Make your own bowl/wrap style which is a good fast casual option when you rather not have fast food. The different sauces and dips are better fresh than if you order for delivery. The food quality can vary in my experience and I have had better luck the earlier in the day I go. There is typically a lunch rush at this location between 12-2. The inside seating can get full but there's a few small tables outside.

I LOVE CAVA!! I am from Portland Oregon where we do not have a cava (yes I've cried about it and reached out to corporate). This is the perfect fast casual meal. The honey harissa chicken is perfectly spicy and flavorful. I love the saffron rice with spinach and arugula. I added tomatoes with cucumber, more tomatoes, corn, and more cucumber. The cucumber was almost out and the server spooned the last of the cucumber in but didn't drain any juice. I would definitely caution against that but I don't get any sauce so I guess it worked out pretty well. I really wish I could have this twice a week. I will continue to cry to corporate until Portland gets a Cava.

I think I found a new favorite! Everything is fresh, flavorful, clean, and delicious! The menu bowls and the build your own options are all fabulous! 100% can not go wrong! The whole place was clean and well stocked. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! This was my first (of what will be MANY) visits and she talked me through the process and menu and add on options. 1000% recommend for a filling, fresh, healthy meal.

Stopped by CAVA for lunch on a weekday and man it was busy! If you can order ahead, please do so on the app - they're quick! My husband ordered on the app and had his food quickly while I had to wait in line. Regardless, once I was at the front I got a half salad half grains bowl with all the fixings. Food was tasty and enjoyable but not hot enough (proteins and grains). The bowl of food was large so I took it to go but when I ate it later I had really bad stomach cramps. Perhaps leftovers don't sit well... Unfortunately, their soda machine was not working but they did have their signature lemonades/teas available. There was plenty of seating and many smiling faces as they enjoyed their lunch.

They rushed me down the line and only gave me two of the three sauces. When I asked for the third, the staff member let out a deep sigh, as if annoyed, and roughly pushed the sauce into the cup. On top of that, they forgot to give me pita bread, and I wish I could have asked for feta, but they didn't give me the option. Everything else was good, though! Maybe slow down a bit on the line. I understand they were prepping, but it came across as unwelcoming.

Taste was okay. Had to finish eating it with a fork. Service was good. Got everything for about $16 with military discount. Ambiance good. Seating was clean.

Sad. No roasted veggies, barely any toppings and iceberg lettuce when I asked for romaine. They forgot my dressings and free pita. Pathetic

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. They refuse to issue refunds when they completely got 2 orders wrong and then said they gave me a credit but didn't. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was blown away at this place. 1. It was very quick so your food is hot and fresh when you get it. 2. All of the employees were really nice and helpful with selections. 3. I ordered 3 meals for about $36 and I thought it was an amazing deal. My wrap filled me up: falafel, sweet and spicy chicken, cabbage, and corn with some sauce. My bf's was great: the falafel wrap with everything minus pickles. My friend got a bowl: I don't remember what was on it but they enjoyed it. 4. Place was really clean and I enjoyed eating there. I have no bad things to say about this place!

I've heard about Cava, about how it's like Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. When a coworker suggested it, I was looking forward to try it. Leslie and I met for lunch this past Friday. We beat the rush for lunch so I took my time to look at all the options. I had a mix of Splendidgreens and saffron basmati rice, 2 scoops of tzatziki, 1 scoop of red pepper hummus, grilled chicken, spicy lamb, cucumber, corn and lemon herb tahini. I truly loved my bowl! Everything was so tasty! I'm so glad I asked for extra dressing. Can't have enough of the lemon herb tahini! I now want to bring my Dad and husband to try it too. I loved the Blueberry Lavender drink.

Overall great place! Food was very good! Like a Mediterranean chipotle style eatery. Choose your veg, protein, sides, and seat. Plenty of choices a tad bit more expensive than I'd think. I got the falafel and stewed lamb, drink and pitas $22. Atmosphere was not bad, booths and tables, good mix of people and chill/calm. 7.5/10

Be careful with the "create a bowl" option they added charges for rice and a protein ~$15.50, whereas the chicken bowl was ~$10.

The hummus with the fresh pita was probably my favorite part of the meal, and the grilled skewers had a really nice char without being dry. The Turkish coffee was also strong and really good. Service was quick and servers paid attention to detail. Great place for date night or hanging out with friends. Plenty of great food options to choose from. Glad I tried it because the quality was amazing!

We had five people in our party and we received 15 dishes, including desert. The fire roasted corn and tirshi completely stole the show for me--both were rich, vibrant, and unforgettable. The piping hot pita bread deserves its own spotlight--so, so tasty, soft, and perfect for scooping up every last bite. And the wagyu? Cooked to absolute perfection--tender, flavorful, and worth every bite. A special shoutout to the staff, who helped me celebrate my birthday in such a thoughtful way without ever making it feel over-the-top or cheesy. It really made the night feel personal and memorable. We ended with the Malabi, which was refreshingly cold, perfectly tart, and beautifully rose-flavored--an ideal finish to an already amazing meal. This was one of those dinners where you're already planning your return before you even leave. Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.

We left quite stuffed and extremely satisfied. It was a nice day so we ate outside but the interior was very pleasant and was filled with diners even at 2 pm. Everything here is fresh, perfectly seasoned, healthy and oh-so-tastey. This place was recommended to me by a fellow foodie and Yelper, and we're very grateful for the recommendation. This was the perfect birthday lunch for me.

My guest and I immediately noticed the traditional Turkish aromatics that filled the establishment. The waitress who tended to our table was engaging and explained the menu in depth as well as vouched for the food's authenticity. As my guest and I wanted to try multiple menu items, we elected to order the dishes that offered an array of food. Appetizer: Cold Platter This dish included hummus, babaganoush, dolma, ezme, and piyaz. The plater was properly "stacked" with the flavors of the app. going from "punchy" to mild. The piyaz was a perfectly balanced white bean salad packed with Mediterranean flavors. This combination of white beans, tomatoes, onions, and parsley was simple and yet deliciously satisfying! The dolma on this dish was a perfect combination of filling vegetables, grape seeds, Rumex, hornbeam, and quince leaves, with a kick of lemon. The babaganoush was light and refreshing. The simple combination of roasted eggplant, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt is something that is not to be missed if you are looking for a vitamin packed dip. The Ezme "mashed" was made mainly with tomatoes, cucumber, and olive oil and packed a little punch, which most likely was accredited to the peppers. Main: Hot Mixed Platter This dish included meatballs, chicken, beef, and lamb (doner) atop veggies and rice. All the meats on the plate were seasoned to perfection and tender. My guest and I ate the meats so quickly that I am not able to appropriately describe the flavors other than with the a word, "delectable". Dessert: Dessert Platter This platter had a sampling of Tiramisu, čupavci, KÜnefe, and Baklava. Although the čupavci and KÜnefe looked great, I couldn't eat them as they both are made with coconuts (to which I am allergic). I actually took a bite of the KÜnefe before I realized that it had coconut shavings in it. With this dessert, the cheese is arranged between two layers of Kadayıf (shredded phyllo), cooked until golden, and soaked in a sweet syrup. The čupavci (sponge cake) was soaked in chocolate sauce, then dipped in unsweetened, shredded coconut. Fun fact: Čupavci means "furry" because of the fuzzy surface the coconut provides, which I learned when I visited Turkey many years ago. Java Folks who read my reviews know that I am a java junkie. So, of course, I requested the Turkish coffee. Turkish coffee is prepared with more water than its Italian counterparts and is meant to be sipped rather than drunk quickly like a shot. There is also a tradition of reading the grinds at the bottom of the cup to tell fortunes, known as tasseography. Turkish coffee cups are small, similar to the size of an espresso cup, but with a rich history of their own. This coffee is prepared traditionally and provided a much needed pick me up. This family restaurant has authentic quality food and the highest level of service. If in the area, this locally owned spot is worth a try. Total for the meal before tip $89.00 #supportlocal

I hadn't eaten all day, so I was absolutely ready for calories and nutrients. I ended up getting a falafel plate that let me mix and match a few things -- falafel, babaganoush, tzatziki, grape leaves, and an eggplant salad that sounded interesting. I didn't realize the eggplant salad would be served very cold -- like straight-from-the-fridge cold -- which just wasn't my thing. The falafel itself was okay, but not great. It was kind of chewy and brown all the way through instead of that nice warm, soft, and green-on-the-inside falafel you get at really good spots. The dolmas were fine, the tzatziki was a little too creamy for me, but the babaganoush was definitely the standout -- rich, flavorful, maybe a bit heavy on the oil, but I didn't mind it. When the server checked in and asked if something was wrong with the salad, as I had not made a dent in it, I mentioned it was really cold, and he said, "That's how it's supposed to be." Fair enough -- just not my preference. Overall, it was a decent lunch for around $20 including tip. The location is pretty unassuming, and it did the job for a quick midday bite, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back.

The ambiance was great, everything from the decorative rugs, Arab writing on the wall, tagine pottery and brass crafts were perfectly displayed. The tabbouleh salad was very tasty, it had the right amount of ingredients making it pretty as well as colorful placed in the neat brass metal bowl. Now with the things that require immediate remedial attention: 1. The burger was overrated, overcooked and dry. 2. The chick pea salad lacked chick peas, dressing, onions and feta cheese. 3. The lamb Kofta plate was prepared right however, it was not enough meat for the price and the cream sauce tasted like straight butter with a hint of garlic. The pita bread was lukewarm and looked like it had been unwrapped, quartered and thrown in a microwave for 30 seconds prior to serving it. 4. Drinks Ordered: The Cafe' Arabia was very tasty BUT, I didn't get it until we were almost done with our meal. We ordered drinks when we were first seated so that was a big red flag. My wife also ordered the Moroccan mint teapot and she didn't get it until after I got my coffee. I told the barista/waiter to cancel it when I got my coffee but he said it was also ready for us and could put it in a to-go cup for her. That kind of defeated the whole experience of drinking tea while waiting for our meal. 5. The service was really slow. Took over 15 minutes to get our (tap) waters and 20 minutes for our food when we were the only ones in the restaurant until we had placed our order. 6. The waitress needs some serious people skills and bussing training to know how to serve food and drinks. She touched the tops of the glasses her fingers. She didn't greet us and practically dropped the plates on the table when she brought them out. To add insult to injury, she put the handheld pay device on the table without asking us if we wanted or needed anything else. My kids wanted to try out some desserts, so luckily for us, the nearby HEB has plenty to offer. I had high hopes for this place because of what the owner posted on Instagram and it is so close to our neighborhood. Guess we will have to continue driving further into the city to other Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern restaurants that have better food and service.
