I love this place and me and my husband used to order from here all the time. I got lunch here the other day since it's close to the house. I ordered a kids chicken fried rice and an order of pork spring rolls. Everything tasted amazingly good as I remembered, the fried rice was delicious and flavorful and the spring rolls are the best I have ever had. The portions of the rice are quite generous in my opinion. My only complaint was that in my rice I found two egg shells which kind of threw off the whole vibe, after this I was scared I was going to have another bite with shells. We were in the mood for Vietnamese last night and really didn't know where to go in the mid-cities. Our search led us to Miss Saigon Cafe and I'm glad it did! Conveniently tucked behind the mall, this place would be easy to miss, but is super convenient from just about every direction. The restaurant itself is simple, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and attentive and the menu is extensive and definitely has something for all tastes. We grabbed a plate of veggie spring rolls for an appetizer. Served chilled with peanut sauce, they were a hit. Very fresh and flavorful. For dinner, I had the chicken vermicelli noodle bowl. Again, in two words, fresh and flavorful. The broth is served on the side so you can determine how much you want in it. They also provide a chili oil that is out of this world. Use it with caution, as it is spicy, but if you like hot food, this is definitely your place. The prices were extremely reasonable for what we got and they even gave us cookies to go. I wasn't sure what to expect as I have not tried Vietnamese food before. It's a fairly simple menu maybe not as extensive as I thought it would be from what I have heard about the Vietnamese food. Came with a friend to eat at Miss Saigon's Cafe I have to admit for a first time it was really nice. Good ambiance, clean, friendly service. The food was good, very tasty and really well spiced you can tell they know what they're doing. Now I would give it 4.5 stars the only down side was the pork banh mi doesn't come with a side you have to pay separate if you want one. Other than that I'd say to give it a try I'd definitely come back and before I forget price wise $$$ it's not cheap though it's not what you would say outrageous so it's alright and worth it. read more

I've been coming here for years and it gets better every time I'm here. Today was no different. Starting with the hot ginger tea, because it hugs my soul even though it is still ridiculously hot outside. There was ample ginger, abundant cinnamon and sweetness that I can only assume came from a drop of honey someone thoughtfully added to my tea. It is almost like they know me. And: They keep the air on high in here so hot tea is no sweat, haha, pardon the pun. Moving on to the salmon spring rolls, lord bless us all these were the best prong rolls I've ever tasted. I'm trying to stick with swimming proteins and they are sure making it easy. The fresh cucumber pairs so well with the perfectly cooked salmon I at the whole plate, by myself. Not ashamed. That brings us to the seafood pho. I wish I had the attention span to go into detail about how good this soup is but I'm not done eating it yet, so you'll just have to come check it out for yourself. Came here on a Friday evening. Wasn't too busy. They had a steady flow of to go orders coming through. Just seeing that made us excited for the food as it was a clear tell that the to go people were repeat customers. The place was very clean and decorated which I feel like you normally don't see in a shopping strip restaurant. We had about 3 people waiting on us the whole time. So it was nice to not have to ask for anything. The whole staff made sure we were taken care of. Their menu had a lot of variety of food. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. I would've given only 4.5 stars if it was an option. I live around the area, and have dined here a few times before. They recently changed their menu and turned this place around. Great ambience and service as always. The food surprised me this time. Their pho tastes great, and has more meat than what you typically get from other pho places. The miss saigon roll added a crispier, savory twist to usual spring rolls. The raspberry iced tea surprised me, as it had actual raspberry bits blended into it. The only reason this isn't really 5 star review yet is because I wish the pho had a little bit more noodles in it to match the whopping amount of meat, and the food could've been served a little bit faster. But hey, I'm just nitpicking at this point. Overall - great food, service, and ambience. Definitely my go-to pho place around this area now. read more

My first time there I was picking up food for a small dinner party for 5 people so i took a chance and ordered a few different dishes- the teriyaki chicken was delicious; Saigon noodles with chicken have great flavor; the beef steak sandwich wasn't my favorite the meat was lacking flavor but the bread was tasty (side note they left off the typical sauce/seasoning due to a fish allergy on my group) the vermicelli noodles were ok, again not my favorite but the meat was very nicely cooked; chicken fried rice was great too. I ended up going back the next week to get food for my family; who all enjoyed it as well. It's definitely been added to my list of places to grab food from. I dont recall adding plastic to the tofu veggie plate, which was fitting because it was so bland it may as well have been made of....plastic. The potstickers were over cooked, inedible. I had seen the café several times when in the area, and decided to give it a try. It is very small, with minimal lights. Its a bit awkward to enter as they have a decorative screen just as you enter, which barely has room for a wheelchair to maneuver. I gave my order, the Miss Saigon Noodles with shrimp. The waitress came back to check if I had ordered beef or pork. Shrimp. It was about 15 minutes before my meal was served. It was very flavorful, and had a lot of shrimp mixed in with the noodles and vegetables, however it was very dry. There was no sauce in the dish, which surprised me. Still, it was a good sized portion and tasted good. Some one at the next table order pho, and their bowl looked good. She told me it was really good and well made. I may try that next time. Wait staff was friendly and helpful, but not very visible. It was wheelchair accessible, but only barely. Very tight spaces and poorly arranged. Overall, nice but not stellar. OOh this place has changed a bit since the first few times I have come here. The menu has ALOT more items on it!! Food is VERY VERY fresh and tasty. Location is near the mall which is very convenient too. I'm very impressed w/ their vegetarian selection and the attention to detail on what is vegetarian and what is not on the menu. We ordered chicken fried rice, it was a huge portion, and the chicken was very tender. The Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon, and steamed Dumplings were all prepared perfectly, crunchy stayed very crunchy. The spicy tomato Pho soup was over the top, both in flavor and size. All the ingredients for the pho were packed separately, very fresh. The thing that really impresses me, is the fact you get to choose which flavors and ingredients you want, or don't want. Each order is customizable for a unique dish, every time. Server and staff is super kind but the food was one of the worst. We ordered pho. I got the chicken pho with meatballs and my boyfriend got the combination pho. It took awhile for the food to come out- there was maybe 2 other tables. We were given our individual plates of veggies- my boyfriends plate was so sad- the veggies looked gross. The bowls came out steaming hot but after we added the seasonings the broth tasted soooo watered down! No flavor what so ever! And we added a lot of seasoning too! I've driven by this location many times and finally decided to stop. It was a little smaller than I was anticipating but that didn't take away from the food or the service. The best Banh Mi I've had in the area. It was fresh, well made bread. I personally would've liked a little more pork on the sandwich, but it was very good the way that it was. The shrimp spring rolls are a nice size and always a great go to for me. For those on a keto diet or who are watching your carbs they do have a stirfry no carb noodle dish available.
