This place is amazing. Very authentic Love the service and love this place Would highly recommend this place read more

Went to this place last week. This place is so beautiful and huge. But the seating is confusing. No one is as at the front and we weren't sure if we sat or had to wait. Also didn't know if we paid before or after. Eventually a lady came up and said pay after but nothing else. She seemed very distracted on her phone. At some point we all tried to ask someone behind the food a question.. let's just say the customer service there can use some work.. it wasn't very pleasant. The buffet had plenty of options for salads, sauces, deserts and main dishes. May favorite was their salsa and the majority of their chicken /rice It was so good. Next time I'd prolly go just for that. I definitely think this place is worth a try. read more

I came here this past weekend wanting to try Mediterranean food. Entering the building it waa very clean and organized. It did take a moment to realize you just sit anywhere and pay on the way out. Plenty of seating though thankfully and was able to look at all the selections they had. The food was all fresh, different salads were good and not drowned in dressing thankfully loved that. I loved how you can pick and choose what you want. I tried some of their different season chicken which was good, gyro was also good, some of their spices and sauces were delicious too. Definitely worth a try if you like Mediterranean or if you would like to try it. Be aware of the prices of the buffet depending when you go in the week and make sure to get your money's worth. read more

Dimassi's is a solid all you can eat Mediterranean spot. I tried pretty much all of their offerings; They have a wide selection of chicken and beef dishes with rice and different proteins like fish. I think I will some it up as jack of all trades but a master of none. Nothing in particular stood out as amazing but it is a good variety selection some chicken was tender while their beef shawarma was on the dry or overcooked and hard with not much flavor. I did think their rice pudding dessert was delicious. I went on a Monday night and the price is 25 per adult. The restaurant is clean and nice on the inside and it seems like their workers are diligent in making the food and being attentive. read more

I walked in right after they opened at 11am for their lunch. All of the food was ready and beautifully presented. I really enjoyed most the of veggies offered. They do have a good variety of food for vegans and vegetarians. I definitely got a second plate of veggies. I didn't try all of the proteins, but I did try the Mustard Chicken, Beef Kebab, and Meatballs. I enjoyed them all, my favorites were the Mustard Chicken and Beef Kebab. They made fresh bread and serve it hot, it was very tasty. I was told to try the Rose Water, but personally the fresh drinks offered were all too sweet for my liking... I opted for the citrus infused water. In all honesty, I would come back mostly for the salad area, but I was not a fan of the protein options or rices. The baklava dessert was pretty tasty. I would like to give this place another try as I did enjoy the veggies. There was a busser, he came around multiple timeline to take away dirty dishes from the table and made sure the area was clean. There was also an employee who ensured the buffet line was clean, I saw them refilling the food and wiping down the counters. read more

I am Lebanese and sometimes I crave eating my own food made by someone else. I have been to this location few times. Not sure how I feel about it. It is what it is expected from a buffet. The cooked meals are all swimming in oil which Mediterranean cuisine is very well known to be on the healthier side. If you are trying to be healthy definitely skip this place otherwise you would only be left with the salad bar. If they limited the usage of oil I will frequent it more. The price of the buffet is very reasonable they also have a good variety of dishes. The service is hit or miss the last time a dish was missing I asked and the person serving wasn't too friendly about it. I went back in about 10 minutes and still the tray was empty. If you haven't tried Mediterranean food this place is a good starting point to get introduced to many dishes all at once read more

For under $25 you can literally get like $60 of FRESH food! Lamb, beef, fish and more. It was our first time and I never go to buffets. This one was very clean and organized and I eat with my eyes first. Every thing I tried was amazing! Employees are very kind and inviting. read more

The price was right, but the food was just ok. I sampled much of the food that was offered. The meatballs tasted a little old and the Kefta Kabob was cold. I truly enjoyed the tabouli salad, the hummus and the freshly baked pita. I don't know if I would make this a common stop. read more

Pretty simple Mediterranean buffet spot with self-seating and an all-you-can-eat setup. The salad bar had a good variety and was honestly the highlight for me. The rest of the food was just okay. The hummus and stuffed grape leaves tasted kind of like canned/store-bought products instead of fresh homemade. Not bad overall if you want a quick buffet meal, just nothing super memorable. read more

I don't know how you can't love this place. If you're looking to get as much Mediterranean food into you as possible there is no beating this. Honestly I wish we had more biggest with different styles of food like this. I've been here a lot, it's always busy, stuff is always rotating, it's always warm, and it always tastes great. Look, if I was eating my last Mediterranean meal of my life, I'm sure there's better food...BUT again, all you can eat awesome food. Seriously, it delivers everything you expect and more. read more

I was surprised! There's no way a buffet at this price can be good and clean. There's no way Mediterranean food can lend itself to this kind of service. I was wrong! They have nearly all of your popular staple foods from a Mediterranean restaurants. It's refilled frequently, impeccably clean, and the food tastes fresh. read more

My family loves Arabic food. We always go here during Ramadan because it hits the spot! I've also haven my dance team here after long practice days. Come hungry because you'll want to try everything. Cons: expensive. We didn't do our research and we didn't know it was a buffet. We were thinking it would be cafeteria style? My friend and I didn't like the flavors of the food. Soggy and oily. We should have gone to a traditional sit down Mediterranean restaurant. Everything felt sad and dreary. Pros: i did leave feeling full. Drinks included in price. read more

I really enjoy Mediterranean food and this is one of my go to places when I am not traveling in other countries. What I appreciate the most is that it is a buffet so you can try new items you wouldn't normally try. The food is always served fresh and the staff is kind. If you are looking to expand your palate this is a great place to start. read more

Went to lunch here with my husband and a friend based on a recommendation. It was a self seat, self service kind of place. While there was a menu, this was primarily a Buffett establishment. There were a large vegetarian option and fewer protein options. The gyro meat platter was completely empty. The other protein options appeared dried out. As soon as more gyro meat was available, it was like a feeding frenzy when I glanced up as 7-8 ran up to the platter. The platter was completely empty again by the time I made the 10 steps up to that area of the buffet table. Oh well. The Ambiance was typical for a buffet establishment. Nothing special The food was extremely salty. So be warned if you have blood pressure. read more

Great place when you don't want to wait. You select yiur table and start your meal as soon as you want. You don't pay till the end. All adults are the same price and it is all included. They have plenty to choose from. You definitely will be full when you leave. They have the typical Mediterranean food, but it looks like on some day they also have Special dishes. Tea, soda and coffee are included. They have a rose water that's pretty good. It's just on the sweet side. except that felt like it was too sweet this time around. The mango tea was pretty good. They have baklava and a delicious jam cookie. They also had rice pudding. The place is clean and they kept up with the buffet food pretty well. Parking is available on site. read more

Hot, fresh, and delicious cuisine, great customer service and the ambiance is inviting. Love coming here for lunch or dinner.

Dimassis's buffet checks all the boxes. It is spacy location with plenty of sitting availability. It has an extensive buffet, with a variety of healthy options, and it offers drinks as part of the buffet price. To top it all, the food is pretty good and, although the price a bit steeper than other buffets, adding the cost of beverages for other buffets, actually evens out the price. Dimassis is a Mediterranean buffet that includes quite a few interesting food options, such as kafta kabobs, felafel and zatar. The buffet also includes a diverse amount of vegetable choices, coffee and baklava. One of the best things about the buffet for me. It is also one of the most comfortable sit and enjoy your food spots, probably because of the dessert and coffee option. As mentioned before, the price is $16.99 for lunch and $19.99 dinner, and $22.99 on Friday evenings and weekends. Staff is friendly and the food is always quickly replenished when it runs out. This buffet is worth a visit if looking for some unique food options. read more

Went for lunch at noon and place was not so packed. Tried a variety of the foods and overall it was decent. My favorite was the rice and chicken, along with the fresh pita. I felt the desert options were limited but the options the were there are good read more

My vegan food choices and went to go container, customer service in his friendly, nice simple, polite, easy to use labels I was able to find everything I was looking for I did not like the falafel. It was little too dark. I like the taste of it, even though I was playing to me so I needed to love the more flavor inside to me. Have a good news was pretty not too smoking not too smooth little grainy, avocado hummus was easy on the avocado taste wasn't very strong. Dolma was easy to break the grape leaves. It was on the sweet side short not too fluffy. The rice was mushy inside. Many people were sitting at the table already low music, medium noise level of the human voices easy to park easy to pay. read more

This place is one of our favorites to eat at! I'm a huge veggie lover and the hubs loves meat so it always works out well for us! I have to be honest. I was not a fan. The desert portions were tiny. Pita bread was really just a small roll. My order was delivery, so I'll take that into consideration, but something was just off. I'll dine inside next time and post another review. read more

Great fresh and clean food my husband can eat without worrying about his blood pressure going up.

All you could ask for in an all you can eat buffet! The food was outstanding and the people are friendly!!

Service was out of the world! They saw I had meetings and made sure I had the space necessary! On top of that they kept the restaurant clean the entire time and was very proactive n cleaning up! The food was good, but not nearly as many meats as I was hoping for lots of the same flavor profile stuff which was slightly disappointing but it was still good. read more

Food was very tasty. Had a lot of choice. The only thing some of the food was not very hot just lukewarm. Other than that, all was good.

The food is great but I probably won't be going back for a few reasons... first one is that they had not one but two glade plug-in's spraying directly at our table. Those things give me an instant migraine that basically lasts all day and they are also extremely toxic, I've never seen one in a restaurant let alone pointed at a table. The other reason was because while I was getting a plate of food, the owner starting having an argument with the (very sweet) dishwasher telling him that "he was just a dishwasher and can't greet people" something to that affect, and it got a bit heated and the owner loudly yelled at him that he was an idiot. It felt very rude and uncomfortable to watch, I almost wanted to speak up for the dishwasher. The young boys who run the front are nice but the owner who I think might be their father was extremely out of line to talk to his employee like this and especially in front of customers. I don't like to support mean people. I apologized to the dishwasher and told him he was doing awesome he had a big smile on his face. The food didn't make it worth those 2 things that were very off putting. read more

I came in try a diverse variety of foods from the Med. Interesting but flavorful. Some dishes were served hot and others at room temperature though I'm not sure what's the norm. Tried four types of chicken (all dark meat) and each were unique in level of spice, flavor and moistness but they all were awesome! Also tried four different rice dishes, rice pudding , 3 different veggie dishes and I would get some of each next time (or if I had room)! And yes, I tried the Baklava and Jam cookie. Both flavorful. The only negative was no Naan (checked three times) but really didn't need the calories. Regardless you've gotta try the DiMassi's Mediterranean Buffet on 12858 Frontage Road San Antonio and try just a little bit of over forty hot dishes and an extensive 'salad' bar. Just try it! You'll thank me later! read more

Lota of variety! Numerous salads, pastas, sauces, rice options, meats, soups and desserts. Bread pockets are freshly made and on fast rotation. It's a great way to try new foods. Docked one star because although the food items were regularly replenished, the counters were full of food spillage from sloppy customers. During our entire visit, no one ever came to wipe the down. read more

Beware. You will be charged extra on a holiday. (Was Labor Day) A bit unhappy that they did not have this info posted . I expected to pay 17.99 for lunch.. I picked the place n met with friends so I was embarrassed that we were charged 25$ instead. Some people are on a budget , especially teachers so it would be appreciated knowing in advance. We had even told the cashier it was our first time at this one and asked some questions when we walked in. She said "eat first , self service, pay after". Never was the "holiday" up-charge mentioned.Spread was great for sure though. Ambiance lovely. Service bus boy nice . read more
