You can buy bags of coffee to take home, too. There is a case with donuts and pastries. I love that they have some colorful earrings and tumblers for sale. The person at the register was so nice and helpful, making sure to go over all our options with us. This place was a burger king in it's forever life, but all of the old signs of plastic booths are gone, and that have been replaced with wooden tables, industrial metal chairs, a bar height communal table, and a leather sofa/chair conversation area. I love the beamed ceiling and the mountain scene made in wood on the wall. We ordered an iced turtle mocha and a cold brew. Both were delish. I never drink black coffee, but the cold brew was so good I would drink it black. We also ordered roast beef melt, panini style, and the ham and Swiss melt, also panini style. Both were yummy. They were each served with a pickle and a bag of chips. There were several people working on laptops when we were here. They even have a printer available which is a huge plus for people here working. There were several rainbow flags and even a rainbow themed drink of the month, so this place is definitely lbgtq+ friendly. This is a great little spot, and I certainly see my self returning.

My sandwich arrived on bread that wasn't even toasted, with a mountain of mayo and what seemed like just enough turkey to legally call it a turkey sandwich. You know there's too much mayo when you take one bite and the entire sandwich explodes, sending the fixings straight to the floor. At that point, I wasn't sure if I ordered a turkey sandwich or a mayo sandwich with a turkey garnish. My wife said her Spicy Chicken Melt was okay, but nothing special. Certainly not something she'd go out of her way to order again. The real kicker? $34 for two sandwiches and one Diet Coke. For that price, I expect a decent sandwich, not a mayonnaise disaster held together by a few slices of turkey. My $9 sandwich ended up exactly where it belonged--in the garbage. We've enjoyed Renegade's breakfast before, but after this lunch experience, I think we'll stick to the memories of better meals. Final verdict: Disappointing food, poor value, and a lunch we won't be repeating.

The latte was maybe 12 oz and cost $6.50. At that price, I expect something that at least tastes better than what I can get at Starbucks or Dutch Bros. I'm glad I have an espresso machine at home because, honestly, I'd rather pull fresh shots myself than spend $6.50 on a latte that misses the mark. I prefer less sugar generally (25% at most other places), but you can safely get 100% sugar level here without feeling like your drink is overly sweet. If you opt for less sugar, staff may warn you that it won't be sweet at all unless you get the pearls, which are sweetened by default. If you dined at Mensho Ramen next door, you can get a discount on your drink order at Xing Fu Tang if you show them your receipt. The shaved ice is delicious with the ice being made from frozen sweetened milk rather than only water. An order is huge and you can easily share with 4 people for dessert. The largest tables inside can comfortably accommodate a group of 4. You can easily pull extra chairs over if your group is bit larger. Service is curt, but they're not intentionally mean. There was a mistake one time with my order, so they made my correct drink asap and free of charge.

I visited Cha Tea today with a friend, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The two employees working today came across as unfriendly and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Customer service goes a long way, and their attitude made us feel unwelcome from the moment we ordered. There was also a mistake with my drink. When I let them know it wasn't what I had ordered, they did remake it without any argument, which I appreciated. However, the replacement drink was still not the same quality I expected. By the time I received it, the ice was already half melted, and it tasted watered down compared to what I'm used to getting here. I'm not sure if there's new management or if something has changed, but the overall experience and quality were noticeably different from my previous visits. I usually stick to my go-to milk tea, but this time, I decided to try something different since they offer a wide variety of teas and smoothies. I went with a Pistachio Smoothie with boba, and I absolutely loved it! It was incredibly smooth, with the perfect balance of sweetness and a rich, nutty flavor. The shop gets quite busy on weekends, so you might have to wait a bit. If you want to skip the crowds, stopping by on a weekday is a better option. The space is large, but there aren't many tables available, so taking your drink to go and enjoying the beautiful weather isn't a bad idea. I'm writing to share my frustration with the service at your shop. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been very disappointing. First, the drinks are almost never sealed properly. The lids often leak, which makes it messy and inconvenient to carry or enjoy the drinks. On top of that, the orders are frequently incorrect--whether it's the wrong toppings, the wrong sweetness level, or even the wrong drink altogether. Finally, the wait time is unusually long, even when the shop isn't busy. I really enjoy boba and want to support local businesses, but these consistent issues make it difficult to keep coming back. And speaking of the boba, it's always cooked to perfection! The staff is always so nice, and the drinks come out so fast. It's always clean and the vibes are great. I was recently in this plaza getting pho when the crew decided to head over to DaYung for an after-dinner treat. I ordered their banana milk tea and it was perfection. You definitely taste the banana and at 50% sugar level, it was just enough to make this drink a sweet treat. It's nice here. Service is curt and friendly, there's ample of seating, and it's a bright and clean space. Come here with family, friends, or by yourself because you won't be disappointed. I only wish they had the tomato smoothie with aloe at this location.

The Kinder Waffle was much better for us. Since we skipped the chocolate sauce, it wasn't overly sweet and felt like the lighter, healthier option. This seems like a great spot to hang out in the area. Between the two desserts, the waffle was definitely our favorite.

My only notes were that the drink did come with a lot of ice, so it isn't a lot of bang for your buck, and there was a pretty long wait because it was busy -- maybe around 20 minutes?
