Combo pho and shrimp spring rolls
John S.

We were visiting Dallas and craving pho. Not bad pho at a decent price. Service was prompt and friendly.

Loved it. I tried this place for the first time. It won't be the last. I ordered takeout and it was ready in no time. Although it opens at 10a, I wasn't able to place an online order until 11a which was fine. I got the P32 , pho well-done brisket with crunchy beef fat, as well as, the egg rolls. Everything was good. I do regret not asking for extra sauce packets. It was good none the less.

Always a stellar dining experience at Pho Legacy. There's something nostalgic about the large (simple yet efficient) dining room. The service is quick and friendly every time I grab a late dinner. I like that they have take out options, but I will say I feel like I get more pho broth when I dine in. Spring rolls are crispy and so packed with flavor. Pho Legacy runs a tasty and clean operation.

Extra large pho

Their extra large pho was ridiculously HUGE. They did not skip out on the portions, I feel like they're losing money on it compared to other pho places so if you're hungry, this is the place to go. Service was okay, I felt like it's your typical Vietnamese restaurant service wise. Ambiance is straight from the Nam!

The food was definitely a 10 out of 10! I ordered the number 32 with egg rolls, and everything was incredibly fresh from the garnish and bean sprouts to the egg rolls themselves. The flavors were spot on and absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the broth; it had a unique signature taste while still staying true to traditional flavors. The ambiance was simple and clean, and the place smelled fresh. Service was excellent everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back!

Food was good. Had a side of beef broth as well. The broth was super delicious but hot as hell. I know it's supposed to be served hot, but it took forever to cool down. It would've been nice if they had been playing music because it was in a weird time between lunch and dinner and the staff were talking putting away silverware. It was just really loud. Worth a try though!

Pho Legacy always hits the spot. This place is, thankfully, right around the corner from my house, always fast service, and always good food. The shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce are so fresh and yummy, my current favorite appetizer. The P15 is my favorite beef pho and the broth is always good. I'm always down for pho!

I absolutely love me some Vietnamese food, especially a good bowl of Pho. I have my go to spots , however this place was literally 2 mins away from where I was. And I was on a time limit , so I had to choose quickly. I'm glad I chose to stop here. The food was really yummy . I'd give a 9/10 on flavor , it was really good only something's was missing and I'm not sure what. I gave a 4/5 stars because my server never checked on me the entire time I was there. I seen my server when I placed my order and after I had a another worker go and retrieve her so that I could get my bill and leave. Overall food was good and I definitely plan on returning soon .

Great place. The place looks clean and the service is amazing. The food was great. Came here because my buddy recommended it as his favorite place to eat pho. Not wrong. I will totally be returning next time I'm in the area.

My pleasure to join my friends local to the Irving area this afternoon to introduce me to their favorite reminiscent phở restaurant. We have to thank the kind business owners who facilitate this business. We have to thank the well familiar chefs and kitchen team for preparing delicious food we couldn't finish. Thankfully we took most of the leftovers to go. And we must thank the very kind ladies for very carefully serving us our food and check-out. The ambience was calm, the child in our group liked the horse decor, and the restroom was clean. Our gratitude to pay for this professional experience. To God be the glory. Thank you.

One of my two "go to" Vietnamese spots in Irving. Decent environment and tasty food with efficient service. Never think twice about returning when the urge for Vietnamese food hits me!

Great prices, huge portion sizes, staff was very nice! Stumbled upon this place while driving around in Dallas. Got quick grub. Ordered pho and combo grill plate to share. Huge portions and very delicious. Food came out super fast, really reasonable prices. Service was fast and efficient. Easy parking in the strip mall.

The food came out quick and hot. The broth was alright, needed to add a little bit more fish sauce (which is provided in a bottle on the table) We ordered 2- large pho legacy (their version of dad biet) with a side of vinegar onions (which was just a side of onions, no vinegar) Total of 27.06 7/10, I'd come back.

The amount of meat in the pho tai is about the same amount as one medium meatball.

The food was okay but it wasn't the best I have had. The service was amazing though the people and staff were so nice.

The pho itself is the star of the show. The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it's been simmered for hours. You can really tell they don't cut corners. The meat is tender, the noodles are cooked just right, and the portions are generous. Every bowl comes out fresh and piping hot. Service is also on point. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick without making you feel rushed. They make sure everything comes out right and are happy to help if you have questions about the menu. Overall, Pho Empire delivers on all fronts great food, solid service, and a comfortable vibe. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to and would recommend to anyone looking for authentic, satisfying Vietnamese food.

I checked the table next to us, no spoons either. We got our food which was really hot and ready to be eaten. Unfortunately, we had to wait until someone came and brought spoons for the food. The only bad part, no one ever came back to refill our water. Restaurant was pretty packed, there were enough staff that they should've been able to keep the tables maintained.

Once you step in this restaurant, you know you're in for good Vietnamese food (never mind the awards outside!) The staff was nice and answered our questions - but now the food: Bun cha gio thit nuong - chargilled pork and deep fried shallots were a solid touch - though I think I would've enjoyed seared shallots more. There was plenty of flavor in the meat juice imbueing the dish, fresh vegetables tasted like spring breeze and sweetened fish sauce tied everything together like ka-pow. Shaking tenderloin - the butterfly pea flour rice was purple (a fun gimmick) and woof, the marinated beef tenderloin was a huge success. I really enjoyed how tender and juicy the meat was - I kept chewing to savor the flavor for some time. Cha gio chat - these were served fresh out of the fryer and came in piping hot. Great crispy spring rolls with a good size and nice vegetables

Welcoming was warm and attentive, very quick with service. The menu was through a QR code, which is awesome but for more accessibility for maybe those who don't own a phone or have a hard time navigating to get a clearer glance of the menu maybe a short and simple menu to have on the table would of been just great. The ambience was so pretty, I felt like I was in a different city. I got the chicken spring rolls- best top spring rolls I've had. The beef pho-which I can see where the hype is about since I didn't use much hoision sauce or hot sauce. That's a first for me, since I've learned recently that in (Vietnamese tradition) it isnt respectful to put too much extra sauce or seasoning into the pho presented. I will say the meat had a bit more fat than I like. To top it off I ordered the green Thai tea, which has more of a perfume flavor but very settle. The classic yellow one is more milky so if you're someone who enjoys tea drinks you should give it a go!

The Chicken Spring roll was just as bad. Meat so tough i could hardly chew it. The veggies inside had old brown spots and didnt look fresh at all. I ended up throwing nearly all of it away. I just moved to the area and was hoping to find some great places to eat. I wont be ordering from here ever again.
