I was originally planning to order my usual gyro plate, but my server, Tanner (I know there's a Turkish version of the name and it's escaping me!), took the time to chat with me and walk me through the different dishes on the menu. Thanks to his recommendations and kindness, I decided on the Doner Kebab Plate -- and oh my goodness, the flavor was absolutely incredible. Beyond the amazing food, Tanner was warm, welcoming, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions.
