Cava is so good and if it was cheaper I'd probably go more often. Each bowl being over 15 dollars on average is a bit overpriced but for the convenience and great ingredients, it's an easy guilt free way to get your veggies and protein in one easy meal. Love that if is conveniently located close to a gym too. The workers can be on the slower side it just depends on who is working that day. They are generally very nice though and will ask you what you want. I do notice that they kind of simp out on the portions. Again it goes back to the price vs portion. This is my first time at Cava. Small, fast casual, mediterranean restaurant. Very similar to a Chipotle but for Mediterranean food. Make your own bowl or pita wrap with different types of rice, greens, meats and other toppings. There are about 5 to 6 tables inside and no outdoor seating. The entire store facade is made of glass which brings in a lot of light and gives the space an open feel. The Nice modern interior and the pop music playing in the background gives it a good vibe. The AC was turned on at a perfect temperature. The noise level was medium to loud. I got a bowl with greens as the base. For meats, i got the chicken shawarma and the grilled beef. For toppings i got 2 types of hummus, grilled corn, tomatoes, cucumbers and pickled cabbage. The bowl came with a complimentary but optional slice of greek style pita bread. They also have fountain drinks. The greens and dressing was really good. On the other hand, the meats were not tender at all, cold and dry. As i was making my bowl, i barely stuck my hand over the food bar window to remotely point at an item in order to ask my hostess what the item was. Before she would even answer my question, and as i was already retrieving my hand, she unnecessarily snapped and asked me to remove my hand. And then she rushed me through the rest of the process. I understood why but it was still unnecessary. I did not appreciate that but i kept my cool. Prices are consistent with other similar fast casual food restaurants. My bowl was a little over $17. The amount of food was just right. Not too much nor too little. Based on this experience i would probably not go back but you can try it for yourself and formulate your own opinion. There are about 5 spoons of food in this entire bowl, a very small rice/greens base, and maybe about 5 pieces of chicken? I think the base should definitely be a bigger proportion. We were in the mood for Mediterranean food and have never tried Cava, so I stopped by to pick up a to-go order. On a Saturday at 5:45pm, they were very busy and every table inside was occupied. The ordering line was moving pretty fast and it was only a few minutes before it was my turn to order. The two employees who prepared my order, and the cashier were all friendly and pleasant. I had the Steak + Feta pita ($16.65). When I unwrapped it, I was surprised at how large it was, which help offset the sticker shock. The pita was nice and fresh, and the feta cheese and garlic dressing definitely stood out. The portion of steak was ok, but several pieces were chewy or all gristle. I was almost going to order a side, but I'm glad I didn't since the pita was very filling on its own. I enjoyed it, but I don't know if I would order it again for almost $17. She had the Greek Salad bowl with chicken ($12.95). The salad was a good size with flavorful ingredients. They forgot to add the fiery broccoli that I requested. The salad also contains corn which was not on the online or in-store menu, so be careful if you are allergic or don't care for it. She enjoyed the salad and would order it again. It was a hot day and one of their fresh drinks sounded good, so I tried a small cucumber mint lime ($3.45). It was very refreshing with all flavors present. But it had a lot of chopped up mint in it which gave it a slight graininess, and a lot of the bits kept getting stuck between my teeth. I wouldn't order it again for such a small cup at that price. Came in for lunch today because I was craving their spicy lamb meatballs. Everyone was so friendly!! It does get quite loud during the lunch rush but that's because all these people have good taste. Service was awesome! So good in fact that I'm 99% sure if my life was in danger, I could count on these employees to help me out. House on fire? They'd save me in a pinch. Car accident? They'd come pick me up and put my car back together. Feeling sick? They'd probably drop into my house via helicopter through my 2nd story window and give me hospital-level treatment. I decided to try this Cava again after being disappointed a year ago by their online ordering. It's close to my job and I was craving it. The problem with this location is the people who work obviously cannot read and follow directions. They always leave several requested items out of the order. This time was no different. My order is missing several requested toppings just like last time. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read an order and add the toppings. My god. So annoying! I haven't had Cava in years and recently visited when my coworkers suggested we go for lunch. I ordered a wrap and a side of pita chips and a drink. Everything was really good, but I had no idea what I liked or didn't like so I was even thinking, should I give this place another chance? I ended up watching a TikTok that showed up in my algorithm of the best kids meal and Cava had a great one. I got a kids meal my next visit and they were right, it's the best value for your money and I didn't feel over-full after I ate it. For about eight dollars and some change I can get an entree, side, drink and another side. I figured out that I like the grilled chicken wrap with pita chips, strawberry-ade, rice and/or yogurt sauce. I also recommend the pita chips! It reminds me of really good fry bread. The service here is always great. I always get my order via the app and they have it ready by the time I get there OR they are always greeting me when I arrive and let me know my order is almost complete. This location has the worse parking situation (it shares the lot with a gym & Del Taco among other restaurants and shops) and the indoor dining area is for parties of 1 to 2 people, so don't expect to find a big table for all four or more of your friends unless it's a slow day/time. I get nervous ordering at places like cava and chipotle and my sister gave me words of encouragement to order and I ordered. The person helping me with my order was extremely nice and I think she noticed I had my phone ready to order! Haha you really see my nervousness. Everyone there was very sweet and nice! App Order Experience: Ordered from the app and received a bowl that was disappointingly half filled. The amount of food was not worth the $16 price tag. When I went back, the manager (Viviana) explained that online/app orders are at the mercy of the bowl preparer and advised to make sure you add notes of extra base and toppings to the app. There is no option on the app to add extra base and toppings. If I was able to get Cava everyday, I would. I love their choices in toppings. I always get a steak and chicken bowl with super greens and basmati rice. I recommend the skhug sauce. It's so flavorful and gives the food that extra boost of tastiness! The harissa sauce also offers your bowl that extra spice. I would say it's a 9/10 on spice level so go light if you're sensitive to spice. The food is very filling & I love that cava offers complimentary pita bread each visit! The service was quick. I was able to go in and out of the line asap. There are also options to mobile order! I tried the hot harissa pita chips from cava and they were so good! Honestly, highly disappointed in this location. My boyfriend and I came in for cava, and this was my second time having it. First and foremost, the brown rice we both got was crunchy and stale. We asked for them to remake our bowl, and they did with pleasure. But the portion size they gave me, compared to the first bowl, was absolutely ridiculous. Personally, I would never come to this location again. And it sucks since I live down the street. I mean, chipotle and nick the Greek give bigger portions than what I just received. This is the second time going to Cava. The first time was about a year ago. The food is good and you get a decent amount of protein. I wanted to order the Harrisa Chicken but it looked a little too charred, so I opted for the grilled chicken. Got my three dips and unlimited toppings. Well, unlimited in the way that you can get all the topping added to your bowl with the exception of the avocado as there is an extra cost. Back to the toppings - you get very small amongst of toppings. You have to keep asking for more because I requested Persian cucumbers and for about 3 pieces. Taste: The chicken had a strong charred taste but other than that the food was fresh and delicious. Service: The service can improve. The only person that smiled and seemed genuinely friendly was the person that starts your order. Service went downhill from that point. At the toppings section I was continuously interrupted by the girl helping me as she was having a personal conversation with another employee. The cashier seemed like I interrupted him and couldn't wait to get me out the door. The whole experience was bad and I was rushed down the line. Based on this my overall rating is a 3 based in the bad service. Will I go back - sadly the picked onions are already calling me back. I love Cava. Food is always so good and tasty. Not sure what kind of oils they use but otherwise all the veggies seem really fresh and the meat seems like it's always prepared pretty well. They always give a side of pita bread too. I got black lentils and super greens for my base, eggplant/traditional hummus/harissa for my pastes, half veggies and half falafel for my protein, and all of the toppings. Why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was because the seating was weak. They have 4 tables that fit 4 people and 2 tables that fit 2 people so definitely not a Cava restaurant that can hold big parties. It was really busy on a Saturday around 1PM where we had to wait in line for a bit. Otherwise enjoyed our meal! read more

The most I knew about this place was that they serve Mediterranean food, but in a Chipotle restaurant style. Needless to say, when I saw their sign go up, I've been dying to try it out. Last night, I finally got the chance to, but not without fighting for a parking spot. We decided to go for their chef-curated bowls and pair them with some refreshing drinks. The two bowls we tried were the harissa avocado and steak harissa with everything on it. I loved that they also included a free side of pita per order. For drinks we tried the pineapple apple mint and cucumber mint lime. Similar to order at Chipotle, the service was quick and friendly. This is definitely a quick stop and go spot with limited seating. I got to hand it to them and their chefs because these bowls were packed with flavor and super filling! Each bowl had plenty of healthy greens and delicious grains. The drinks were not overly sweet. The price tag is pretty steep for the chef curated bowls, but I believe build your own bowls start at $13. Glad I got to try this spot! read more

I always give places the benefit and give 4-5 stars and become disappointed. Ordered the new Garlicky bowl for pickup on my 30 min lunch break so there was no time to go back and fix it. Didn't realize almost all the ingredients wasn't in the bowl. It was a huge let down, lacked flavor just disappointed. The dressing wasn't in the bowl, the broccoli didn't realize that was part of the bowl until I read the order. No feta cheese and the cucumber and tomatoes missing. Oh the pickled onion wasn't in the bowl either. I received a bowl with 3-4 pieces of chicken that looked like scraps, the arugula and rice oh and hummus not good at all.
