Cold of been a 5 star review if the condiments (basil, been sprouts, jalepino) were fresher and more in quantity. Ordered a large order for my family. We all had various sizes of filet mignon pho. When it arrived the meat was raw and sitting on top of the vegetables and blood was dripping on the vegetables. When I called to address it they would not give refund and also said they don't have a manager. Which was not true and a red flag that they blatantly lied to a customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE. i went twice in one week. this week! the other day was my first time I have had fun in a couple of states and this is amongst the top. I love the broth. The service is immaculate. The place itself is clean and has a nice peaceful ambience. I have no complaints. My second time I went I tried their milk tea. It was so amazing one of the best milk tea I have had. So I found myself here along with my brother on a Saturday morning a little after 10:00 am which is when they open. We quickly put in our order for eggrolls and the Pho Legacy bowls. Visually it looked decent. They use filet mignon in place of eye of round. At first sip, the broth tasted good but it could've been because it's been I was still in a state of eu-pho-ria. But, as I ate more of it, I found it on the bland side. I reached for the fish sauce and my brother knew I wasn't happy. The eggrolls were a good size. They even cut it in half for you but it was filled with a lot of carrots. The lady who took our order was nice and asked if everything was okay. Food is great the only downside about this place are the portion sizes, we ordered the XL Pho and it was nothing but broth, I literally had to order extra noodles and extra meatballs that came out to about $9 extra, on top of the $14 they charge for that bowl. I was craving something warm and filling. So I decided to order Pho. This is actually my first time having Pho in the Dallas area since I moved here from Charlotte almost two years ago. So needless to say, long over due. The reviews looked great so I ordered via Doordash. Let me say that I've never ordered Pho as delivery. There's just something at actually sitting down at the restaurant to eat it. I mean, after all, it's a part of the experience. So I really didn't know what to expect in terms of how it would be packed etc. Well, let me tell you..I was impressed! I ordered the large P14 (Filet Mignon) and large P41 (white meat chicken). The food came well packed and secure with all you needed to make a perfect Pho bowl. The mint leaves, jalapeños, bean sprouts, hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce were plentiful, fresh and neatly packed in a plastic bag. The chicken was atop the noodles and onions in a takeout container. The filet was raw, perfectly cold and thinly sliced separately in a small bag inside of the takeout container; atop the noodles and onions. Lastly, two large plastic containers with the broth were also packed securely and came hot. The filet was super fresh and tender; melt in your mouth! And the broth..fantastic. Full of flavor and you could tell this certainly wasn't from the can. I also ordered crispy egg rolls. They had pork in them which I didn't want as I thought I ordered veggie. We also got the spring rolls - we were a bit disappointed in the spring rolls because it was mostly the noodle, and then 3 pieces of shrimp, one piece of lettuce.
