Quite a bit of food for the price, and they all tasted pretty decent. I'm not a vegetarian and I like meat, but I enjoyed the food. Green curry was very creamy. Pad thai is a little on the sweet side. The salad was refreshing, and the spring rolls were crunchy. Also got a Thai lime iced tea ($5) and it tasted like lemon/lime iced tea. Overall a good lunch.

Square Lotus offers an extensive choice of dishes. This visit we ordered the tropical fresh rolls and the pork on skewers, along with banh xeo The banh xeo was really nice and crispy. The only 2 drawbacks. for me was ... instead of pork belly, they use chicken, i think white meat cause the meat is very dry. The second is they don't offer a lot of fresh herbs with this dish. Just some cilantro and one small branch of Thai basil Next time i order this i will definitely ask for pork belly instead of chicken in my banh xeo. Definitely recommend you trying this restaurant. BTW, the offer an extensive amount of vegetarian dishes

Not the best Korean pork belly I've had, and the oysters definitely has that saltwater flavor, but decent overall. We also go the jeongol hotpot with pork intestine and tripe along with sliced pork. Supposed to be spicy but wasn't too bad. Very flavorful hotpot with plenty of ingredients inside. Final bill was $25 per person which is quite reasonable.

The fact that these were also coated in oil was pretty nice. On the inside, I thought the prawns were cooked well - they remained pretty soft and didn't appear overcooked I did feel like the spice was pretty much missing, though. I ordered 4/5 stars, but it tasted more like 1/5 stars as there was a pretty significant lack of spice that took away from a lot of the flavor potential. Speaking of the missing flavor, there should've been a lot more sauce added to this dish - either poured on top of the prawns or the prawns come sitting in it. The benefit of this is that it you can mix everything with the rice - and this sauce coats the rice to make it taste good. The way it's currently presented, the prawns are too large to really eat with the rice, and mixing the two will just result in eating the meat and taking another bite of plain rice because there isn't enough sauce to coat the rice. This dish just ended up being eating the prawns by themselves - the rice wasn't super useful As a result, after finishing I really wasn't that full For the price (around 20 ish) there are a good amount of prawns, but I wouldn't really say you're getting a good deal here
