Ambiance is quiet enough for a solo lunch but does get busy from Noon/2pm. Service is super quick! I parked and placed the order online; it was promised within 6 mins. I got off to use the restrooms, which were clean and had a changing table for parents that visit. Always a HUGE plus! By the time I was out the Order was Ready as promised! Nothing was wrong with the order and utensils and cup were inside. When ordering to go, make sure you grab napkins and the drink station as you fill up before heading out. Overall the establishment is clean. The workers are friendly and on top of it! The food quality is ALWAYS excellent and fresh. Highly recommend the Cucumber Mint Lemonade as an addition to your meal. There are Dairy Free sauces and sides available, Vegan options which is great!

I had always heard about Cava, and I'd never lived or worked anywhere that it was super convenient. On a work trip to San Antonio I decided to give them a try, and I wasn't disappointed They specialize in fresh, mostly healthy, Mediterranean style foods. I tried both the wrap and their bowls and I was impressed by the hearty portions as well as the delicious flavors. It's similar to like a Sweetgreen in that you can order a bowl or wrap and/or you can modify the ingredients This location is very clean and there's plenty of seating and parking. Their staff were friendly and efficient. I was in and out within a couple minutes Everything tasted great. I ordered to-go, and everything was nicely packaged and I had everything I needed in my to-go bag Some tips: I tried one of their blondies for dessert and it was delightful. It seems small, but it's packed with flavor and doesn't leave you feeling guilty Cheers!!

I've been wanting to try cava for the longest time since we don't have one in Vegas. I was so happy to find out San Antonio has many locations and decided to come here for dinner. Cava is like a chipotle but Mediterranean-Greek influence. I got their BYOB and for protein I selected their steak. I enjoyed my bowl alot and hope they open a location in vegas. Service was fast and great.

CAVA has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a fresh, healthy meal. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the ability to customize every bowl makes it easy to get exactly what you're craving. The grilled chicken is flavorful, the dips and spreads are packed with Mediterranean flavor, and the toppings are crisp and plentiful. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the service was fast--even during a busy time. If you're looking for a healthier alternative to traditional fast food without sacrificing flavor, CAVA is an excellent choice. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

This was my first time trying this location and I can say it was definitely a success! The restaurant was very clean and stocked up on all of the food choices. The flavor of everything was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly with explaining the new food items that just joined the menu. My only complaint is compared to the other Cava locations the Togo bowls look smaller.

Steak Small portion size

I go to this location regularly, and unfortunately every time I visit there seems to be an issue. I always order extra steak, but it is often cold or there is barely any available. Yesterday was especially disappointing. They only had a very small scoop of steak left and told me that if I waited for a fresh batch, they would give me the portion I paid extra for once it was ready. I agreed, even though I was already frustrated because this happens often. They rang up both my bowl and my boyfriend's order, then packed mine in a to-go container even though I said I was dining in. I sat and waited about 15 minutes for the steak, and my boyfriend eventually had to get up and ask for it. When they finally gave it to me, it still was not the extra portion I had paid for. While waiting, I also overheard the manager offering free food to a customer in line if she left a 5-star review, which felt unprofessional and misleading. To make things worse, when I started eating, the steak I had waited and paid extra for was burnt, dry, and like jerky. This was extremely disappointing. I love CAVA, which is why this is frustrating. I actively avoid this location because of repeated bad experiences, but it is the closest one to me. I've never had these issues at the Huebner location. I hope this location improves its food quality, service, and management.

Make your own bowl/wrap style which is a good fast casual option when you rather not have fast food. The different sauces and dips are better fresh than if you order for delivery. The food quality can vary in my experience and I have had better luck the earlier in the day I go. There is typically a lunch rush at this location between 12-2. The inside seating can get full but there's a few small tables outside.

I think I found a new favorite! Everything is fresh, flavorful, clean, and delicious! The menu bowls and the build your own options are all fabulous! 100% can not go wrong! The whole place was clean and well stocked. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! This was my first (of what will be MANY) visits and she talked me through the process and menu and add on options. 1000% recommend for a filling, fresh, healthy meal.

Half grains half protein bowl

Stopped by CAVA for lunch on a weekday and man it was busy! If you can order ahead, please do so on the app - they're quick! My husband ordered on the app and had his food quickly while I had to wait in line. Regardless, once I was at the front I got a half salad half grains bowl with all the fixings. Food was tasty and enjoyable but not hot enough (proteins and grains). The bowl of food was large so I took it to go but when I ate it later I had really bad stomach cramps. Perhaps leftovers don't sit well... Unfortunately, their soda machine was not working but they did have their signature lemonades/teas available. There was plenty of seating and many smiling faces as they enjoyed their lunch.

We ordered an order of tradicional hummus for the table. It was presented almost as art along with two large pieces of naan. So tasty! We ordered the beef kabob plate, chicken shawarma plate, and a chicken kabob plate. They come with a salad on the plate, some have hummus as the shawarma plate does. I ordered a side of basmati rice. So good. All the food was exceptional. The naan warm and soft. The portions are very generous. Each of us took half of our food to go. The server even gave a separate container for my rice. Nice touch. Each of us were given a to go box and a plastic bag. Refills were constantly kept up with. Anytime a soda looked a couple of inches low, it was topped off. Go there. From here we went across the parking lot to their Baklovah Bakery.

I decided finally on the gheimeh bademjan (meat and eggplant stew). The flavours were very nice, the meat was tender, and the eggplant was silky soft. The waiter made a valiant effort at our table, but my friend does not hear well, he was soft spoken, and the restaurant is full of hard surfaces and therefore noisy. I will likely go again when in San Antonio, but not with a group or friend i wanted to visit with and talk to a lot during the meal.

I love middle eastern food! It is nice San Antonio is blessed to have a very nice selection of middle eastern restaurants right here throughout the medical community and medical dr. I had always wanted to try Kahramana, this was the perfect time. The building is built on a hillside, you will find the grill on the backside which is the second level, parking is right there in front of the entrance. I was greeted right away. The menu was so interesting, all my favorites, like Shawarma. Fun fact, for all of you El Pastor lovers out there, you can thank middle eastern food for the dish. After settling in Mexico, people tried Shawarma and ended up replacing the lamb with pork and we all ended up with El Pastor. I ordered the Gyros plate. It came with a green salad, rice, peta bread and a very generous portion of Gyros meat. As I was enjoying my late lunch, the owner came by with a complimentary glass of black tea. You know what goes great with black tea, an order of Baklava! Oh my lunch was so good. I think next time I will have one of their chicken kabobs plates. Bottom line, this is a good place to enjoy your favorites. If you have never had middle eastern food, this is a good place to give it a try.

At lunch the place was practically empty so I had a lot of time to chat with the get working there who was very helpful. He even gave me a free hot tea after I checked out, which I think they must do for everyone, but I appreciated it. Only minor con is that they had pretty limited selection of soft drinks available. No fountain drinks, only a very limited selection of bottled/canned drinks including Mexican coke.

It comes with 2 pieces of each lamb, chicken and one skewer of kofte kebab and some doner meat. Rice was cooked to perfection and salad was very tasty and fresh. I loved the meze platter since there was a sampling of 5 of their different appetizers. Everything on the platter tasted very fresh and was delicious. The ali nazik was a bit more lackluster: the side salad could have been fresher and the grilled jalapeño was only half grilled (it tasted raw); the rice was a little mushy; and the lamb was a bit over seasoned. Service was a bit slow, and you have to wave down the one server at times since she was hidden behind the front counter most of the time. While I would not go out of my way to return here, I would come back for a quick meal if I was already in the area!

We first ordered two limonadas (lavender & pomegranate). They were both so good!! Next, we got the Bourek as an appetizer. It is like a cheesy lumpia. It was pretty good too. We tried the babganoush appetizer, which is an eggplant dip, served with pita. I wish the pita had more of a crisp or toastiness to them. It was very bready, but still went great with the dip. The eggplant doesn't look appetizing to most, but I love its flavor and it was seasoned nicely with some acidity/brightness to it. For our entrees, we had the falafel plate and a gyro wrap. My gyro wrap was a good serving size, and I opted for no fries/side salad since we had the appetizer. It was a traditional gyro, but I wish there were lettuce and tomato in it to cut the saltiness. I ate the leftover babaganoush with it for balance. The falafel plate was great! It came with 6 large falafels that were very crisp! Everything else in the bowl complimented it nicely. The menu has a lot of other options we'd love to try! We wish we ordered a tea or chai pot to go with our meal, or tried one of their specialty coffee. Next time! The service was great when we came, but it was in the middle of the day so we were the one ones there. Regardless we felt very welcome and looking forward to coming back!
