Waited for my online order for more than 1.5hrs. If you are not capable for online orders, then you shouldn't take it at first place.

Customer service is horrendous.... Go to any other Cava besides this one... pay $20 for a bowl with hardly any chicken in it... skimp portions awful. Also don't try and go here past 9 they close 30 minutes to an hour early depending on how the workers feel read more

This location is absolutely horrible. Today I got home with my mobile order and my two falafel meals ( one for me and one for my toddler) were both missing the falafel but had been substituted with olives?? I drove back up there with my toddler and they said they were out of falafel. Why didn't they tell me this when I picked it up?? I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted the food (my toddler will only eat the falafel) and she told me I needed to write an email. Absurd. Also, whoever thinks olives is a fair substitute in a kids meals clearly does not have children. They're consistently out of ingredients and behind on orders, they need a complete corporate review and new staff. read more

1st time trying this place, used to go to Zoe's often when it was there. This place is really good! I love the look of the building, super clean, staff are very friendly and the food is outstanding! The quality and freshness of the food here is incredible, and the flavors are so unique compared to other order-at-the-counter fast casual restaurants. I'm not sure I have ever given a place only one star. The food is good enough. This specific location is cursed with foul attitudes. I used to tolerate it just because this location is convenient. The last two times I visited, I was completely ignored while the attendant made to-go orders. No greeting. No smile. Nothing bu obvious hate for their job. These people must HATE working here! This feels like a management problem to me. The employees seem miserable. They are told to charge if you want something more than just a semi-full spoon full of rice or lentils. They must be instructed to give extra small portions and charge if a guest asks for something reasonable. I imagine they get rage from guests on the regular thus compounding their putrid attiutde and complete lack of customer service. Employees: you do not have to work here! There is no amount of money that is worth being miserable. You have options! If I'm craving Cava, I drive to Coppell and I recommend you do the same. read more

I love CAVA but this location is the worst I've ever been to. They regularly short you on the amount of lettuce or rice they add to your bowls. They forgot about your order of side pitas and then give them to other guest. I've had these same problems over and over. Waited in line for 35 minuted only to find out they are once again out of both falafel and veggies which are the only proteins they offer that I can eat and also out of feta and avocado again. I understand there are food shortages, but they are constantly out of items when other places are not. The frustrating thing is, just please label clearly that you are out of items on you signs so that I dont waste my time standing in line forever. I was literally asked to pay $13 for a small bowl of lettuce that you ended up having to throw out in waste just because you dont label when you are out of things from the back of the store. read more

This location opened recently. My first visit I was greeted by a young person staring at me. No hello. I was left to decipher the menu. I placed my order went to pay and was told they don't take cash. No sign was posted. The lady at the register also stared at me, no smile, nothing. The food was decent. On my next visit there were corporate folks there. I was greeted. Asked what I would like and it was a very pleasant experience! I was tempted to comment on the improved service but decided not to. My last and I mean my last visit. I was stopped as I approached the counter. I was refused service because I did not have a mask. I will not get into the whole mask issue but I can assure that I will never spend another dime at Cava anywhere ever! read more

Very very slow service. Ordered 30 mins out. Order delayed. If I went through line it would be. Faster. They don't seem to care about the customer. Ordered at 12:30 for 1pm pickup. Food was ready at 1:30pm. Nearly 75 people went through the line and received food faster than me, staff highly annoyed at pickup customers. Process broken and staff unapologetic. By far the worst Cava I've been to. Worst experience all year with customer service. Out of various basic toppings. Messed up order (rice instead of right rice, rice on side when not asked, no pita, etc). read more
