The rack was a little disorganized and I found a harness I liked and checked the price on the box: $94. When I left the store, I noticed I paid $104 for the item! I returned to the store and did a price check and was told by the clerk this was a tariff price increase and they never bothered to update the sticker on the item. They claimed they had the correct price on the shelf, not the item. (Due to the disorganization of the shelf, it was hard to tell which item was which and I went with the price on the box.) Please consider updating signage to warn of tariff price hikes or something to better manage customer expectations and avoid wasting time.

I bought an e-bike from another store in town and it had nothing but problems. They could never resolve the problems, so I took it to Hutch's. After a while, they recommended I go with a different bike and get a refund. They did not try to hard sell me on one of their bikes at all. I did see one I liked in the store and bought it. Not one issue for over a year. When I did take it in, I was told it is still under the warranty. I can't praise this business enough. They know how to treat customers, work hard to get you back on your bike as soon as possible, and always have a smile for you! They are a 12 on scale of 1-10!

I bought a CVT rooftop tent off of Facebook marketplace which didn't come with the mounts. I didn't…read moreknow exactly what I should do because I was just getting into the roof stuff. I had them install a rack which went flawlessly and I love it. I also ended up buying the mounts from them which I didn't even know I needed until they explained it to me. Very informative at the main store. I went over to the other store to pick up the mounts and when I tried installing them, it didn't fit on my tent. Very close just a bit to snug. I went back to the store and asked them if there was anything they could do. Turns out, it wasn't the mount that didn't fit, just the rails on the tent were a little warped. In the same visit, they belt sanded my 8 pieces of the mount which after trying to mount the tent again, went perfectly. Very appreciative of their willingness to help me out especially because I didn't know much. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else to do stuff for your car and truck racks.

Multiple times back, never fixed the problem. The last time they tried to upsell him a whole new drivetrain for $1500. Took it to another shop in town, and they said derailleur was grossly out of alignment and wore out his chain and cassette. So basically PB was gaslighting BF for 2 years saying nothing was wrong when the bike was set up like trash from day one. Obviously they are not competent mechanics or they would have fixed this immediately. Instead they just wanted more parts business by letting him destroy his bike.
