But, they don't put in the effort when blending ... so you HAVE to ask! They should time it and require the staff to let the blender run longer to come out with a consistent product, but it is by no means consistent between locations and mostly, in my experience having purchased a few 100 over the last couple years, very inconsistent.

So far I've tried the Hero's Garden Smoothie (fresh spinach, matcha green tea, pineapple, mango, banana, spirulina, flax seeds, and apple juice) + Trim Burner, Avocado & Egg Toast (avocado and a hard-boiled egg with plant-based bacon, olive oil, pink himalayan salt, and Pepper), and their Fig & Prosciutto Toast (fig spread, prosciutto, cream cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and cracked black pepper on a thick slice of sourdough toast). Items are about $10 each, so it's not the most cost efficient, but with them being around the corner from my gym, it's hard to resist. Seating is incredibly limited here, so take your goodies to go.
