We used to come here regularly for the Family Meal package, which my kids loved. Last time I came in, a very young woman claiming to be the manager informed me that they don't offer that package and had never offered it. I said um...I've been here several times in the past 1.5 years, and it's all we've ever ordered. She said no, I was wrong, they've never offered it, and maybe I'm confused because they've only been a CAVA for a few months, they used to be another restaurant. I asked her not to tell me that I hadn't ordered what I know I've ordered. She repeated that I was wrong. I walked out. I just found a receipt from them in August 2021. They were indeed "CAVA Las Colinas," and it's for a Family Meal package! Look, discontinue an item if you want to, but don't then gaslight me and say it never existed!!! read more

Tried Cava one time and was hooked. Great service, no line when I entered due to it being around 2:45 so it was after the typical lunch time. Was also surprised to see a strawberry citrus beverage available which is yummy. Would definitely recommend Cava and this location. Also, I live by the stadium so drove all the way here just for Cava! read more

I guess I expected more from them. It was my first and probably last time visiting CAVA, I didn't like the taste of the food and it was cold, not sure if it should be but those spicy lamb meatballs are repulsive I was questioning if it was even lamb. The service was decent one of the members saw me coming by the register and walked in the other direction and another came from the back and assisted me with my pickup. The ambiance gave a similar vibe to chipotle or Panda Express but I didn't sit it. read more

This place usually gets the job done. It's little pricey for a full stomach, but any vegan/vegetarian option is (quality rabbit food). The issue is they close at 10pm but had chairs up by 9:00pm while people were still eating, and then by 9:15 they poured out all the drinks in the mixing containers. The management didn't let you take a seat down and have sit down meal... it's not restaurant, we're not asking for service, just a place to sit is all. The staff tonight was very impatient as well and not very quick at the cashier. They had people backed up at the cashier rather and they were impatiently cleaning right after your like a hawk... really just calm down, you're open for another 45 mins. They at least made the food right which is what I'm paying for... so 2 stars, but there were no accommodations. the fountain soda also tastes like straight hose water with some syrup, idk how that got messed read more

I ordered one bowl via the app for 12:30pm pickup and did not receive it until 12:57pm. The food was good and the order was accurate, but the wait time for mobile orders running 27 minutes late was absurd. The line for in person ordering was long yet I could have lapped that line three times by the time I received my mobile order. Employees were working hard but management either needs to move more employees to the back line to work the to go orders or it needs to coordinate with corporate to change the app so that it does not overpromise an unrealistic pickup time. I would have been fine with a 1pm pickup time if that's what they needed, just don't tell me 12:30 when it's going to be 1. Employees were not rude per say but also it's a bit awkward that they didn't apologize at all for the crazy waits. Customers were visibly frustrated. read more

I usually LOVE Cava. All the locations I've been too before this one have always had great service and are super clean. I wanted to write this review the first time I visited this specific location but wanted to give it a try again just in case I caught them on a bad day. But I was disappointed again. The store doesn't close until 10. The first time I went in there I went around 8:15. Once inside there was trash all of the floors and they had put all the chairs up so no one could eat in the dining area. Yesterday when I visited again, in hopes of a better visit, I got there an hour before close. Once they saw people lining up they put all their chairs up so no one could sit down. Then a worker drained all the drinks so no one could order drinks. If you're wanting to sit and eat like you can do at other cavas, don't come to this location. read more

Amazing food. They have amazing drinks that somewhat resemble a fancy version of aguas frescas. They have soda that has real sugar. The food itself is like nothing I have ever had before. Kinda of a twits between a gyro and a gourmet burrito. I don't know how to describe it but IT IS DELICIOUS !! Staff there is super friendly. This place is awesome. We went on their soft opening and were so impressed!! Were greeted with very friendly employees and both bowls were fresh and delicious. We live around the corner so will definitely frequent this place! Today was my first time going over there, and it was delicious. I definitely enjoyed the food the only thing is that when the server recommended half and half meat! She only gave me two meat balls with the chicken and I felt like I didn't get enough veggies and meat. I'm kind of in disbelief how many negative reviews are posted to this location. Everyone's experience is different but many seem to be new to Las Colinas area at lunch. It's busy everywhere at peak lunch time - have some patience. I came in to this location today at 11-11:30 and had only a minor wait and the staff were all extremely friendly, including who I believe was the manager or shift leader who was extremely patient with me as I left my wallet and found out at the register. Really wish I could give zero stars after today's experience. I arrived to Cava right around noon. Upon entering I noticed a "Masks Required to Enter" sign out front. As I walk in to be greeted by a rather long line within the restaurant, I get stuck behind a couple wearing no masks. Actually, there were multiple people in line wearing no mask. Here's thing thing...I know all these businesses in Dallas are so scared to speak up about the mask mandate cause they don't want to ruffle feathers which usually includes a Karen having a nervous breakdown. No one caresssssssss. If you put a sign out that says masks are required, ENFORCE it! Stop being so damn scared of upsetting people. Of course people in Dallas believe Covid doesn't exist but I'll leave that convo for another time. I make my way through the line to put together my bowl. I was initially asked if there would be any changes to my order and I pleasantly responded that I didn't want tomatoes and would sub for olives instead. The confirmation of that was RECEIVED so I'm assuming I would just speak up to clarify again once we made it to the vegetable portion of creating the bowl. Didn't happen. The line started moving fast, you'd employees started pushing people down and of course the original person I talked to magically forgot and dumped a whole spoonful of tomatoes in my bowl. When I reminded her I said no tomatoes, she copes an attitude and slings my bowl to the table behind them. I'm assuming to remake it but I'm too pissed at this point to even go through that process again. Cava, DO BETTER. The attitude of your employees, y'all actually acknowledging and creating a safe environment for people to get food from restaurant during Covid ALL NEEDS WORk. Terrible customer service. I've been to Cava plenty of times and have had wonderful experiences but last night was not one of those times. My girlfriend and I enter with no greeting. We say hi and get a response of "What you want?" We order our food and the server is talking I under his breath. We asked him to speak up and they proceeded to yell at us. Everytime we ask a question they would either smack their lips or roll their eyes at us. After we paid we asked could they bag our order for to go and we were told that there are bags at the door even though bags were behind the register. Staff had no interest in serving us and I have no interest in business at this location anymore. read more

I placed a curbside order at 11:40am for pick up at 12pm. I showed up for pick up and there is not a designated spot for curbside orders. I called to let them know I was there and was put on hold. I waited on hold for 13 minutes and decided to call back. I was immediately placed on hold again. After another 6 minutes I hung up and called back. The call was answered and I was told my order was being made. I waited another 12 minutes and again called back. I was told they couldn't find my order so I waited while she looked then they found it and was I told they would put mine in front of others. I like wait I called my order in over 45 minutes prior so mine shouldn't be at the back. At this point I said to cancel my order as I didn't want it any longer. I couldn't wait as I was on my lunch break. She said she can't cancel because I'd have to go through CAVA help. So I said fine make it. The lady then yelled at me to stop yelling that she was trying to help me and I said I'm not yelling, I'm loud on my car speaker but yes I am upset. I've been waiting for over 45 minutes for a freaking pita. As I continued to speak I realized she had just hung up on me. Advice don't order online or curbside. Advice to CAVA: If you can't keep up with orders then close the online order platform or call in orders like many restaurants do when they get over loaded. Don't just continue to take orders you can't make. read more
