Every bite of food here creates a burst of flavor explosion in your mouth, and everything is absolutely delicious! Just note that on a scale of 1 to 5 for spice level, even a 2 is fairly spicy, so definitely don't be overconfident in your tolerance for spicy food! I loved the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) because the sauce completely caught me off guard. The flavor was reminiscent of Chinese soy sauce roast pork (hong shao pork), which seemed impossible because the only meat I ordered was chicken. Brought me flashbacks to my childhood I also very much enjoyed the chicken Pad Ped and devoured the whole serving in about 10 minutes. The server taught me that "Ped" means spicy in Thai, so I ordered the dish at a spicy level 1. I'm glad I did because there was definitely a pleasant kick, even on a level 1, so I'm not sure I would have been able to handle a higher level! A fun fact I learned at the end of my dining experience was that Thai Palm hand makes all their egg rolls, so I am definitely looking forward to trying them next time. 1st time eating here I ordered the pineapple curry. Sooo delicious and flavorful. Serving size was fairly big, I was able to make 2 meals out of it. 2nd time ordered shrimp pad thai. Went for lunch. Several selections at $10.99. I got green curry with chicken and my son got vegetarian green curry. Both were very good. It was VERY spicy. I got the regular spice level 1 and it was too much. Son got level 2 and cried a little. We both like spicy food, but Thai is hot. Service was very friendly and quick. It's a small shop in a strip mall, very casual, but clean. I'll definitely go back, but have to get less heat. read more

Second time going to dine in and it was amazing. Overall everything was great. The service from start to end was above and beyond. The worker was very helpful in deciding what our group ordered since for some it was their first time. She was very accommodating as we had someone join us halfway through our dinner there. My group tried a combination of foods and everything was delicious. The pad Thai I ordered this time was a level 1 spice and as someone who can't handle too much spice it was perfect. First time ordering from this place, and it was not what I was expecting. The way they take orders was not it, I would've have appreciated a heads up. If you EVER ORDER ONLINE- DON'T!!! They don't take online orders as a priority, the manager said "first come first serve" and started to explain that people who eat in are their priority, they'll START to make the online order once EVERYONE in there has their food in the table. This place had me waiting at least an HOUR to be told they haven't started my order because it got busy, yet when I arrived early and was waiting outside, tables were empty. The food was great... I'd take a picture but... it was too good to make it through me getting to this review. Ambiance is cutesy and demure. They have some nice upbeat music playing the background to set the tone. Not a lot of seating, but it wasn't busy at all when we went in. Service was great - helpful, polite,consistent --- all the things. We live nearby so happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood. Had to come back to update my review after my latest experience on 3/18/24 during lunch. I know yelp cuts off the length of comments but long story short went when there was only 1 other customer in the place. Waitress mixed up our orders and tried to swap them out. I told her I didn't want a misdelivered order and to please have them remade, because I had already eaten out of the one I had. Waitress took them in the back, waited 5 mins and bought the same eaten out of entrees back to us. Knowing Thai Palms makes everything fresh(dish was lukewarm) I asked to speak to a manager. Was told she wasn't in yet, and asked if the lady that cooks was the manager and was told she was only the cook. The front desk person was extremely courteous. He mentioned he had just started working there a couple of months ago. I ordered takeout for a small birthday party with my family. I got the red curry with chicken, pineapple shrimp fried rice (which had a lot of cashews, to our pleasant surprise), pad kee mow with beef, and egg rolls for appetizers. It was all great and the only critique I will share was that, even though I ordered a 5 for spice level, the curry was not as spicy as I had hoped. Staff was really helpful and nice. The spot itself is good. Got a matcha boba tea and it was very good. The gyoza was also really good. 4 stars come because of the food. The yellow curry had good flavor but was really runny and thin, not what I'd normally expect. And the pad see ew also had really good flavor, though I wouldn't say the 4/5 level spice was what I would expect and hope for. It's also typically a big flat noodle dish, and that was what I was expecting, but I also could've just overlooked the way they made the dish. Overall, I'd still recommend the restaurant. read more
