It was good but poorly made / bad proportions of the ingredients and sauces. The team could use some training on this. I still love cava & would come back to give it another chance. read more

I really didn't know what to expect walking in, but the young worker at the front was very helpful in figuring out what we wanted. The food was delicious & the drinks were subtle and flavorful. I recommended to all of my co workers, will def be returning read more

Ordered to go. Rice at bottom had grains that weren't cooked. Couldn't even eat it. Ordered dressing on the side but didn't get it. Only good thing was the cucumber mint drink. I'll go back but only for that drink. read more

You can take me to Cava any day of the week and I'd be a happy camper. My second visit was to-go during a lunch rush and because it took longer than expected, I was given a complimentary soft drink. Like the short guy you keep swiping left on Bumble, this place really aims to please. Side note: Eggplant dip, harissa and falafel are the MVPs. read more

The management at this location are tightwads with portions........I paid for double chicken just to get another locations regular serving........the manager was embarrassing the server to watch how much she was giving out.......definitely won't be back to this location when you spend 12 bucks for a half a bowl. read more

The evening CAVA staff at this location is great. Brittney in particular kindly greeted us and sent us off with a pleasant goodnight!

This was my second time here and the food was as good as the first time. I tried the harrisa avocado bowl and was quite tasty and has a little kick to it. However I was overcharged but I didn't realize it until after I left. We ordered 3 salad bowls and 3 drinks and it came out to 50 bucks so make sure to check your bill before you pay. read more

CAVA is fast-casual. If you want to order in for the night or meet up with a friend for a quick lunch or dinner, than this is a good place to go. It's healthy, it's filling and so flavorful. I really like the pita over the bowels, their pita bread is fluffy. The spicy lamb meatball is my favorite. It's crunchy and chewy and when you bite into a tomato or pickled onion, it just burst with flavor. I've also had the Sweet and spicy chicken. Do not underestimate the spicy in that one. They have one vegetarian option which is the crispy falafel. I have not tried it yet, but it is on my list. You have to get one of their freshly made drinks. If you had the specially made drinks from Panera or Salata, you will enjoy what CAVA has to offer. I really like the Cucumber Mint, it's as refreshing as refreshing can get. read more

If you like off the truck goopy food, you'll love Cava. The lunch line was long and the take out bags abundant which shows it was very popular place for off the truck goopy salad like something. read more

Very good. When looking for a place you can get vegetarian food this is a great place to go.

Love this restaurant, especially the worker names dylan zhu! He was so joyful and gave us a wonderful experience. Can't wait to come back to this location. read more

I've ordered this several times over the last few months in multiple cities traveling for work. All my coworkers were really happy with it. I didn't usually order from here since you can't get anything without onions or specify toppings on the Uber eats app. But I always get their hummus, and red pepper hummus with those pita chips which are INSANELY good. Do yourself a favor and get some on the side of anything you order. read more

Amazing!!! Don't hesitate go!! I got the Romain with saffron rice half and half honey harissa chicken and regular chicken Harrisa is spicy so if you can't handle spices, don't get it then I got the cucumbers, the cucumbers and tomatoes, the pickled onions and then I got the tzatziki sauce and then on the side I got the yogurt dill dressing. It was super good!!! Try it if you don't know what to get it's better then chipotle yes I said it read more

This was me and my friends first time trying cava. It is by far our favorite now ! We got the pleasure of being helped by Jaida, whose customer service was spot on . Thank you Jaida for being so patient and sweet with us , we take your kindness into consideration! read more

Food is amazing! However, Service is too slow and some of the workers had an attitude. We placed an order for pick up at 12 and we didn't recieve our food til 1230! read more

This was so nasty omg. I thought it was going to be good because of all the hype but I ordered online to avoid the longlines and my food was cold. I was asked if I wanted cutlery and napkins inside my bag online, to which I opted yes; sadly I did not find said cutlery and napkin inside my food bag I had to get creative. Hate wasting food but I couldn't stomach it. read more

I would give 5 stars and order multiple times a week EXCEPT that too much disgusting gristle is left on the chicken. Wish they would trim the meat better. read more

The 2 gentlemen that helped me, Jay and Syed, absolutely made my day. I thank them for the amazing service and may god bless them both with a raise. read more

When ordering from the app or in person, the customization is good and allows you to have a full bowl. When ordering through doordash or Uber eats, the food service always forgets the free pita, and also fill the bowls to just about halfway rather than a full bowl. I would recommend using the app, however cava has super expensive prices on their app compared to most delivery apps. Food is delicious but just wish the quantity was consistent. read more

I love this place. It's always amazing food. It's healthy, fast, and yummy. I will keep coming here again and again.

I put an order on their app at 1200pm I work on the base and it's about a 15-minute commute. I got there early and was fine with waiting until they informed me that my bowl wouldn't be ready till 1:30 pm. That's completely ridiculous especially since I already paid. I had to leave because I couldn't wait around for an hour for one bowl since I had to go back to work. read more

I know this place seems to have high ratings, and I noticed the giant photos of Emma Chamberlain on the menu boards (apparently this is one of her endorsement deals). But as someone who just wanted a healthy falafel/Mediterranean fix, this place was a real disappointment and, frankly, more hassle than it's worth. There was a popular Mediterranean food truck further down Broadway I almost drove over to, but chose to go here for the nearby convenience - how ironic that turned out to be! The long lines, the curt food line lady I got for my first experience, and the confusing absence of pricing for sides that I had to ask about, all made the in-store experience dull. But whatever, I got my meal and was ready to dig in when I got to my destination. ... The Chicken Wrap with garlic sauce was nice. Although the wrap was super bready, and the chicken tasted a little dried out, the fresh veg and flavorful sauce made up for this, so I was happy enough with it and it was hefty and filling. Hunger can lower the bar. I ordered falafel on the side and I seriously don't think they should call these falafel. Beware if you order these thinking they will be crispy, dense, and herbaceous as falafel should be. These were like little quarter-sized round balls of mashed beans, like think wet hush puppy or something. Totally wasn't worth the expensive per-falafel up-charge to try them as a side. It's been a few months since the visit I'm reviewing and I can still remember that off-putting texture. Additionally, there was some sort of mix up where I got over charged for a large side that I had only wanted as a garnish side, and I didn't realize (because of the nondescript receipt) that this made my bill much higher and found it in the bag once I began eating later. I tried to get a refund over the phone since I hadn't asked for all that extra amount I was charged for unknowingly. After the assistant and head manager tried to skirt the issue, I finally convinced the manager that I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mistake. They told me I could only come in to do a refund. On my way out of town I stop by to handle it, and guess what... waiting in line all over again. Do people getting pre-ordered to-gos have to wait in line, too? Annoying. Then they have to rerun the whole charge minus the item that wasn't supposed to be on the original bill, and void the original. So for a few days I had double charges on my account until things updated in the banking systems with the proper single order amount. Again, just a big stinking hassle. I really would've appreciated the management not being so stingy and unapologetic in the beginning, which was totally unnecessary since it was their mistake. But they were courteous and helpful once I went in to handle the return. I think they realized how annoying the hassle for their refund protocol was, too. On a non-busy time of day with a quick line, I'd say it *may* be worth trying a wrap here. But it's relatively expensive, the meat toppings sometimes looking dried out, and the falafel being a downright insult to what falafel should be (even for fast casual). I have zero motivation to try again anytime soon. read more

Good food and selection. Overpriced for me. Good experience but I have no urge to return.

Love love love this place! Everything taste so fresh! The sauces that are available are so flavorful, the options galore to this place are bomb! I love coming here for good service and great food! I don't have a specialty that I order I usually am random so I can try it all out. Plus their teas and lemonades are so good as well! Love this place. Highly recommend. read more

Just okay (at best) - nothing special. Another "let us make you a salad" place. Garlic is used heavily. Generally that is the case when there is not any real flavor to the food. Lot's of garlic here - ugh. The Greek salad is that in name only. Evidently Cava does not know what an authentic Greek salad is; that is fine since the under informed and misinformed customers have no idea either. People behind the counter were certainly not helpful or friendly - just doing a job. Behind our party of 2 was no one, so it was not the "rush" of business that was the cause. They were out of several things including lettuce & spinach!! This at 6:30 PM on Thursday. San Antonio is not known for discriminating tastes, so Cava may live on for awhile. Once was enough for me. read more

Recently on a trip to San Antonio we stopped in to Cava for a quick lunch, however at 11:30 am everyone else had the same idea. I get that it is Mediterranean fast food but they need more than one POS as the line went out the door and the tables were soon all occupied. The online order line was even long to pick up. The utilitarian ambiance is fine and they were all working as fast as they could but they need more workers during lunch hours. I enjoyed the bowl I had as I chose the ingredients and it was all fresh and tasty. I will be back, just not for an early lunch. read more

Very good! It reminds me of if salata and chipotle had a baby! Lol the food is fresh and so good! You have to try the cucumber drink! They have a few options on fresh aguas Fresca type drinks, but I really liked the cucumber one. Also, my daughter is 7 and this is her new favorite spot! read more

Today was my first time trying this place. I was NOT disappointed! The food was delicious! The ambiance was right up my alley, and the food selection was on point! Those are just bonuses. The staff was great! They immediately welcomed me as I walked in, and offered assistance choosing what I wanted to order being it was my first time trying it. I wish all restaurants had friendly staff!!! Yelp only allows me to give 5 stars, but if 10 stars was an option, I would give them 10! This is now on my fav list, and I will tell all my family and friends! read more

Very disappointed. I go to CAVA all the time. I specifically ordered sauce on the side and instead of doing that, they decided to give me no sauce at all. Not one drop. This is ridiculous that I have to eat a dry salad because I am too tired to go back. CAVA do better. Additionally they didn't even add several of my ingredients that I ordered.. I won't be back. I want the food that I pay for... read more

I would just like to start off saying that the food here is amazing. My boyfriend and I were in the area and decided to try somewhere new, Cava completely blew us away from their cleanliness, their quality of food, and the customer service. At the front, helping us figure out what was what was Merks! She was awesome with explaining the process, what pre-made bowls they offered, and the prices. I'm definitely becoming a repeat customer! read more

Really good food. A nice update to the Zoe's concept. I had the Harrisa Chicken bowl and it was delicious. I was there with my wife and sister and they enjoyed their custom bowls as well.
