This place is a great spot in Seaside. Drinks are good. Food is delicious and the owner is very accommodating. Abby is awesome too!

A diamond in the rough!!! Jamie & Yvonne were amazing. Not your normal bar food but the potstickers were BOMB!!! a great local hangout even if you're not a local they'll embrace you.

Good service. Nice vibe. Good music. Clean. Has a nice pool table. Mario berry cider on tap was delicious and not too sweet. Hung out here for a few hours. Walking distance from the strip.

Came just to order some food pretty dry and all the food had practically zero seasoning. Tasteless aside from the wings that were pretty decent would be ok if you were drunk. Very friendly service alongside the long wait though. Casual little spot, wouldn't necessarily be my first choice to drink there.

Captain and Coke and fish and chips

This place is truly a gem. We were welcomed right in. Monica is an absolute doll and provides great service and great drinks. I did not get our runners name but she was so sweet. The regulars treated us as if we were one of them. Great place to watch a game, get amazing drinks and food that was so good and reasonably priced. We will be back during our next trip to Seaside!

Crab sandwich

The service was good and the menu had quite an abundance of dishes to choose from. My daughter's crab sandwich and my halibut sandwich were both really good.

Top 5 worst sandwich I've ever had. Bacon was still raw and under cooked. Ruben was Advertised with rye bread and showed up with wheat. Order the Philly cheesesteak and received a French dip. Order buffalo wings and they came with no sauce. And fish and chips was over fried and rubbery. Only thing that saved this place was the cold beer and and chicken strips... which took 45mins to get.

The bar my server had left for the night.

Really good food. The halibut burger was great. 3 pool tables & darts. I'm a huge fan of the beers they had on tap when I was there.

Good drinks and very kind wait stuff. Played darts and drink tequila for a few hours. Enjoyed the laid back atmosphere!

4.5 stars... well, let's call it four and a half with a raised eyebrow…read more Time's Theater and Public House has been part of my life since I was three years old. Three. I couldn't tie my shoes, but I could sit in that theater and stare at that big glowing screen like it was the second coming of Hollywood. From childhood all the way to 18, that place wasn't just a theater it was a landmark. It's iconic. It's got bones. It's got stories in the walls. I remember walking in one time and the screen was down, sports blasting on that big canvas like God intended. That's how you use a theater, folks. You don't buy a cowboy hat to hang it on the wall you wear it. Same principle. Now listen, they've fixed up the bathrooms . Nobody wants to change "historic" restrooms. Some things should stay nostalgic. Some things should not. The food? On point. Service? Solid. Decor? Still has that old-school charm that makes you feel like you're part of something bigger than just lunch and a beer. But here's where I tilt my glass and squint a little. Last few times we've gone in, that big beautiful screen is nowhere to be seen. Instead, we're staring at giant stainless steel beer kegs stretched across the back like industrial art. Not everybody came to admire a 10-foot aluminum torpedo. Drop the screen, man. Let it shine. It's a theater. If I wanted to stare at storage containers, I'd tour a shipping yard. And here's the kicker we walked in at lunch, only a couple folks inside. By the time we left? Elbow to elbow. Packed out. The business is hopping. Which tells me you're doing a lot right. I just think when you've got that kind of space and that kind of history, you let the screen fly. Give the people the ambiance. Don't buzzkill the magic with beer tanks. I love the place. I'll keep coming back. But pull that screen down and let it do what it was born to do. That's worth half a star right there.

I am into lagers and they had more than 1! Yay! I usually am only finding one at different places. I had a sampler tray and got all of the lagers. The place has a huge theater-sized screen and they were playing a game on the screen. The lights are kept on so don't think it is an actual movie theater style. They have tables. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was nice. I will go back. ... .. ..... .. ....

Came here with party of 4. Ordered the steamer clams, ceviche and crab cakes for starters. Steamer…read moreclams were really good, broth was to die for. Crab cakes were expensive and underwhelming. Ceviche was literally nothing but cheap bay shrimp. I ordered the halibut tacos for my main with no mango salsa because of an allergy. It came with mango salsa and the wrong kind of tortilla. Before I could say anything waitress bolted away from the table. I think she knew it was wrong. We had to flag down another waiter after looking for ours for ten minutes, rest of the party had almost finished their food by that point. Two other people had incorrect orders as well but chose to deal with it as it wasn't allergies. Finally got correct order and I wish I would have just sent it back with no replacement. Halibut was almost non existent, it was more of a cabbage taco. The rice was gross and tasted old. The beans were bland. When our waitress finally did come back she said nothing about my incorrect meal. She actually became rude and cold, wouldn't even look at us. I had just received correct meal and two others ordered more drinks since we would be staying longer. Took over 20 minutes to get more drinks and she had become so cold that we were all convinced she might have spit in them. New drinks were left untouched and I left hungry.

How on earth this place gets more than even one star is a complete mystery…read more Never have i had a worse meal or experience at any establishment in over 50 years, I swear. Myself and four of my friends went here and we sat on patio where we were promptly and absolutely completely ignored . We waited 30 minutes when they were hardly even busy and had to go inside and ask for every drink, to place a food order, to remind them we'd like to place a food order, to remind them AGAIN that we'd like to place a food order, to tell them we'd like to pay our bill ( three times) and finally to tell them that if we didn't get our bill in the next five minutes, we'd leave. Each time we went inside, we were ignored and had to wait up to ten minutes while being ignored completely. They would not even look at any of us or acknowledge that we were standing there . Seemed more interested in talking with the locals sitting at the bar. It was honestly the strangest experience any of us had ever had at a restaurant. On top of all that.....the food SUCKED!!! The seafood was fried is such a huge amount of batter that was soggy with grease that it was uncooked in the middle. Upon peeling the huge amount of nasty batter from the fish, we found a piece of fish in the middle that was MAYBE an inch wide and 1-1/2 inches long. I wish we had thought to take pictures. All in all, it was an absolutely disgusting meal , rude unfriendly staff that really just acted like you didn't exist and were not even remotely approachable. a waste of over 2-1/2 hours of our lives which really should have been an hour. Most of the time was spent looking at each other and wondering what the hell was going on. Save your money!
