It can get pricy which is the only reason I gave them a 4 star. Other than that the food quality is really good & fresh. The staff is friendly & were able to recommend my sister and I on what to order. You can order online and get double portions for the same price. I'm not sure if it's the same in person. But you can definitely get what you're paying for if you do double portions! It's also located in a small shopping center so parking can be a little bit of a hassle. read more

Do yourself a favor and just go to the Brea Cava instead of this location. We have ordered from them twice and both times had issues with our order. Tonight we mobile ordered my bowl was missing 2 ingredients as well as a missing side of pita that we paid for. Had to go back to get missing pita and attempt to get missing ingredients while the rest of the family sat waiting to eat. Not only was a manager NOT there at the busiest time of the evening rush as it was packed in there, the employees could not have cared less about the error or inconvenience it caused. Perhaps ordering goes better if you can stand over them and make sure they do it right, but definitely don't recommend ordering online or through the app for pickup. Was told the missing ingredient situation was because they were "out of it at the time the order was filled", a whole 10 minutes prior, yet my son's bowl had the same two ingredients in his. And they magically restocked it in the time it took to go home and return to the restaurant?? So not only do they lack skills and proper management, they also lack integrity. We got not so much as a "sorry" for the issues let alone any type of compensation for the huge inconvenience. We are done with this location, we'll make the farther drive to Brea for better food AND service. read more

The atmosphere was modern and vibrant, with a clean and welcoming design that made the space feel both casual and upscale. So excited to try this location but was a little disappointed. First of all, the menu had the tinniest font, and I'm not even that blind. I can function well without my glasses, I just prefer some clarity sometimes or when my eyes get tired. When we asked for a physical menu, they did not have one and seemed annoyed that we even asked. They did have some labels on the barriers however they were also very tiny. When we would ask questions about the flavors of sauces, it seemed like a chore for the workers to explain anything to us. They were out of the meat that was not an "extra charge" and did not give us a wait time for more or a "hey we're out but you can pick anything els without the extra charge". I understand it was busy however when we asked about the possibility of waiting for more to be made they just responded with "we're out of that" with a blank stare. They were also out of multiple other add ons in every other category to the point where I just had them do double servings. They had many people working at a time but they were all congregated in the back laughing and whispering to one another. There was also another area where I assume they prepare the take out orders and nothing was out there. I've heard nothing but good things about cava and really wanted to love it. The food was a decent price and has the potential to be really good but I just don't think they have the a proper system down yet. read more

I love the food and quick service but I had a bad experience with one of the workers. The worker had glasses , tattooed arms and and dark hair. She wasn't wearing a name tag but she was really stingy. I said that other times my kids meal get two toppings she was rude about the rule. Then she told the other worker something and they laughed then looked at my family and I. They made me feel uncomfortable. I love the place only when they aren't there read more

They ran out of most of the good things. No romaine, no corn, it looked like a student food hall. Until they get their things together, I will not be coming back. Even the manager was overworked and her staff didn't care much for service. They all looked overwhelmed. I'm going to the cava in Yorba linda if I need to get my fix. read more

What we got back was a blank stare from Karla and a glare and a sigh from Nayeli. The ambiance is great, however the service and consistency of the food is not. The foods great (on a good day). Otherwise they skimp on the portions and require you to pay top dollar. Also- don't even think twice about mobile ordering. You'll be waiting 15 extra minutes with them not even acknowledging you until you've been there a good 10. (It's happened 3 times now).
