I placed a curbside order at 11:40am for pick up at 12pm. I showed up for pick up and there is not a designated spot for curbside orders. I called to let them know I was there and was put on hold. I waited on hold for 13 minutes and decided to call back. I was immediately placed on hold again. After another 6 minutes I hung up and called back. The call was answered and I was told my order was being made. I waited another 12 minutes and again called back. I was told they couldn't find my order so I waited while she looked then they found it and was I told they would put mine in front of others. I like wait I called my order in over 45 minutes prior so mine shouldn't be at the back. At this point I said to cancel my order as I didn't want it any longer. I couldn't wait as I was on my lunch break. She said she can't cancel because I'd have to go through CAVA help. So I said fine make it. The lady then yelled at me to stop yelling that she was trying to help me and I said I'm not yelling, I'm loud on my car speaker but yes I am upset. I've been waiting for over 45 minutes for a freaking pita. As I continued to speak I realized she had just hung up on me. Advice don't order online or curbside. Advice to CAVA: If you can't keep up with orders then close the online order platform or call in orders like many restaurants do when they get over loaded. Don't just continue to take orders you can't make. read more

This is my first time at the location. They started putting up everything at 8:30pm and it closes at 10:00pm. I normally get off work and sit in CAVA to eat. They had all the chairs up and emptied out all the fresh juice before I could order. read more

Very disappointed with my order. Ordered directly from the Cava app. This place is a hit or miss. My bowl came in half empty, found a few grains of rice at the bottom and items on the side were missing as well. Literally had to order food from another place. Today I got home with my mobile order and my two falafel meals ( one for me and one for my toddler) were both missing the falafel but had been substituted with olives?? I drove back up there with my toddler and they said they were out of falafel. Why didn't they tell me this when I picked it up?? I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted the food (my toddler will only eat the falafel) and she told me I needed to write an email. Absurd. Also, whoever thinks olives is a fair substitute in a kids meals clearly does not have children. I'm not sure I have ever given a place only one star. The food is good enough. This specific location is cursed with foul attitudes. I used to tolerate it just because this location is convenient. The last two times I visited, I was completely ignored while the attendant made to-go orders. No greeting. No smile. Nothing bu obvious hate for their job. These people must HATE working here! This feels like a management problem to me. The employees seem miserable. They are told to charge if you want something more than just a semi-full spoon full of rice or lentils. They must be instructed to give extra small portions and charge if a guest asks for something reasonable. I imagine they get rage from guests on the regular thus compounding their putrid attiutde and complete lack of customer service. Employees: you do not have to work here! There is no amount of money that is worth being miserable. You have options! If I'm craving Cava, I drive to Coppell and I recommend you do the same. read more

I love CAVA but this location is the worst I've ever been to. They regularly short you on the amount of lettuce or rice they add to your bowls. They forgot about your order of side pitas and then give them to other guest. I've had these same problems over and over. This location opened recently. My first visit I was greeted by a young person staring at me. No hello. I was left to decipher the menu. I placed my order went to pay and was told they don't take cash. No sign was posted. The lady at the register also stared at me, no smile, nothing. The food was decent. On my next visit there were corporate folks there. I was greeted. Asked what I would like and it was a very pleasant experience! I was tempted to comment on the improved service but decided not to. My last and I mean my last visit. I was stopped as I approached the counter. I was refused service because I did not have a mask. I will not get into the whole mask issue but I can assure that I will never spend another dime at Cava anywhere ever! read more
