They took pictures and told me they'd be in touch. 2 weeks went by then 3 before I knew it, New Years had passed. I wasn't really in a hurry because the car was working fine, it was just bodywork that had to be done. Then we had the first snowstorm of the season and the weight of the snow was making the wheel mount which got hit in the accident worse, enough that my husband was like I should get this done. Lo and behold it wasn't till I called that Subway told me they had decided not to do the work. What??!! It would've been nice if they had told me. Their reasons were valid reasons but still IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY HAD TOLD ME. In fact, when I asked if they could recommend anyone else the person said something like just go down the street I'm sure you'll find someone. I went to Superior Autobody down the street where they treated me with respect and updated me every step of the way. You'd think because there are so many body shops on this street that treating customers well would be a priority. I guess Subway doesn't need my or my family's business. My car doesn't look like a Frankenstein car anymore and it was no thanks at all to Subway. I will have my son go to Superior next time.

The webuyanycar guy, after looking it over, took it for a test ride and when he came back, he told us that the car "just quit running" and that he had to pull over, and that the oil light and the battery light came on and he couldn't get it started again and when it did start, it made an awful noise. He said he was fearful that my daughter shouldn't drive it again. After spending a half hour supposedly "talking with headquarters" to determine what he thought was wrong with the car, he then offered her $500 and said she probably had a "bad flywheel". He did some hocus-pocus with a YouTube video to try to convince us of the source of the sound he said he heard. He said $500 was the best he could do. Mind you, this car had never given her any problem. The only reason she was selling it was because she was pregnant and needed a bigger car for her growing family. While waiting, I drove it again and, of course, it drove perfectly. And it continued to do so until we left and, a few days later, went to Carvana and got a respectable cash price for the car. Go here at your own risk. If you get the price you want, great. If a young fast-talking guy tells you your car suddenly has some mysterious problem and isn't worth what you know it should be, just walk away and go elsewhere.

I had a diagnostic run on my vehicle so I could know exactly what was going on prior to doing any repairs. Once the diagnostic was complete, a thorough report was sent, including video that was taken while the diagnostic was conducted. I was blown away by the extra step the company takes to do this. The Report told me everything that needed to be immediately done and also included work that would need to be completed, but wasn't a priority. I appreciated this. They did a great job on the repairs and I plan to return for further service. Thank you!

It wasn't a check engine light but it was related to the keyless start. The light never stopped anything, so I ignored it lol. But I finally was like, let me get this looked at before my warranty expires. I dropped it off Sunday night at Carmax in Laurel but they referred me to Omega because they don't handle anything with programming. I called Omega early yesterday morning, and I explained that my car was already at Carmax (basically next to them) and they said they didn't have availability until Thursday but DJ said they could squeeze me in. Carmax transferred my car there and then a few hours later DJ told me they did actually find an issue. I truly know nothing about the warranty I have, he gave me the info to contact them to get a rental (since my warranty covered that). He was also very nice, has great communication via phone and text, and explained everything in layman's terms. He also told me another issue related to my catalytic converter that isn't failing right now but even when it does to remember the following "In Maryland, you do not have to replace a catalytic converter if you spend at least $450 on emissions-related repairs and still fail your Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) test." Oil changes fall under emissions-related repairs, so this will save me thousands of dollars. Thank you!!

"I was charged an additional price to check it again, $150. I was told he couldn't diagnose the problem but I was still charged. I will not take it back. The building since has been sold to Christian Autobody shop but Danneman's works there also. Strange! I wouldn't recommend serving my car there.

Today I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and as a courtesy a once over…read more Katie was great, she got me checked right in and was asking for my keys when I came in the door, while Angela was helping another customer. both our vehicles were pulled in quickly and work began immediately. While waiting a few customers arrived and were greeted with care and compassion. They mentioned being repeat customers and mentioned how great the staff was also, Devin was my technician and he went above and beyond to ensure my car had the best care. Overall I was incredibly pleased with the time it took, the attention to detail, and the outstanding customer care! I will continue being a repeat customer and highly recommend!

I had a dreadful experience with David Barbarito, found out his last name on a bill, who treated me in a condensing, disrespectful manner not to mention misrepresenting himself with a false charge$357. On 2/2/26 I went into Firestone located at 1492 Annapolis Rd., Odenton Md. 21113 with a problem with my EVAC system. On that date I was charged $2012.00. I waited SIX hours while they completed the job. The area manager that day was Mr. Lerman, who informed me that the EVAC problem was fixed and "you are good to go." He was professional and courteous. I thanked him and left. On Monday 2/23/26 the evac check engine light came on AGAIN and I went back to Firestone on that day, spoke with Dave Barbarito, who introduced himself as a "visiting manager" as Ms. Roche, Manager was on vacation for the week and would return on Monday 3/2/26. Please note that Dave would not give me an agent ID or ANYTHING to identify himself. It was at this point that I noticed his condescending, misogynistic attitude. When I came back "Sam" told me that "only" the tech that originally attempted to fix it would repair my EVAC, there was no one else to do so. I was concerned because he did not repair my 1014 Jeep Cherokee initially and was assigned to "fix repair" again. When asked for his name, that originally did the job incorrectly, Sam would not provide me with his name. This was the first time I contacted Corp and was given a case #2954674. Later that day, I called again spoke to Mr. Lerman who stated that Mr. Tek (sp?) who was the original mechanic's supervisor and he would "fix the error" and to come in on Monday 2/23/26 @ 9:00 AM. My appointment on 2/23/26 at 9:00 AM for "Mr. Tek" to handle the repair. On 2/23/26, Mr "Tek" was 1 1/2 hours late for work and Dave refused to contact him and see what the problem was and I was told to "sit there and wait for him or leave" would not give me an ETA . I waited for 1 1/2 hours for Tek to arrive and I told Dave that I'd like to speak to him, when he did come on and was told by Dave, that "that won't happen, but feel free to sit and wait "endlessly". Was irritated that Sam gave me a false statement stating only the one/original mechanic could fix it. I was also told 3x that Mr. Dwight, Regional mgt would contact me and HAS NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DO SO. When I came in on 2/23/25, Dave was irritated that I had found out about Mr. Tek and it was obvious the way he treated me. On 3/23/26 I waited FIVE hours and at the end of the day was told that there was NO PROBLEM with the EVAC (even though the code came up again) however Dave did diagnostics, and "discovered that" my catalytic convertor, left side was bad AND the right side "looked like it was headed the same way and "needed replacement" handing me a bill for $4300. I was taken aback by this and Dave immediately lowered the price to $4000, stating "I am your friend and will take care of this for you." PLEASE note that during the FIVE hours that I waited the EVAC system error WAS NEVER LOOKED, nor fixed and was told that system was fine. I left and immediately went to my private mechanic, Manny and Son's who ordered/installed a "PURGE VALVE" for $161, see attachment. When I came back to Firestone on Wednesday 3/25/25 Dave told me, once again in a condescending, misogynistic voice that "I told you Monday 3/23/26 that you needed a purge valve and had to order it "free of charge and stall it." FALSE STATMENT, Dave NEVER mentioned a Purge Valve and that he needed to order and install for no charge. I was amazed and said to him, "why would I go to my mechanic and pay for a purge valve and pay to have it installed if you had told me that?" He had no answer.
