Excellent in every way! Hats off to both crews that moved us! We had a three man crew the first day. They had to deal with two bedrooms upstairs. The truck was packed to the rafters. Everyone kept moving and they took great care to protect our items with shrink wrap and blankets. The second crew arrived at our new home a day later (as requested) because of one of many foul ups by our buyers mortgage company (Suburban mortgage/the worst/see my previous review). The two man crew kept moving as well and did an excellent job. They asked questions on placement and took care not to damage our goods or the new house. Thank you to both crews. We only had two things broken during this move and that was completely our doing. A special mention goes to Stephanie in the office. She handled our scheduling, re-scheduling and rerescheduling (again thanks to the above named mortgage company) with patience, kindness and understanding. I recently use Camelback moving Monday, July 12, 2021 moved from a 2400 square-foot house to an 1800 square-foot house Joe the manager that was on the job with the two other helpers and workers Mosers and jazz they did it fabulous job I would highly recommend Camelback movers. Camelback Moving was awesome during our move. They really cared for our belongings and made sure no lessen any damage by doing things like wrapping all our furniture and putting cloth down on our banisters. Moved 1 bedroom/1 bathroom/1 living room/1 kitchen all within 2 hours and a 26 mile move! Granted I had stacked boxes in rows and shrink-wrapped all of my large furniture/items so it sped up the process, but man, these guys worked their asses off! My team of three on Friday 7/27 @ 8:45AM were incredible! They were polite, efficient, and productive. Along with some of my friends, we were able to load up the truck from the second floor of a 2-floor building, drive 26 miles to my new apt., unload the truck and move it up to the third floor of a 3-floor building all in 2 hours flat! I used Camelback Moving back in August. I initially called and spoke to a guy named Dan, who was really professional and gave me a quote over the phone, as well sent me a follow up email with the quote. He addressed a lot of my concerns, but I was still not quite ready to commit to their services as I wanted to make sure we were getting the best price. So, I got 2-3 more quotes, and after reading reviews and getting higher quotes from other companies, I went with Camelback Moving and I am really glad I did. They sent four guys over and two trucks (we requested an extra truck to make it go faster) and they busted their butts. It was a zillion degrees in Phoenix in August and these guys just powered through it. They were very kind, polite, and respectful of our stuff. Nothing got damaged or ruined in the move which was really relieving. They also helped relocate some heavy furniture that was already in the house to another room. Then after the move, a guy named Ricardo followed up to see how we felt about the experience. Very professional. I forgot to call him back, but I hope this review makes up for it. Camelback Moving took away the "please just let me stab myself in the eye with this pencil" feeling I get when I move and is pretty much the best decision I have ever made! I had initially done the first part of my move with a buddy of mine and a UHaul and that was pretty much enough for me! Camelback moving was great with scheduling a quick turn around for me with excellent customer service! The morning of the move my 2 movers rolled with the punches with the mixup from management at my storage company and the extreme heat (because of course we all love to move in the god forsaken heat of summer!). They were speedy, friendly, and did an overall great job! And for all of you who are budget conscious like I am - in my particular situation it actually would have been cheaper to go with camelback moving for both legs of my move then renting a UHaul and doing the work by myself. Just something to consider! But you should totally use them! There are no hidden or ridiculous fees that randomly pop up. They're fantastic! read more

I am not an experienced Mover. Because of that, I highly recommend Camelback Moving. Instead of taking advantage of me, they took care of me. The intake call was extremely thorough in understanding my needs, the types of furnishings needing to be moved, time-frame, and distance of the move. Camelback sent in people to pack, load, deliver, and unload all of my furnishings. I didn't expect the move to be absolute perfection, but this was a pretty close. Most importantly, the people doing the packing, loading and unloading were pleasant, conscientious, and respectful. They did not hire a bunch of rummys off the street. In unpacking my belongings, I am seeing exactly how careful the packing crew was in protecting my belongings. No breakage or insurance claims from me. After all, isn't that the point. I had never hired movers before, but boy am I glad I picked these guys. They were friendly, fast, and gentle with my stuff. They were very professional and I was impressed with their work ethic even in the 110 degree heat! I would hire them again in a second. Don't forget to provide your movers with proper hydration! I used Camelback for a local move and was really happy with how everything turned out. My only regret is that, having experience with moving companies, I did way too much work on my own beforehand getting things ready and more packed up, when the crew that serviced us would have done it 100 times faster and it wouldn't have cost me all that much more. They don't nickel and dime you once they show up to the move, so I was cool that they were a bit more expensive, but it was worth it just knowing in full what the whole thing would cost. Camelback Moving recently helped my wife and I with our recent move. The movers showed up during the window of time I selected. The movers did a great job and were very nice. There was a stubborn desk that couldn't be moved from a room. One of the movers helped me break down the desk to load on the truck. Upon delivery, he helped put the desk back together. A very nice touch. The cost of the moving services was very reasonable. The communication process from start to end was very professional. I've had other experiences that pale in comparison to the customer service I received with Camelback. When I move again (hopefully not for awhile), I will be contacting Camelback again to assist in my move! read more

I called Camelback Moving after reading all the reviews here, and I'm glad I did. The prices were quite reasonable ($65/hour). What I liked best was that there were no "hidden charges" for anything, e.g., long walks, staircases, and so on. You just pay a fixed rate for two people working very hard. We had a wonderful moving experience with this company. They were prompt, fast, and careful. Frank, Ali and Zaya were professional, friendly and attentive. Moving is never fun, but I have to say that they made it very easy. There was no breakage and they were super careful of the bamboo floors in the new house. I had to join Yelp just to write a review for Camelback Moving Inc. Yes, they are that good! I read reviews first at yelp and decided to go with Camelback Moving Inc. based on the reviews and also a suggestion from my mother who knows the owner and said he is a great guy. The movers arrived right on time, and got to work quickly. They were awesome. They wrapped our antiques with extra care and got everything packed up safely and quickly. One of the movers even grabbed his tools to fix a wobbly leg on my jewelry stand. I couldn't believe it. When we arrived at the new house, they put everything together and even got our sleigh bed more secure than my husband had in our old place. They moved some akward heavy pieces and treated everything as if it was priceless...from my favorite rocking chair in our toddler's room to our 50" flat screen tv. Their motto is something like: Preserving Sanity One Move at a Time It is true! I came in to work today and everyone commented on how refreshed I look after such a stressful move. Better late than never - I chose this company based on other Yelp reviews that I'd read for my move in June, 2011. I was moving from Ahwatukee to Downtown Phoenix, and besides having a few antique pieces, I also have a really old piano. The people at Camelback were professional, knowledgeable and answered every question. They came out to assess my furniture, took measurements and scheduled my move exactly as I requested it. On the day of the move, they showed up promptly, worked VERY fast, were clean and very careful with my stuff. Everything was wrapped, everything was taken care of as if it was their own. Once we got to my new place, they unpacked and CLEANED as fast as they'd packed! The movers were really nice and easy to get along with as well. Really recommend this company if you are moving soon! We called a week before our move and they had no problem getting us in! what i really liked is that before you move in they really break down your whole house so you know what you need to pack and what you don't. they gave us a 12-3 window but were at our house at 12:15. the three man who moved us were very professional and great, really showed they knew what they were doing and cared. they have a very large truck which fit our whole house and then some. also, they have wardrobe boxes so we didn't have to pack up all our hung up items. so awesome. they were fair priced, came out to about $600 for everything (3 bedroom house to 4 bedroom house) but very worth it with this company! read more

Cost wise they were about the same as others but the difference was the follow up from the office. We're replacing flooring and having our home painted so needed all the furniture moved, including an oversized custom cabinet. We also had a safe that was bolted into the ground. One company we hired was unable to move the large cabinet and safe, so I contacted Camelback. They were able to schedule us the same day and the crew were fantastic! They were able to move both pieces professionally and efficiently with care for our belongings. Also, when I called to schedule I wanted to confirm that they could move the large pieces and they assured me they could. The manager even called me later to follow up given my concern. Moved last Friday in 120 degree heat. Movers Jason and Chad showed up on time. Both guys worked 8 hours straight in the heat, fit everything into their truck perfectly on the 1st try when I was sure it would take two trips. They weren't notified that my new house was two stories but didn't complain at all when they got there and realized most of my items needed to be hauled to the second floor. These guys were the most hard working professional moving crew I've ever seen. They were clear on the charges, explained the invoice in detail and made sure everything was where I needed it to be before leaving for the day.
