried halibut on the burger buns. Ordered take out for dinner on our vacation here and had a great experience with one of their servers! The food was great and the short experience inside with the server was awesome! We noticed a donut shop next door and then started to crave donuts but noticed it was closed so we asked what the deal with the donuts next door was as the places were connected and the guy said "it's closed but I have to throw away the left overs so if you'd like any you'd be helping me out and we can go get y'all some after I get you cashed out here" we proceeded over to the donut shop and he said "I won't let you leave with less than 6!" People are usually friendly. There's nothing really special, drinks are nominally priced. It can get crowded sometimes. Check it out if you're in seaside drinking. Stayed in Seaside over Christmas and ended up coming several nights in a row. The owner and staff are incredibly inviting and makes us tourists feel like we were at home! We expected the standard bar food but it was SPECTACULAR! We are planning more trips back and seeing Yvonne and the crew are high are our list of things to come back to! read more

The waitress was very nice, and I did leave a tip for her. BUT, I cannot give any more stars in this review because it was honestly the worst burger I've had in a long time. I couldn't finish it. The buns were flat as pancakes and burnt. The patty was crisp as well. I would send it back, but I never do because I'm concerned about spit in my food. So, I eat what I can, I pay, and I warn others. And, hopefully, help businesses improve, if they read these. We dropped by as it's quite close to our rental and we'd walked passed it many times as it looks a bit rough from the outside. We were pleasantly surprised. Yvonne the owner/bartender greeted us like old friends. After offering a generous sample of the pineapple cider she made me a fantastic gin and tonic with plenty of muddled lime! They had a good selection of beers on tap and my hubby had a local IPA. A little leery about "bar food " we decided to split a French dip. They split it for us in the back and threw in some extra fries. It was scrumptious! One of the best things we've eaten in Seaside. She said the cook has been with her for 30 years and it showed. Next time we're not sharing even though it really was a generous size. The sweet ladies next to us ordered Bloody Marys and they looked good so they offered me a taste and yummy! I'm really picky about Bloody Marys but this one was the perfect blend of spices. She makes her own mix and it's awesome! We'll be back! read more

This is the second time we've been here. We come to play video poker and apparently so does everyone else. Very busy machines! You have to get the bartenders attention as there was only one on duty and she was hustling. We had beers, mixed drinks and wine. Nothing special. I do like the location and parking here and people seem decent here. I was just a little disappointed they didn't have more staff. Also no one was wiping down tables here. read more
