So my coworkers have been raving about this place and today I was craving it... I ordered through the door dash app and when it arrived, a third of the items were not in the bag. Big sad. I called the store and spoke to the staff and they told me that this is the third time today this has happened (delivery theft, driver fraud, etc.) and it's been happening a lot lately.....bigger sad. They said I can swing by and they replace the missing items. I walk in, and realized I made a big mistake ordering delivery....the staff were all so welcoming, big smiles, just an all around beautiful and solid staff. We've been waiting for this Cava to open for months!! They so didn't dissapoint. This was probably the best Cava I've eaten so far and l've eaten at Cava from Philadelphia to San Diego and all points between. Had a horrible experience at another location last night felt sickening to my stomach. But at this location didn't chintz on the portions and everything was fresh. The Harissa Chicken was just spicy enough and all the toppings were bomb! It was worth the wait, and the staff were extremely welcoming. We will definitely be making this a weekly treat. Only down side is not enough sufficient space to sit and enjoy in store. read more

Want to start off by saying the management in this location was impeccable. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and attentive service. The decor was tasteful and added to the overall pleasant experience. I usually hit this spot after the gym, this has been my 3rd visit this week. Everything i walk in, they greet you But it gets busy a bit after 8:30 PM. Honestly though, its worth the wait! I usually get splendid greens- with lentils, 2 scoops of Tzatziki, and if i'm feeling spoil, I'll ask for braised lamb- nothing can wrong with lamb ! :) As for toppings, i ask for corn, pickled onions, tomato +cucumber, feta, and a bit of the crisps and to top it off- BALASMIC DATE sauce! My friends always recommend Cava & today's the day that I finally tried it out! I walked in and the place was very clean and inviting. The workers were also so nice and helpful. I told them it was my first time there & they walked me through the menu. They even gave me recommendations on which to choose if I didn't know which one to pick. I created my own bowl and it was so delicious and filling! It's a combination of many different tastes. I would definitely come back again to try something else. Had a great experience today at this Cava location! Right when I walked in I was greeted by the employees, I've been to other Cavas and I think hands down this one is the one I will be coming back to. The food was good everything tasted fresh. I love their Garlic and shug dressings! Also Garlic and balsamic is good combo if you're looking for something sweet! Danna helped me out and recommended a few toppings as I usually stick to a few and never have actually tried the pickled onions and let me tell you they are delicious! Great atmosphere and good food. Wow, wow, wow! Cava blew my expectations out of the water! I built my own bowl and loved that I was able to customize it exactly to my taste. Highly recommend the shoog (if you like spicy) and garlic dips added. Both locations that I visited had friendly folks and good service and the spot itself was clean and nicely set up. They also had a great selection of house made lemonades that were delicious and not overly sweet - def fell in love with the them since most lemonades I try are wayyyy too sugary. This wasn't my first time at Cava but it was my first time at this new location in Fullerton and I just want to say Cava never seems to disappoint. From the moment I walked in up until I sat down with my food it was a pleasant experience. The service was great and speedy. Decided to try a new place while in the area and everyone raved about this one! The inside is beautiful and very very well kept! Best place ever! Staff was so very friendly and kind, especially Bibiana! She was so sweet and very helpful and took her time helping me decide what meal was best for me and my picky eating! Went with my mom for the first time and the food was AMAZING. The hospitality and service was above and beyond normal dinning standards. Prior to today, I had never tried CAVA. I went around noonish and decided to order a BYO bowl! I was nervous at first but the workers were so welcoming and understanding of it being my first time. They allowed me to try small samples of the ingredients to ensure I left satisfied! I do have to say, I am very surprised of the food portioning. I was greeted with large amounts of each item. Stopped by for lunch today, I've been to regular cavas before but this location brought something special to me today. It's my birthday and the manager working and her employee ( Viviana n Valerie) asked how my day was going so far and I advised it was my birthday, both didn't hesitate to quickly tell me my order would be on them. If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would - the management here is doin it RIGHT!!! Entire staff is always super friendly and helpful and the portions are consistently generous. Unlike the earlier complaint some customers had when it was them wanting so much food but didn't want the price for it. This location has a really great team and management. That customer needs to work some more so she can afford a bowl. read more

I've always really enjoyed cava, but there was never one near my area. This location recently opened up and I wanted to give it a try. When ordering my bowl the staff was super welcoming. When I came in there was a bit of a rush however they handled the service very quickly and efficiently. Tiana helped me with checkout and she was super quick and nice.
