So much so that a bicycle manufacturer knows about it. I broke my chain whip on a Monday evening and decided to try and new shop on a whim and ran over to pull a cassette off a wheel. These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. Definitely above and beyond! Pretty stoked on their work and attention to detail!

Additionally they are very reliable. At the end of each year they sell the rental bikes, so each season the bikes are top notch. They have plenty of different rental options, ranging from cruisers, which are perfect for the bike paths to high-end mountain bikes. Inside, they have a store with tons of bikes and other cycling apparel. In the winter, they transition to primarily selling skiing and snowboarding gear. Due to their consistently good customer service, availability, we are returning customers. If you're in the area and are looking to rent bikes I highly recommend 4 Seasons.

The Scott Spark WC/RC is not always an easy bike to work on but this shop took care of it right away. Incredibly helpful and proud of the bike culture that is now an important part of Bend. That alone was great service but when the tech was checking the install he noticed we were also missing a critical bolt on the fork. They didn't have it but they called multiple bike shops to find us one so my Grom wouldn't miss a day on the mountain. It was after 4, so there was definitely a time crunch to make it happen, and they did plus told me how to install it after I went to another shop in town to purchase the bolt. I would have totally missed this, and the damage overtime would have been severe. Knowledgeable, helpful crew. They also support local MBSEF athletes. We will be back in.

Nick made me feel so comfortable trying out the gorgeous Surly bikes they have. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable for asking questions, or treat me like I was subhuman because I wasn't a man wearing all spandex riding a full carbon bike. Erik and Nick stayed late to help me ship my bike back to CA because I couldn't live one more minute without my new Surly Straggler!! These dudes (and my wonderful husband who is also a gravel boi) helped me discover a whole new side of cycling; one that involves reconnecting with your childlike excitement for exploring, where you're not riding to impress anyone, you're riding to have fun and stay true to yourself. I decided I didn't want one where we lived in a busy city, but recently moved to the country and want to have transportation as I don't drive and just want to be active outside the house. So we were in Sisters and came to Tumalo to check them out. It is by appointment due to Covid, but I was able to get an appointment and the owners were super helpful and friendly and I got a fat tire recumbent with battery assist which is perfect for where I live and will be going with it. I am so excited for my new bike and to have an excuse to get out and be active and get around safely as I don't feel safe on my regular bicycle after a brain injury. We ended up popping the tire before I got to ride it more besides at the shop and they were gone for the day, but they recommended somewhere to go and we did and they will reimburse us so that worked out just fine and my husband is in the dog house for popping the tire but I don't think it was his fault, it just was coming off the bead and popped when he was trying to push it back in but we got if fixed and all is well. I definitely recommend this bike shop especially if your looking for a recumbent or trike. We got our tires fixed at a shop they recommended and it's all fixed and good to go:) The owner will reimburse us for the tube we bought, which is great but honestly it's no worries and the guy at Hutch's struggled to get it on too so now we know it's difficult and he showed my husband how to replace the tube and we ordered 2 more online to have extras.
