Good cheap food. Great weekly to go place! Not fine dining but nice enough and with most restraunts being such a ripoff anymore it's nice to feel like you are getting value. Wow this might be the worst pho I've ever eaten in my life. Even pho at a food court would taste better than this. My soup literally had NO taste. I felt like eating noodles in a bowl of hot water (ok, i don't have covid) Also the food is way overpriced here. I cannot believe I paid $10 for my tiny bowl of pho. It had 2 tiny shrimps and didn't even have enough garnish. I asked for chile oil and they brought A FEW DROPS on a tiny dish. Service was really bad too.. or I should say it did not exist. Basically all they did was bringing my soup out, that's it. They never came back not even once and started eating dinner. First time having lunch here. The menu is pretty typical of most Vietnamese restaurants and I was in the mood for a rice dish. I ordered the teriyaki chicken rice plate which was describers coming with steam vegetables and of course rice. At most places I've been to, the steamed vegetables are pretty significant and the rice has a nice flavor like it was cooked and chicken stock. This was a sad very thin piece of chicken breast leathered with a thick very sweet teriyaki glaze more than a sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. The rice was tasteless and the steamed vegetables were basically two pieces of tiny broccoli, two sliced carrots and one pea pod. If they were steamed then they somehow escaped any heat because it was served raw. Every bottle of condiment hat, a film of sticking us around it that did not happen overnight or even in a week. The whole meal was $12 not including my tea. too many other TASTY options SO EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE PROBABLY CHEAPER THAN MOST PLACES, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I took my elderly parents there a week ago and they said it was the best fried rice they have ever eaten! My daughter always gets something different....traditional Pho soup and eats every drop! They are always very nice and friendly and they get the food out fairly quickly as they cook to order. The decor reminds me of a place my parents always took me to growing up and it wasn't overly crowded which was perfect because my mom can't be around a lot of people due to a lowered immune system (cancer). It was my first time going to this place. Since it was after 2:00 o'clock, the place was quiet but still few people having lunch. I should have ordered pho dish but it was kind of warm day, so I ordered pan fried egg noodle dish and iced Vietnamese coffee, which is very strong. Both were good and service was good too. I dipped my spoon in (w/o any extras added or hoisin sauce) and tasted a LIGHT flavored broth! No real beefy pho pizazz to it! the pho broth which makes pho so amazing was just average. maybe it was my batch that I had or the cook fell asleep in the kitchen. i have had way better pho up the street at Pho V and I Love Pho. As i added my extras (lime, basil, hoisin sauce, been sprouts and sriracha) I felt disappointed from the over hype of the reviews. So if your not to keen on super yummy broth come here and and try Pho lite. Which for all I know your into. If that is the case 5 stars for you. My first time ordering from here, they deliver. I ordered a pho dac biet, a p19, thai tea, and a pork baguette. Everyone has different taste when it comes to pho broth. Some like it sweeter, some more cinnamon flavored, some more beef flavored. Their broth is decent. It's a little on the sweet side and clean (meaning it's not greasy). Would it be my go to place for pho? Probably not because I prefer my pho broth less sweet with a stronger beef/ox tail flavor. The best broth to me is one where I don't have to add anything (fish sauce, oyster sauce, etc) regardless of how I normally like my broth. But overall, after adding a little fish sauce and cinnamon I was able to get it to a flavor of my liking. The baguette sandwich was a bit of a disappointment. The meat and veggies were good, but the baguette itself was crusty and a bit dry. It broke apart very easily. That's not how I like my bread. And though I'm not sure if it was just a one off, I will most likely not be ordering a sandwich from them again. The thai tea was so good and refreshing. Overall, if I could give 3.5 stars I would. But since I can't, I'll round up to 4. There aren't many Vietnamese restaurants that deliver and because they do that's definitely a big plus. We came here for one thing and one thing only...Pho, of course then we saw the menu and wanted many other things as well but since we were all craving Pho we all chose one of the Pho options. I ordered number 19, this is a regular phone with thin round eye steak slices. My husband ordered #1, this had round eye strips, tripe, and a few other things. We started with one order of shrimp​ spring rolls with the peanut dipping sauce, these were cut into four pieces and placed well on the plate. I'm kind of on a pho and boba tea kick right now. Is it because the weather has taken a rapid turn for the North Pole and nothing warms your belly like a noodle soup? I had the large shrimp pho and the shrimp was plent.a.ful. As in lots of shrimp, and not the huge kind where a place puts in 4 big size shrimp and that's it. These were just the right size. The broth was yummy and after a few squirts of sriracha it was perfect. I'm a carbaholic too so the noodles were right up my alley. Nestled in the far end of the Albertsons parking lot, right by a dry cleaners is this little gem. If you go at night like I did, the light in the "O" on the building sign is out, so currently it's just PH DUY. The service was on their A game and because I'm new to the boba tea scene, I asked for a recommendation from the server. He suggested jasmine tea and lavender tea, so I went with the lavender. There was a sealed lid on the cup, just like at the last place I had boba tea, so I guess that's a thing although I don't know why. The traditional spring rolls were spot on and the peanut sauce was rich and creamy. Bae had the grilled pork rice plate and I tried a piece of pork that I found to be quite tasty.
